This is all around an absolutely terrible dealer. I have no idea why Chrysler hasn't pulled their franchise from them. This is only scratching the surface of my problems here. First, the service department is an absolute joke, and getting a hold of them over the phone is next to impossible because no one ever answers the phone. I brought my 2010 Jeep Patriot to have a front end alignment done. I get the car back and there was a terrible popping noise coming from the front when accelerating. I took it back and they said it was the struts... Nope! THEY FORGOT TO TIGHTEN THE LUG NUTS AFTER THE ALIGNMENT! I contacted Chrysler and they didn't seemed to be concerned by this at all. Then I made them check the alignment because you can't align a car with loose wheels, they said they would not perform a front alignment because the tie rods were bad... When they did the first alignment they did a multi-point inspection and the tie rods were totally fine (I doubt they even checked the tie rods... Or anything for that matter). They have absolutely no problem taking my money for aligning a car with bad tie rods but when it's on their dime, its all of a sudden not okay..... Needless to say I got my money back. They have also crushed my rocker panels on my brand new 2013 Dodge Dart, I made them fix it. AND! apparently they do not test drive their cars after they perform repairs. They installed a new steering gear on the Dart and I got in the car and it was making a terrible noise. They service tech said to me they did not test drive my car after performing this major repair... The sales department is no better. My sales person was excellent but the Manager, Chris Folta is extremely rude and knows nothing about cars. Due to his lack of knowledge on the Darts, he messed up my special ordered car and didn't know a certain feature wasn't available on my trim level. He also said to me and my mom out loud and in front of customers: "IF YOU DON'T TRUST US THEN WHY DID YOU BUY A CAR FROM US!?" That is not customer service. This is all around a terrible dealer. They are too big and they treat you like a number. I now go to Falls Motor City for all my car needs because they are excellent and very knowledgeable. read more

Deceptive sales practices, and absolutely no integrity. If you buy/lease from this dealership, ensure you go through the paperwork with a fine tooth comb, or have it reviewed by an attorney. We were repeat customers and trusted them too much. Our "lease buy out" was actually written as an early lease turn in and we got burned to the tune of $1,088, 2 months after the deal was completed. When we received the bill from VW Credit, we called the dealership many times and no one would return our calls. We had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to get a response. We're now talking to VW Corporate, and attorneys to get the issue resolved. Save the time and hassle. Go somewhere else. read more

I had 725 credit score which was my lowest score out of the three these idiots shop my credit over twenty times in some case the company Brunswick auto pull it three time in one day. I bought a used car less than a month ago and it has been in the shop three times already. Sales staff don't return calls, the service department has been unresponsive, and every time I go in the men will not make eye contact with me - they just talk to whatever man I have with me, even though I bought the car. Salesman Jay Coates is dismissive, sales manager Ricky Zemec treated me like a child and interrupted to tell me that he "doesn't have a crystal ball" rather than listen to what I was trying to tell him. My car is in their shop right now and I couldn't get a call back from the service dept all day, when I finally caught someone on the phone at 2:30 after they've had the car since the night before, they told me that they couldn't get my repair done the same day. My son bought a used 2011 Toyota Camry supposedly certified which is why we were told the price was a "little higher" in October 2016. My son now lives in Charlotte, North Carolina and he went to trade his car in yesterday with all of his original paperwork stating the car was "certified" and much to his surprise when the car dealership ran the VIN number the car was certified for the previous owner not my son- the car certification does NOT transfer from owner to owner!! I have to change my original rating of 1 to a 4 and I'll tell you why. Leased the Jeep in March and I got a nail in the tire. It was too close to the edge and could not be plugged. I called the sales guy and the parts guy to see if there's anything they could go to give me a deal on the tire since it had less than 3000 miles on it. I got no answer from the sales guy and the parts guy said you're paying full price. I was really mad until I took it in and ran into Pam Moye, Chrysler service advisor. I explained the lack of follow up on their dealership and she apologized she said initially that she would give me the employee price for the tire. To be fair there was one parts person I talked to, I didn't get his name who said he would take $10 off which was some thing that nobody at the dealership had even offered. But the employee price to me would beat the $10 offer. It turned out the charge was even less than the employee price which surprised me and I am very grateful. All it takes is to have a positive experience with someone like Pam to turn your perception of the dealership around. And her great and concerned work did just that, thank you Pam. read more

