I had the phillie cheese steak sub. It was awesome. It is a dive, but it is one of those places only the locals know how great it is. It is voted the best of the best in our local paper every year. If you can over look the decor you will be glad you stopped in. read more

Good food, good service, but check the ketchup bottle top, sometimes the are .not tight. I would check the salt and pepper also.

I've been here three times for breakfast and each time it has never failed me. Out of 5 Stars my son rates it a 10 (based on his one and only visit). Coffee cup is never empty unless you want it to be that way. Food is ALWAYS hot and fresh and the portions are huge. Over easy eggs were perfectly cooked all the way thru with the yolks still being "dunk-able". My son's omelette was a big as a football and perfectly cooked. BRAVO BRINGER INN!! read more

Best breakfast (bar none) ever. Service for food ok but to give credit waitress was really busy so understandable and not a problem. Too bad cashier couldn't be bothered. Had plenty of time to cash out two takeouts but saw fit to leave me standing there with cash in my hand. Will surely think twice before stopping again. read more

A wonderful dive -- The best breakfast I've had in a restaurant in a long, long time. The place is run-down (it's reasonably clean -- just don't look too closely at the carpet!) but the food is great. They do hash browns just right, and the coffee is perfect. Been there many times. Food & service was pretty good. But last Wednesday ordered a build your own omlet. Came with cheese, didnt order or want cheese asked waitress to please bring me another. She was very nice, but brought it back to me & said cook/owner refused to correct. I rechecked the menu no mention of cheese. Walked to the owner & said excuse me...Well all hell broke loose he was yelling at me in front of the whole restaurant. He then said he would redo but yelled all omlets come with cheese. It wasn't on the menu. Won't ever go there again. Too bad...Beware. Hope he reads this!!! read more

You walk past the dripping grease bin in front of the place to walk in the door. When we sat down everything was covered in a layer of filth. The seats, the "clean" table, the menus, all of it. We had brought guests from out of town and they were so grossed out by the place. I was embarrassed. About 2 minutes after we sat down, we got up and had to leave, it was gross. read more

I go to Bringer Inn often and today my experience was awful. I ordered their sizzling steak dinner and I ordered it medium rare it came out very done so I told my waitress Amanda who was supper nice the whole time, she took it back and I heard her tell the cook (the owner) it needed to be medium rare, the second one came back also done and fatty I didn't want to complain again but I just couldn't eat it so the manager came to my table and said she has to take it to the cook and show him, well then I'm watching and he starts yelling at Amanda saying " why did you tell me it was rare" which she didn't because I heard her tell him medium rare, and if she had said rare why did it come to me very done. So I asked her if I could just get something else and she said the owner said he's not cooking me anything else because he had to throw away 2 steaks. Then the manager came to my table and asked Amanda if she had told me it was her fault my steak was wrong because she wrote and told the cook the wrong information the manager then looked at me and said "yeah it was all her fault" I thought right then and there how could someone be so rude and embarrass their employee like that and also be so rude and not cook something for a PAYING costumer. It's a shame because I really like that place but I don't think I'll be going back there anytime soon. read more

Bringer Inn is one of the best restaurants in Saginaw, but does require some patients at times. it's great because the burgers are awesome, the philly cheese steak rocks, the omlets are some of the best around, and the nachos are huge. I keep coming back for the great food and friendly service. They treat you good with the food portions, the food is served in a timely manner, and my business helps keep them open. To make it that much better, when your finished eating, they have great pies you can get for dessert. Sometimes, I stuff myself here and if you do the same sometimes, this is the place to go. People who don't like good food eat at Mcdonalds. People who love a great meal, Bringer Inn is the place to go. read more
