Definitely one of the highlights of our visit! The staff here is competent and hospitable, and service was top notch. Portions are generous and all four of us stuffed ourselves and still had leftovers. ASHA made our day and went out of her way to make sure each one of us was happy. They treated us so well we felt like we were visiting old friends - would definitely come back!

Okay... picture two California girls crawling across the USA like it's a desert... clutching their throats as they stagger and lurch searching in vain for a real Mexican food mirage. Not a pretty sight, I assure you! Then... feeling that life has lost all meaning, they get a flyer in the mail. Hope wells again in their breasts - maybe THIS will be the place - The Bright Light Diner... opens at 6am on weekdays (7am on weekends), and purports to serve breakfast ALL day 'til 9pm... AND Mexican food!!! Should they eat on the patio or inside? They fall into an interior booth and ask for the Mexican menu. Angels gather in the firmament... they hear trumpets sounding... could this really be true!?! A resounding YES fills the air... the food arrives... it's wonderful, their souls are replenished... so are their stomachs! For about $20 per person you are more than sated with Burritos, Tortas, Tacos, Enchiladas... and more! You can also get full breakfasts any time of the day... sheer heaven... angel approved! We later had the breakfast menu... sigh, it was amazing, too!

We found Bright Light Diner by accident, and I'm happy we did. The food is extraordinary! I had a birria omelette and my wife had the omelette. They were both delicious but the birria was in its own category of amazing!! The service was great by answering our questions and making sure our coffee was filled. The restaurant had great music adding to a great vibe and dining experience. We will be back!

You need to stop here for their Mexican food. It's amazing! The service is awesome and so amazing. Inside the diner is very clean and welcoming. Make sure you stop by and get some awesome food!!!

The food was absolutely delicious! My husband got the Birria Breakfast Burrito with a side of corned beef hash. I got The Big Bulb breakfast sandwich and a chocolate chip pancake! The Birria Breakfast Burrito was AMAZING. Definitely get a side of the Mexican salsa to go with it. the corned beef hash was cooked perfect and had great flavor! The Big Bulb breakfast sandwich was bacon, sausage, hash brown patty, and American cheese on a hard roll. The cheese was melted and the has brown patty was crispy! The inside was nice and clean, and smelled good! Our waitress, Rosie, was the sweetest! She was very attentive, had a great recommendation for the Mexican salsa, and the service was just all around 10/10. We will definitely be going back to try lunch!

Had a great breakfast!! It was 2 corn tortillas fried one with red salsa one with green. They had an egg on top of each with avocado onion and cheese. You could tell the salsa was homemade it was very flavorful with a little spice. Eggs were cooked perfectly and all the flavors melded together perfectly. Also came with home fries and they were great too. Service was friendly and fast. I will definitely be back!!

You can tell they're incredibly passionate about their food, and it shows in the taste. I had a veggie burger (which was made in-house), and it was delicious. Everything tasted fresh. My partner had the perogies and a burger, and he loved them! We will definitely be returning for a quick dinner next time we're in the area.

We were on a road trip and in need of a place to stop for lunch. I pulled out my trusty Yelp app…read moreand came across Fina's Kitchen and its excellent reviews. The small restaurant was like a deli with several tables inside and a lovely outdoor patio that really elevated its overall atmosphere. We placed our order at the inside counter and grabbed a table outside. Throughout our visit, we experienced extremely pleasant and gracious service from Fina and a young man, both of whom were cooking and delivering the food. Though this caused things to move on the slower side, they really had their system down to a science, managing our meals and the several takeout orders that I saw being collected. The lunch menu had various salads, sandwiches, and burgers on offer. I selected the Chicken Gyro, which used a real grilled chicken breast that had been sliced, rather than those pre-cut strips that always seem to contain fillers. The chicken was a tad dry, but the homemade tzatziki sauce, which was heavily infused with dill, helped to add moisture to the sandwich. I had opted for a whole wheat wrap, rather than a pita, and I loved that they had lightly toasted the completed dish, even with its inclusion of romaine lettuce and diced tomatoes. That method gave the wrap an improved texture and a slight crunch. I sampled a few of my companion's fries, which were thin, crispy, and had a real rustic flavor that resembled potato skins. They were great! Fina's Kitchen was a real gem, hidden among an industrial area and catering to the local businesses. It was a great find!

