Bronze Cafe has been a staple for me since they were located at The Center! (throwback) The food is always delicious and fresh. They have a sizable amount of vegan and vegetarian options which is wonderful for people like me with dietary restrictions. They also have a TON of vegan deserts including cookies, muffins, and more. I was a little hesitant to go with Bronze Cafe because I thought "How good could the meat sandwiches be from a vegan/vegetarian place?" I was so wrong LOL. This was probably the best sandwich I've ever had in my life - which I know is a bold claim. My husband and I got the food delivered to our hotel and it did not impact the integrity of the sandwich at all. We ordered: The Complicated Order - The bread on this sandwhich is so good, so soft, and so chewy. Bacon was thick and the bacon jam .... Omg so flavorful. I liked that the sandwich was packed with greens and cucumber too. Miss Piggy - I believe the same bread was used here as the Complicated Order. Huge chunks of chicken and shredded chicken were used in the filling. The dill sauce really added to this whole sandwich. Same great bacon was used too. Iced Vanilla Latte - just OK, I would skill next time. It felt a little watered down and lacking in flavor. Dill and Garlic Potatoes - Huge portions but I wasn't too wowed by these. I wished the dill and garlic flavor was more prominent. I would skip next time. Fantastic! I can't say enough about this hole in the wall tucked away in a nondescript shopping center. We were in Las Vegas and checked out of our hotel and were in search for a healthy lunch away from the touristy and mostly overpriced "strip". A quick Yelp search on "salad" yielded the Bronze Cafe with a glowing solid 5 star review with over 138 reviews. So we drove 15 minutes to see what was so good about this place. I've been a fan of Bronze Cafe since their original downtown location at The Center. When I heard they opened up just down the street from my work, I made plans the very next day to go by for the Good Earth Pita that I love so much. Note that right now the business is takeout only, but they do plan to be open for service "in the next few months" per Peter on my most recent visit. I've ordered here twice and pickup service from Peter is always quick and friendly. The food is just how I remember, fresh and full of flavor. Though they specialize in vegan dishes, they do have some sandwiches with "normal" protein. Besides the Good Earth pita, the Woop Woop (turkey, bacon, etc) with added avocado has also been good- portions are filling, sandwiches come with a side salad, dressings and sauces are made in house. The last time I visited a Bronze Cafe it was within "The Center". I recently found out of this new relocation. I'm under the impression it's the same company having moved. It's interesting in that they offer a huge variety of vegan options, yet also offer a few "meat" options as well (turkey, chicken, bacon, pepperoni)... yet... no cow's milk for coffee beverages. I asked if they were temporarily out of cows milk and was told it is not offered. So, I opted for oat milk in my latté. I was a little concerned about the flavor, but I actually enjoyed the beverage. Try new things! I also had 'The California Turkey sammich' from the "meat & dairy" menu. But I don't see any sammiches under that heading offering any 'dairy' based items (where's the cheese?). In spite of that, the sammiches that my party ordered were very good. The coffee beverages as well. The prices were a tad high for my preference, but considering the menu items are mostly vegan, that seems to be the norm (guessing due to initial cost and preparation of vegan food products). Employees that I interacted with were pleasant and helpful with the questions I had regarding menu options. Considering the prices, I would have liked the option of having a bag of chips in lieu of a small salad included with the 'sammich'. I had to pay extra for a bag of chips; and the cost of the bagged plantain chips was considerable IMO. But I chose to get them anyway; I indulged! The weather was agreeable and we sat outside. I recently tried a very delicious, vegan, chocolate chip cookie from the Health, Healing and Happiness event from Bronze Cafe, and was immediately impressed! I couldn't wait to visit their Summerlin located and try some food! I was pleasantly welcomed by Abe/Abraham and he was super helpful and friendly! They just opened and are only serving takeout and delivery for now, but I am super excited to have a sit down meal there once they're ready. I ordered the Tree of Life wrap and it was so fresh and tasty! It had just the right amount of crispy veggies, tangy dressing and crunchiness from the Brazil nuts. I also got another chocolate chip cookie, a Loving V. Virginia, (like a brookie) a pumpkin cookie, and a mixed berry and oreo cheesecake. Did I mention everything was vegan?! Everything was amazing! I will be honest. Although the cheesecakes did not remind me of when I used to eat actual cheesecake, they were still super addicting. They don't really have that tangy flavor that cheesecake has, and I would describe them more like an ice-cream cake that doesn't melt. They are served very chilled and have a creamy texture, which is why I feel like they remind me of a cake. I love the crust, which tastes like a sweet melody of dates and oats. I've been to the Bronze Cafe when it was part of Juice Stars in downtown (though I don't think it's part of Juice Stars anymore). I had their vegucated (vegan) sammich a while ago and was having a craving for it. I saw they were part of Juice Box LV but when I got there they said they no longer have Bronze Cafe items. I was even going to drive to Summerlin to get the vegucated but I ended up getting something at Juice Box. Eventually I ordered the vegucated through Postmates along with some desserts. The breakdown: -Vegucated: 9/10 (it was just as tasty and filing as I remembered: love that coconut bacon jam!) -cheesecake: 2/10 (this was very disappointing; it was frozen, which I don't mind but when I let it thaw, the crust and cake were watery and soggy; the cheesecake part didn't taste like cheesecake at all but a watered down cake) -fruity pebbles treat: 8/10 (big portion and love that this is made with vegan marshmallows) -cocoa pebbles treat: 4/10 (the texture was the problem- it was nearly rock hard) They have plenty of other vegan sandwiches that I want to try. Whelp that day came and I couldn't been more happy I walked in when they first opened and was greeted right away by a young lady. The cafe has beautiful murals on the walls, some of which I got to witness being painted when they first opened. They always have fresh water in the drinking bowls outside for your pups. Okay so now that the vibe is out of the way, the FOOD.... It's amazing. They are the epitome of a healthy cafe but everything truly tastes great. They are vegan, vegetarian, and dietary restriction friendly. The staff is super willing to accommodate and make substitutions if needed. Their iced vanilla latte is one of the best I've had, not ridiculously sweet and not artificially flavored. It is just right! And the sweetener they use is monkfruit which is better for you and I think attributes to the delicious flavor. If you're looking for arguably best breakfast sandwich ever... look no further. It is essentially a bacon, egg, and cheese but a gourmet version. They serve you perfectly cooked bacon, delicious egg, heavenly cheese...with tomatoes, a little bit of spring mix, a yummy sauce and it's all held together in a toasted pretzel bun. Need I say more? Speaking of sandwiches, the basil chicken salad sandwich is divine. This is anything but a heavy handed mayo filled sandwich.
