Great lunch stop with a great atmosphere! Food is delicious and creative and their dinner is delicious as well!

A little disappointed with our menu choices. Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday, shortly before noon and the restaurant was already out of the pasta of the day, basically one hour into lunch. the sandwich selection offered choice between salad, chips or fresh vegetables. Due to the lack of salad, in this case pasta, I choose the fresh veggies. To my surprise, my plated sandwiches arrived with ruff chopped carrots and celery pieces that appeared to be on their way to the stock pot. Not what I would expect during the mist of farmers' market season in a rural community as "fresh" vegetables. The sandwich presented a soggy bun. No effort put forth to toast the roll prior to placing the au jus warmed up meat to guard it against this out come. My dining companion ordered the special sandwich of the day and didn't find anything outstanding to write about. read more

Both lunch and dinner offer many delicious options. I usually have a very difficult time choosing what to order for lunch as I have so many favorites. The staff is always very friendly. Order at the register and find a spot at the counter or at a table for lunch. They seat you for dinner. We had our staff Christmas party there this year and it was exceptional. They took very good care of us. Highly recommend! read more

I really don't get why so many like this place. We've given it three tries, but will not be going back. The pasta is overcooked, the waitress we had the last two times was completely rude, and even though we made a reservation they didn't have a table ready for us until 20 minutes after the reservation time. We had to ask for napkins & silverware and when we made the reservations, they were supposed to put some perch aside for us. They did not. The prices are ridiculous for what you get, especially considering the service. Maybe it's so popular because it's in a small town with very limited choices, but I can't see this surviving in a city like Milwaukee. read more

There is not an item on the menu that isn't well-thought-out and a pleasure to enjoy with a friend. It is definitely the best meal in Sheboygan Falls. We've been eating here for years, stopped in Saturday and it was excellent as usual. The owners are very friendly and it's a pretty quick meal. My wife is addicted to "The Roma"' I usually get what's on special. Their panini's I think are the best thing on the menu, can't go wrong with any of them. read more

My first experience at this restaurant, was for lunch on a Monday. The place was moderately busy and I quickly found out the manner in which to order. You are handed a paper brochure-menu, told to choose your food and bring it to the register to order and pay. I ordered the Bavarian wrap, a cup of soup, and an unsweetened tea. The tea I was handed was very well brewed and tasty. One of my lunch partners also order the unsweetened tea, and really thought it was barely brewed at all. She said it was watery. Mine had a lemon slice floating in it, when it should have been perched on the rim, in case the customer did not want lemon. I also suspect all restaurants of not washing lemons and prefer it on the side. The order taker was friendly but would not make eye contact with me, or banter or react to what I was saying. The Bavarian wrap was well made and tasted fine. I found the brown mustard a bit sloppy, but coped by scraping it off a bit as it oozed out of the wrap. The soup was the mushroom and I found it rather bland, but nice to have while eating the wrap. The room was sunny, and the attitude positive. Definitely a favorite of locals and tourist alike. The bathroom was clean and well cared for. It was nice to have a simple lunch, quickly served with fresh ingredients before a walking tour of the shops in Sheboygan Falls. read more

Had a great experience here! I was impressed by the wide variety of food options on the menu! We both had the special which was a glazed salmon on a rice pilaf, we were both very satisfied! My mom loved her cream of asparagus soup and I had the salad with peppicorn ranch dressing which was also yummy! Definatly planning a trip back here sometime soon! Excellent food for a fairly reasonable price, something that is hard to find around here. It's a great spot for a high quality, gourmet at times, dinner. The Italian dishes offered are just about as good as it getts. It's a great lunch stop while shopping in unique Sheboygan Falls, with a large lunch menu. Everything is good! Best lunch place in Sheboygan County, hands down. I moved out of state a few years ago but make sure to come here at least once (usually more) every time I come back to the area. The atmosphere is delightful and homey, and makes you feel as comfortable as having lunch at a friend's place but with much better food. Their chicken salad sandwich is TO DIE FOR - easily my favorite meal of all time (comes with chips and a pickle). Everything else I've had on their menu has been delicious as well, and they always have a variety of different specials to offer each day. Their service is excellent and speedy, and their wait staff is always willing to accommodate you. I brought my friends here from out of town the other weekend and both keep asking when we can go back, so clearly it's a favorite even if you're not from the area!