I normally don't ever post reviews, but I have to post this so others know the truth about this place. Sales manager Jacob at the Certified Used building was very rude. He promised me an offer in writing and when I arrived to test drive the truck, he came out and interupted the conversation I was having with salesman Ravi (who was nice/polite). He asked if I wanted to make a deal and I politely responded No because I didnt like the truck. He said "Oh ok, well Good" & proceeded to go on a rant that my truck was rusted out and nothing like I said (which is not true and I sent the pictures to prove it...wish I could post pictures here) Either way, he basically degraded my truck in front of my family and was a complete jerk for no reason. Even my 10 year old son was shocked at his response and said "that guy was mean and very rude"...yes, a 10 year old witnessed a so called professional sales manager "meltdown". I stood there in awe and politely said "whatever bud" and walked away. I have talked to many dealerships in the past and you meet jerks occasionally...but this guy topped them all. I actually texted the salesman Ravi after I left and suggested he should go work for another dealership because his boss is costing him valuable sales. My business and everyone else I talk to will go somewhere else. My advice: Stay away from the "certified used" dealership and go somewhere else. Pay attention to the negative reviews...most pertain to the certified used vehicle area, not new. If I knew there integrity was this way, I would not have taken a 1/2 day vacation from work and drove an hour. My father bought a RAV4 May 30th and this deal was supposed to have a remote starter installed before delivery. Well, the car was delivered however, without remote starter. So I called my sales Rep. Aruthur Miller and told him about this. He calls me back saying "your starter is on back order, it will arrive in two days and we will come pick up your car, install starter and take care of things for you. I said great... 2 weeks go by and no reply. As of Yesterday June 30th! I had no reply and he kept on ignoring my calls. Well, he sends me a text saying, that was never part of the deal and you won't be getting a remote starter.!!!! It was my mistake that I trusted these guys. I initially had a deal put together at "Premier Toyota" in Amherst. I drove an hour away to these guys to give them my business and got ripped off. This is how these guys sell cars, they CHEAT, and are unethical fools including the manager. Please don't trust these guys.......and make sure you get in WRITING what the deal includes.! read more

This review went from a 5 star review to a 2.. I had a great experience working with Chris Podracky over at Volkswagen. Answered all my questions.. Offered me a great deal on a 2016 Jetta, But I was interested in checking out a Chrysler 200 before I made a decision.. He took me over to Chrysler and started going over my lease options for the Chrysler 200. After finding the car I wanted.. He spoke with the manager and came back with deals WAYYY better than the Jetta (2500 trade in assist). They did not have the color I wanted in the specific trim, So they offered me the comfort package for NO COST.. Actually got the price down a little bit as well.. GREAT EXPERIENCE! ..A few days later.. My fiancé wants to trade in her lease early.. After doing some online research, I found that the jeeps had the best incentives for making up for the negative equity.. The salesman.. Which I forget his name, said.. There is no way we can help you out.. wouldn't even show us a jeep or go over numbers.. Sent us over to Volkswagen to look at a Jetta that was more money than my 200.. So we arrive at Volkswagen at 5:50.. Had no clue they closed at 6:00. We were greeted by an older gentleman. We asked for a car appraisal, He laughed and said they close at 6.. Okay no problem. We would rather work with Chris anyways. After getting in our car, We see the salesman lock the door and turn around and do a kicking motion, Which he did a few other times. Needless to say we never went back. Saturday, My fiancé and I had an appointment to get her CX-5 fixed. Broken CD player and the power seats wouldn't work. We had a few hours to waste so we decided to talk with Brunswick Mazda. We had the pleasure of working with Joel Cruz, who had us test drive a few different cars to make sure we found the perfect car. We were set on the Mazda 6 Touring.. Which is not cheaper than the jeeps.. Didn't have as many incentives as the jeeps.. Joel and his sales manager put together some GREAT deals and we left with a 2016 Mazda 6 Touring. This is just a review of the Service department. 1. They schedule appointments 1-2 weeks out. Impossible to get in when you have a pressing need on your vehicle. 2. If you mention "warranty" or "recall," they suddenly have no time to handle your vehicle for up to 2-3 weeks. Repeatedly implied that recalls are not worth their time. 3. Having spoken and interacted with 4 different people while dealing with an appointment and repair issue, I can say I did not find one person who was friendly or helpful. They all complained about being too busy, not having the right parts, not knowing what to do about a specific problem, or not thinking my issue was important. I would never go to this Service department except again if I have a choice. read more

