Daniel Hayward was professional, knowledgeable and showed me the issue with my five year old LG washer. He fixed the issue promptly and I threw in towels to make sure the very loud noise during the spin cycle no longer occurred. While he was here, I mentioned an issue with our 18 year old GE refrigerator. He explained that since he was already here, rather than charging me $99 service charge, it would only be $79. Once more he showed me the issue and promptly completed the repair. I was very pleased and would recommend him to others.
