A camping friend (those are the best kind!) invited us to come try this place and boy are we glad she did. We went on a Friday morning and, even then, there was a wait to get in. Once we got our table our server was on it but, while she was out grabbing our drinks, other servers came up and offered to take our order or bring drinks. I like that all the servers we encountered were there to ensure we had the best experience possible. That's how it should be done. The food came quickly enough (the place was packed) and I got the fried chicken hash and my wife got the crab cake Benedict. The presentation was as good as the food and quantities were just right by our measure. The fried chicken has had plenty of fried chicken and really good smashed potatoes. These are well-done russet potatoes that are smashed (as opposed to more traditional mashed potatoes). There were also the fluffiest scrambled eggs as well. Their green chili sauce was quite spicy so I'm glad I got it on the side. Wifey says the crab cake Benedict was also A+. Overall this place is very well run with very good food in a clean, clean atmosphere. Parking is a bit tight (but we have a larger truck) and the atmosphere is rather noisy - all hard surfaces with little sound deadening other than all of us in there. I also saw a huge line of taps and a whole brewing operation so I will absolutely be back to test out the brews. read more

Winter is here, and we were seated in the corner booth under the air conditioner vent blowing full blast. We asked multiple times if the air conditioner can be turned off or can we be moved? After 5 requests we were moved, it was 54 degrees outside. Our food arrived over an hour later, my eggs were cooked over easy, gross! I specifically asked to have them cooked over medium, with the whites cooked. I stuck a fork in the eggs, and the ozzed all over my skillet, gross! Sent it back, it was returned with over fried eggs and no sausage? Where is my protein? Had to ask for the chili, it was not served with the skillet. Gluten free bread was partly frozen in the middle. Not a good experience at all. Tried out Brekki Brekki this morning and I like the vibe of this place! It looks quite different than B2B. We got there a little after 8 and didn't have to wait to get seated. Staff was friendly and there were a variety of age ranges present that were dining in. Both patios on the side and back looked nice. Prices were a little more, but portion sizes were big . My mom got the breakfast sandwich with ham and a side of fruit ($10.50) and I got the s'mores French toast ($14.50) and a side of the pork belly ($5.50). While the pork belly was good (and a little kick to it), I'm glad I got the French toast (which wasn't overly sweet and didn't even need syrup). The order itself took about half hour to receive from when we arrived to the plates arriving at the table. Tried this place Sunday morning, was pretty good. I had the breakfast burrito (not pictured) was not a fan, they add baby potatoes whole to the burrito and it really takes away from the flavor and the chorizo was a big no. I came here on a holiday so it was more crowded than usual I think. I'm not sure about this though. It seemed very popular. The line was out the door. However, the line went pretty fast and before long, I was inside. My friend and I both ordered the breakfast burritos and they came out delicious. My Bloody Mary was just the way I liked it, not too spicy just the right kick to it with a tajin rim, I really liked it. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very vibrant and chatty! Kept seeing all the social media posts about this place and after showing my kids the strawberry cheesecake pancakes in the pictures on Yelp, they insisted we eat breakfast here when in Albuquerque Tuesday morning. Being a beer fan was also a selling point after I saw they brew their own beer on site. I'm a huge fan of eggs Benedict, and they have several different varieties to choose from. I got the Brisket Benny and it was delicious. The potatoes were excellent as well. My son inhaled his strawberry cheesecake pancakes after he got the news that there weren't burgers until lunchtime. Abq needed a cute brunch spot and I'm so happy it's also delicious! I got the fried chicken skillet with red chile and it was so delicious. The staff was very kind and fast and always checked on us in case we needed anything. The lavender late was also delicious, very flavorful and not overwhelmingly sweet. It's breakfast time and wanted to give this place a try. It's busy - 30 min wait. Got in menu looks great - lots of options and most different from the usual breakfast fare. For me it was Pork Belly Hash with toast & Bananas Foster French Toast. Considering how busy they were food came out faster than I anticipated. The hash came in a small loaded skillet. A nice portion of pork belly with eggs covered with a lot of cheese sat on a flattened baked potato. It was excellent & filling. The toast came with homemade strawberry jam, again excellent. The Bananas Foster was rich & delicious. They didn't skimp on bananas either. Then all this was topped by maple syrup, whipped cream and chocolate chips. Service was great. It was a team effort and it seemed that whoever came near the table checked on us. These guys have only been opened since early September. Judging by the number of people eating or waiting they've bit their stride and will be around for a long time. read more

