So, we've ordered from this place 5 times. Maybe 4, but to give this place more leeway, I'm going to say 5. First 3 times, fantastic pizza. Mostly, on point. Last 2 times, the pizzas were burnt, and most recently, pretty much inedible, but considering I didn't eat all day, I was starving. Every bite, from center to crust, had a burnt acrid taste. Very disappointing because their flavors are very unique. Wife ordered their jalapeño poppers thinking it was actually jalapeño poppers but it was a pizza. It was too spicy for her, so I took the pizza minus 1 slice to work the next day. Everyone said that it was a unique flavor and it was either good or great. My personal favorite is their buffalo. It's got the nice buffalo flavor with a creaminess to balance the tang. So, why the 3 stars? I'm huge on consistency. Like I said, giving them the benefit of the doubt and saying I've ordered 5 times instead of 4. 2 orders were pretty much trash. So 60% good, 40% bad. Also, another note in terms of consistency. We ordered 2 buffalo pizzas and they both tasted different. If you're ok with a 50/50 chance of getting good food, this is 5 stars. If you want consistency, this is not the place for you. My favorite straight latte in the area. Excellent beans and always prepared well. Only complaint: they have this AMAZING house made strawberry syrup but it's like, literally never available. I've come at noon and it'll be all out. I try to do a good natured "haha, you guys should make more" but it's been about 7 visits since the first time I tried it and I've yet to be able to order it again. We ordered the Ron Swanson pizza which had bacon, sausage, and pepperoni. I give this pizza a 10/10 I would recommend and definitely come back to have again. The crust was perfectly thin and just the right amount of crisp. Ingredients tasted fresh! The Redlands Bowl Salad had sweet purple onions, mandarin, walnuts and a slice of pita. How do you miss the Basil on a Caprese Pizza!? It was crust with some olive oil, diced tomato and some mozzarella slices. Not worth the price! As for their pastries, I really enjoyed their Malt Chocolate Chip Cookie! It had the perfect "chew"... you know the kind that 'gets stuck on your molars' "chew". Their pecan bar was also really good! I haven't tried their coffee but I have had 2 their iced teas. They are made to order so there is a bit of a wait, which I don't mind. The interior is really cute -- very hipster! Driving through Redlands on our way home and saw this place and saw the ratings. Boy, was that WRONG. Ordered a pepperoni and vegi pizza and the crust was burnt. It was somewhat small and the grease was sitting on top. Only 3 small pepperoni's per slice. All for the price of $18. The veggies didn't look good either. The wife only could stomach 2 of the three slices and said she couldn't eat another disgusting slice. Surprised at all the 5 star ratings, but hey, to each their own. This place is awesome. Whether it is coffee, pastries or lunch, this is a one stop shop. Indoor sitting area is great as well with desks and chairs. Have been here to get work done. Wish they had more sitting space since it can get a little crammed during pre-pandemic times. There is outdoor seating as well though that is more limiting. Also hard to sit outside with little kids because of busy street and safety. They have a pizza oven and their pizzas are amazing. Everything is made fresh in front of you! Their Thai pizza is my favorite but even their plain cheese pizza is delicious. Their salads are light and tasty. You can't go wrong with anything on their menu.
