The technician called during the 1.5 hours saying he would be at our house in 10 minutes and he was. Prior to entering the house, he put on shoe booties. Daniel Hayward was professional, knowledgeable and showed me the issue with my five year old LG washer. He fixed the issue promptly and I threw in towels to make sure the very loud noise during the spin cycle no longer occurred. While he was here, I mentioned an issue with our 18 year old GE refrigerator. He explained that since he was already here, rather than charging me $99 service charge, it would only be $79.
