I'm never going back. This place is terrible. Not only do they rush you out in 5 mins where every other salon takes about 15 mins. Then the staff gets mad when you notice a spot they didn't get. I had a stamp card that I finally wanted to redeem my $2 off and they said it was old and they wouldn't honor it, even though 2 weeks prior they were still stamping it. Only when trying to redeem it, the manager declined. Don't bother with this place. Go somewhere where you will be a valued customer! read more

This is my go to place for threading. My girl that I would absolutely trust with my brows is Nisha! She keeps my brows looking beautiful. I alway receive great compliments about my brows whenever she cleans it up for me. I would recommend calling in first to see if she's in before heading to the place. read more

Been coming here for about a year now . I usually see Nisha. She's super nice,and has a gentle touch. I have real sensitive skin so I can't have anyone who doesn't know what they're doing. I've been coming here for years to get my eyebrows threaded. I come here for a quick eye brow clean up every 3-4 weeks. The ladies here are all quick and efficient (less than 10 minutes), and the threading itself does not hurt at all and actually feels pretty relaxing. I've enjoyed it the most when they give you a mini head massage around the temple, although not everyone does this so it's inconsistent if I get it or not. Prices are reasonable ($10 for eyebrow only) and there's also a punch card so you can get discounts for being a loyal customer! read more

The worst salon I have been to. They are expensive plus very poor service. The facial I got was $70 but was not worth a penny. That lady would not take out blackheads and neither would she apply the lotion/cream/mask in good quantity. The massage was dry with no product or minimum product. My experience here was terrible. I paid for a full-face threading service, and after one day I noticed lines on my cheeks. It turns out that I had lines of hair all of over my cheeks. It's very visible, even with makeup. I left for a trip the next day, and when I got back I asked for the fix. They would not budge to fix it. They wanted to charge me for a full service because I didn't come in the next day. I explained that I left out of town the day after my threading (the reason why I had the service done in the first place). However, they didn't care. I asked for a discount on the service because it was their mistake, and they would not even do that. I honestly do not recommend this place, take your business elsewhere because you will leave with patches of hair on your face if you choose this business. read more

Update!!!!!!!!!!! Please read from loyal customer: Employees are all "new": management must have changed, really not sure and answer is different every time I ask. I have been coming here for years. Dimple and Preety are great & the first facial I had was actually one of the only treatments (high frequency machine) that has made a huge difference on my skin. Well, long story short. I made last min appt for another 30 Min "Glow" facial. New girl, didn't even introduce herself. 45 minutes into the (30 minute) service, she said "all done" - mind you she didn't say a word the entire time, I figured she was new & shy but I did tell her how my last glow facial 2 weeks prior was awesome. When she said she was "done" my fave was still sticky with cleanser/product, she NEVER used machine, & didn't even apply a mosturizer or sunscreen: to be honest I think she washed & massaged my face for literally the entire 45 minutes. I asked if she was going to use machine, she said it was broken. I said that I should have been told this PRIOR to my service. I noticed a log on the wall, with my name from 2 weeks prior, & only 3 (facial/waxing) services/clients since. I knew there was a problem. Whoever said they were "management", asked what happened, what went wrong. I said I wanted the same service & same machine & it was not rendered. She said I asked for wrong facial. I said no it was correct as mentioned and as logged on wall. I asked where former staff was; her response was "the machine is not broken, other staff are 'off' until further notice." They didn't make me pay, but had me leave my phone number. They called me a week later and asked for "my version of story". I was somewhat appalled, for their lack of any concern on my (the client) behalf, but optimistic of good intentions & told them again, I just wanted the machine to be used, as I paid for previously & enjoyed, that was told to me AFTER the service; was broken. She (new manager or whoever was there in authority at time of service) said that the clinician did not feel I needed the machine & it was never broken but a case-by-case basis. Let's be real here. I know I'm talking about a $40, 30 minute facial here, but I've been coming here for YEARS, loyally, literally every 10-14 days. If I wait more than that they always know! I was such a fan of this place. & when the new manager called me, she mentioned that my loyalty was "well known & acknowledged" but wanted "both sides to be heard". She said she hoped I'd continue getting my brows done there & continue being a loyal client & said she'd get back to me. I have heard nothing since, and unfortunately have taken my business elsewhere. I will not be returning, unless the former employees return. I have stopped by twice to see, supposedly they are now all on "maternity leave". Who knows.... Very unfortunate. read more

The service here is excellent. I came in here after I had gone into another nearby eyebrow threading salon that had completely messed up my eyebrows and the woman at this place was able to fix my eyebrows and make them look beautiful again. She made my eyebrows look even again and fixed the arches. I'd give this 4 stars except for the fact it's a bit pricey. read more

Just wanted to emphasize how awesome it is that they always prioritize sanitation. They make sure to use hand sanitize before and ask the customers to use it as well. Not every place does that, and it's an important step to ensure there isn't too many bumps when the hair grows back in. read more

Went to this place yesterday because of it convenient location. Let me start off by saying I have been threading my eyebrows since I was 12. So you can imagine I'm pretty tolerant and use to the pain associated with the process. I have to say that it felt like the first time all over again!!! I don't know if its because of the thread or what but it was pretty painful! But as they say beauty is pain and my eyebrow are proof of that. read more

I used to be a regular customer here but standards have changed since they raised their price. Workers are unwelcoming and somewhat rude. I tipped them 20% and they look disgruntled.. how much are they expecting especially when they look so unhappy and service is mediocre. A BIG NOOOOO.. This place is near to the place where I live so I started going there although its a lil expensive. I have been to this place 5 times and every time, i wish if they could have done better. I have always told them what I wanted but this girl(dont know her name) was always rude. My last visit to this place ended pretty bad. The manager was out when I visited. I told her that i feel my eyebrows dont look similar ..can you see what can be done.. and then she just shouted at me..i told her is that how you talk to your customers ? she even said that dont come here again..who the hell says that to a customer...when i said "call you manager " and I would like to talk to her then she said " she would also tell you to get out from here".. that was it for me.. Its not a free service and not even a cheap service compared to other threading places. I have always paid tip despite of not liking their work. I was so so upset after that. I've come here few times and brought more business here. When my friend asked for a price they told us $30 and both employees looked at each other and agreed. However, when we went to pay suddenly they changed the price to $35 and said that they had been saying this price from the beginning. Update: I was desperate for threading so I came n just hoped it turned out well and it did. This time I was smart enough to take the names down of the workers I liked so hope this helps others also. Sana was my favorite but everytime I ask for her they keep telling me she's sick. Maybe she no longer works there. Then I used this younger girl, Brenda, and I'm happy with her too. Happy I am a regular customer again I'm so upset with this place. It's probably my fault also for not getting the people's names on who is good n who is bad. Trust me I will from now on if I go back. One lady totally made my brows uneven n then denied it n said I didn't have hair there.
