I've been to this place once and that was for a trip to Portland for a club I'm in. I was craving bubble tea and this was the closest place to my hotel and I am so glad I stumbled upon this place because the prices for their sizes are amazing! It's a good deal for what you are getting! I got the taro milk tea with regular boba, it was perfect. It was a nice blend too, it wasn't too sweet or too bitter. I' a very picky person when it comes to food, especially drinks, but this one is so worth it. Their service was good too! The cashier was so patient and kind with me, since it was my first time she didn't rush me and even suggested me with some of the best flavors. This is the first time I came here due to the great reviews -it's terrible boba tea. The tea is very weak, I don't think they even use real tea, it tastes that bland. The boba was so soggy, it must of been sitting there all day. This place is so busy so I don't know how the boba is so soggy. Good boba needs to be fresh and changed out every 3-4 hours or it's too soggy. It lost all its chewiness and had this outside layer of sog. I really wouldn't bother coming here. I had to dump out most of it. I'm not sure how it got it got such great reviews. I should have been cautious when this place was in a mall. Never had great boba at a mall. I have had boba from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vancouver, Seattle, Toronto, all over the us and this place really takes first place for worst boba. read more

Worth a try. - Store is bright, white colored, looks clean and trendy. There were a few people in line. It was compelling and I gave in. - The staff was efficient and friendly. - I got a 'smooth tea' in Mango flavor. This was more like a slushy with a hint of tea flavor (leans more towards the 'smooth' than the 'tea') - Prices were decent. If you are ever EVER at loyd center you must go here.....idk about u,,, but I always get way thirsty and dehydrated when shopping at malls n this place hit the spot, it was great too because unlike food it didn't fill me up ( last thing u want when trying on clothes is to be all full) n its got n airtight lid so u can carry around without spilling....but most of all sooooo sooooo yummy creamy n good. Braganza has some pretty good teas for a decent price. I bought two teas, equaling a little over $8. I got the taro milk tea with boba and the citrus berry tea with green apple jellies. The taro was good, though I'm sad they weren't carrying the milk alternative they stated they had on their website. The boba pearls were a decent size, chewy, and tasted good. I wish they added more to the "regular" size. The citrus tea was quite tarte, but tasted okay. The jellies were yummy. I wish they had more options for boba/jellies like most other bubble tea shops have (like the bursting bobas.) I'd come here again, because it's within walking distance to my house, but only if they have a milk alternative next time. read more

Wow so pleasantly surprised by how good my drink from Braganza Tea was - mostly because mall boba/tea stands aren't always the best. However, my drink was great! I ordered a half-sweetened iced peach green tea with lychee jelly. It was was so refreshing and I love love loved that they use real matcha powder. If you don't like your tea drinks overly sweet, I definitely recommend asking for your order half sweetened because I thought it was still quite sweet! Im in the Portland area quite often since its only 2 hours away from Seattle and for being a bubble tea place in the mall, I have no problem with it. The cashiers were nice, and cheerful, which I can appreciate since it was so early in the morning. I ordered a small Matcha tea with boba and it was really good, so good that I wish I ordered a bigger size. The tea wasn't too sweet or bitter, and they put just the right amount of ice, the boba was also just the right texture (not too hard or chewy). Pre-Pandemic, I have ordered the Milk Tea without Boba at Braganza Tea inside Lloyd Center a few times. I always ask for less sugar in my Milk Tea. I also order the larger size Milk Tea. Sometimes, the Clerk gives me a weird look when I'm standing at the counter waiting for my Milk Tea. I have often left a Tip for the Clerk. As with most Food Service Jobs the turnover for Employees is very high. And, when I'm in Lloyd Center... I can usually find a nearby location to sip my Milk Tea. Have you ever tasted British Tea, I'm talking about Earl Grey Hot,... with Milk in it... well, the Milk Tea at Braganza Tea tastes similarly. I recommend ordering your Milk Tea with less sugar in it. Braganza Tea is located on the Second Floor of Lloyd Center next door to Aunt Annie's Pretzels. There has only been a line at Braganza Tea one time when I was at Lloyd Center. I have yet to try the other flavors. And, no.... a cup of Milk Tea doesn't have as much Caffeine in it as a cup of Coffee... look it up. read more

I love bubble tea and Braganza did not disappoint. I went with a few friends twice and was able to sample about five different flavors and greatly enjoyed them all, especially the chai which I have never seen at a bubble tea place. The best part is that all bubbles and flavors of jelly are made in house and free to add to your tea. Only negative is that it can be hard to locate so please allow me to help you find it: go up the escalator near the ice rink, turn left twice then go right and it will be on your right. I just swung by to get some tea around 1230 today, overheard the girl running the show saying that the person who was supposed to be in, didn't show up. She seemed a little bit overwhelmed with the large line of people waiting. However, as soon as she took a couple orders she killed it. Whipped out the orders correctly and effectively. My boyfriend and I got the blended milk tea. It was super sweet and tasted like pure condense milk pretty much. My boyfriend and I got our own cup and only finished half each. The bubbles itself was good, but smaller than other places I feel. There was plenty of it. Best taro flavor I have had (and I have tried many). Their bubble tea does not taste like powder, as do many bubble tea spots (typically carts or restaurants that do not specialize in it). The selection is a lot smaller than others, but still enough to choose from! You have the ability to adjust your drink (no ice, less sweet, boba or jellies). Service is typically very fast, at most you'll wait 5 minutes (only if it is very busy). Only downside is sometimes the batch of milk tea is less strong/tastes a little older/less sweet, I think this may be because they pre-make the milk tea bases (like taro) to save time since they can be kept. May depend also on who makes it. The tea is still good. My favorites are taro, matcha with green apple jellies, and the honeydew smoothie with boba. I used to love getting the mango black tea with mango jellies, but they don't currently have that at this location (they have newer flavors of iced teas). read more