We sampled the Disco Fries, which were very good. A definite item to order. We also tried the garlic parm tots that were good. I tried the Brisket sandwich , with the horseradish on the side. Sandwich was excellent. I am not a horseradish type of guy. But I put a little on the sandwich. Hot, but still flavorful. My guests had their special burger, and thought it was excellent. Place is a definite one to go to. Owners are very personable, making you feel worthy, and they a genuinely glad you stopped in.

This little unassuming place deserves every one of them! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly man at the counter who seated us and brought menus. He turned out to be very helpful finding out this was our first time here. The store was well lit and clean. The tables were well spaced and not crowded in. My wife stuck to our tradition and ordered the RT 10 Dog with the spicy relish on the side. (Which was great for me) I couldn't resist The Hungry Bull burger. We'll just have to come back again for me to try their hotdogs. The 10' hot dog is a Martin Rosol's so the foundation of this hot dog is super strong. The sauerkraut was tasty and full flavored and just the right amount of mustard. My wife tried the spicy relish, that our server cheerfully supplied on the side, and it was a little too hot for her liking. Bonus for me. I got to put it on my burger. My burger came out stacked on a sturdy Brioche Roll with American cheese, onion straws and some very tasty horseradish crema. My burger was juicy and full of flavor. The onion straws brought the right amount of crunch. Halfway through I began to add in the spicy relish. Amazing. We got fries and onion rings and shared. The fries were big, crisp on the outside and creamy on the inside. Just the way I like them. The onion rings were amazing. I like when you bite into an onion ring and the whole onion doesn't come sliding out. These were perfect. Very good crunch and flavor. We have already decided that we will be back. I can't wait to try the hot dogs and the chicken sandwiches that were also calling my name.

They've since expanded the size of their tasting room into another huge, open space full of high tops and comfortable lounge seating along with a bar mixing up creative cocktails. The new space also has tons of pinball machines and other games. We stopped in after a movie on a Friday at about 6:30. There were a few groups hanging out but it wasn't too busy at all. It was pretty chill vibe, and I got the sense that a lot of locals frequent them, which is cool. We hung out for nearly two hours and by the time we left the only other folks there were at the bar in the front room. The beer is still good! I did want to try some of their cocktails though. They have some pretty creative cocktails made with interesting homemade syrups, shrubs, and the like. I tried the Honey Don't which was tart but well balanced. I wished it was a little spicier, but I am a spice fiend. Then I felt for something a little sweeter so I went with the Poolside gossip. All the different ingredients really combined into a unique and delicious flavor! I really enjoyed what they have going on. The space was comfortable and relaxed and there's something on their drinks menu for literally everyone, plus entertainment. They have small snacks available, but you're also welcome to bring your own food. So it's basically like a very relaxed bar. We'll definitely be stopping in more frequently!

Relic Brewing is a craft brewery that opened in Plainville, Connecticut in February 2012. It was…read morefounded by brewer Mark Sigman. Although his professional background was in advertising, Sigman had been an avid homebrewer since 1994. Eventually he decided to open his own brewery. Sigman chose the name "Relic" to reference his world travels. Aiming to craft artisanal ales inspired by flavors from around the world, he thought of himself as more of a chef than a brewer. Sigman doesn't brew beer based on which styles are trendy, but rather beers that he personally enjoys with tastes that he views as complimentary or exciting. I have visited Relic Brewing multiple times since I first became serious about craft beer in 2013. At that time, Relic was one of maybe 10 breweries in the state (today there are over 100). Of those original 10, only half remain in business. The taproom was very small during my initial visit: about 10 square feet and they only served small free samples. I recently stopped there with my older son because it occurred to me that I hadn't been there in at least 10 years. A lot had changed! In 2016, a full bar was added and Relic began to serve full pint pours as well as craft cocktails. A large back room addition opened in 2019, which featured a fully furnished lounge and a pinball arcade slowly evolved. When I first arrived, I ordered a taster flight which featured "Oktoberfest", "Nebraska IPA", "The Whim" (New England IPA), and "Double Whim" (Double New England IPA). I grabbed my flight and headed to the back room with my son. He was so excited to play the pinball machines and other various arcade games. The two of us had a nice father-son bonding experience playing pinball as I also enjoyed my beer samples; the "Oktoberfest" was my favorite! If you like great beer paired up with pinball, then head down to Relic Brewing!