The second time, I ordered a skillet with brisket and it was good. The third time, I ordered the skillet again, and it was completely burned on the bottom. They did fix it, but I ended up getting the remake after everyone else had finished their food already. I think I've found my new favorite place! A few weeks ago a friend posted just a picture of the name. I took that as a recommendation. I have three favorite things. Craft beer, barbecue, and breakfast. Imagine my surprise when I walk in to find that this breakfast place (I figured that out from the name) is also a brewery! I start with a Japanese style rice beer. In my old age (It happens to be my 60 Birthday today) I appreciate a well crafted light beer more than any other style. Clean, refreshing, Nice! I order breakfast. Well look here a hash and eggs with... Brisket! Breakfast arrives and I move on to the Mexican style lager (with lime of course) Now it seems downright unfair that one company could be exceptional at Brewing, Barbecue and Breakfast but these folks are! Where did these folks come from? I finished with a Espresso Martini also exceptional! There are about a million other things on this menu I need to try. Let me start by saying wow! I'm kicking myself because all this time I kind of overlooked this restaurant because it's in my neighborhood. My son and daughter went with me and all three of us were impressed. Our server Grace, was exceptional, very nice and informative, the service was quick and the food was excellent !! When we walked into the restaurant it was hopping, very nice and modern, we weren't squeezed in there was ample room both inside and outside ( yes there is outdoor seating). Now we definitely need to go back and check out the rest of the menu items, I was really pleasantly surprised on everything plus the price was very very reasonable considering the quality of the food. Been here several times now, and each time is just alright. Today our server was so kind. However, the steak was very chewy, and the toast was hard. Its always a hit or miss with the food whenever I come. The crepes are very yummy tho. I also wonder if the experience would be better if condiments were kept at the table. If you come here you're bound to have a wait unless you sit at the bar. Then it's first come first serve, the decor is so much different than any restaurant or breakfast spot I've been to. It's bright, unique and the atmosphere is great. I ordered the chilaquiles with red sauce and my wife ordered the strawberry cheesecake pancakes. The chilaquiles were perfect, the chips had just the right amount of red sauce on them but didn't make the soggy. The eggs were a perfect over easy and the pickled onions added a nice tart touch with the acidity. The pancakes had this unique bite to them. The middle was fluffy and soft but the outside of the pancake had this bite to it that automatically gave your pallet a new experience. The only negative I have to say was the price. Went with a group a people on the second day they opened. Ambiance is great and the service is so nice! Food tastes great as well! There are some minor cons but since they just opened I'm not really counting it against them. It was a little slow but nothing extreme. As great as the food tastes, there were a few dishes where I felt the portions were off. Again, I went the second day they opened and were busy the whole time I was there. Hubby and I were looking for a New place to have some breakfast and stumbled upon Brekki Brekki. We were immediately greeted as we walked in and sat quickly. We did ask to change tables later as it was pretty early in the morning and they kept both the patio door and back door open and there was a cold breeze going thru our table. Our waitress was super friendly and bubbly and had no problem moving us. We took our time looking over the menu thoroughly as there were many options. Other servers came and checked on us frequently too which was so nice. We finally ordered the Pork Belly Benny, The Green Chile Cheeseburger & towards the end of our meal ordered the Banana Foster French Toast. My husband had coffee which he said was very good and I ordered a Lavender Tea after the waitress suggested different flavors I could add to my tea. I was very happy with the taste - it tasted like the Spa. So delicious and refreshing. My husband's Pork Belly Benny was delectable and those potatoes he had on his plate were phenomenal. I am NOT a potato person at all but these were so delicious and had such a nice flavor. My green chile burger was so Juicy! The taste was incredibly flavorful and was just dripping in goodness. My French fries had such a nice airy crunchy texture that I can't explain and I loved them so much. We were so happy with our food that we decided to order the Banana Foster French Toast which were also a big hit with my husband. I liked them too but I could taste an ingredient that I wasn't very fond of - which I later discovered was Whiskey when the waitress listed the ingredients out for me. I have to say that I Absolutely hate Alcohol/Liquor in EVERY form possible so that was my fault because I didn't know they had rum and even then they were so good - and I'm very excited about trying some of their other French toast flavors without alcohol lol . The restaurant is very nice and has a nice patio, a very clean bathroom and they serve beer early in the morning if you are into that. The only negatives for me were that there were some flies that came in and out from the doors being opened but it was nothing crazy and the parking can be a little hard to find.