Went to get a oil change, tire rotation, etc. Before going I marked my tires to see if they actually rotate the tires. Nobody did anything, the tires weren't rotated and the workers were in shock when I showed them that they lied about doing the service. They aren't following through with what they say they will do for you. Make sure you watch them with whatever they are doing with your car because they ARE NOT doing the whole job and/or lying to you about it. In 2011, I purchased my 2011 Subaru Impreza from the Subaru dealer (unlike many reviewers here, I'm specifying which dealer I worked with because many reviews aren't making that clear) I worked with Eric, went through the process, and the biggest pain in the butt was the financing process, which I really don't blame the dealer for, it's the process of finding the right bank willing to finance at an interest rate/price that's acceptable/affordable. Once that was done, I decided next time, I would do most of the legwork online simply because it is tedious to sit around for 3 or 4 hours for this process. The service department is great. All of my maintenance was done there except for one rear wiper replacement because I was traveling and it froze to the window and my dumba** pulled it back to clean the window not awake enough to think. In the meantime, a few months ago, a good friend of mine had a very positive experience with a Legacy through Jason at Subaru. (that's more a side note) Last week (middle of December) I decided to see out of curiosity what I could get for my 2011 Impreza and upgrade to a Crosstrek. Nick from the Mazda dealer contacted me first from my online inquiry and I declined the Mazda as I'm 100% Subaru and thanked him for his time. He emailed me back stating that he had a Certified Pre-owned 2013 Crosstrek with super low mileage, so we worked that deal mostly online so I alI had to do was come in and get the trade offer on the Impreza, test drive the crosstrek, addressed all concerns I had (which was me not being familiar with the 'softer' braking the Crosstrek has) and 1.5hr later, I was done -the finance guy (I think it was either Mike or Mark, I cannot remember offhand) was very professional, matter of fact, efficient and really worked to get me the best interest rate. My ONLY disappointment in this was, because it was Mazda, they didn't know about my specific concern and the maint history and what I felt were soft brakes, but did let me know the Subaru location should have all that info since it was originally leased there by the previous owner and if anything needed to be adjusted or inspected, they would take care of it for me. Given my experience with the Subaru service center over the past 4 years, I wasn't concerned one bit. Their prices are fairly on par or better from my experience thus far. After driving mine, my friend decided he wanted a 2016 Crosstrek lease and contacted Brunswick Subaru and worked with (Rick?!) Ortiz -I will revise this once I dig up the biz card I snagged from his desk) This process took a bit of time, okay way too much time, mainly due to securing the financing, nothing really the dealer's fault. While there, I got all the information i wanted regarding the history of my 2013 Crosstrek from their service department, the warranty details, maintenance records, and once my friend was set up and ready with all the features, Rick took the time to review some things I had questions about with my 2013 -he didn't have to do that, especially after an entire afternoon spent getting my friend into his 2016, so that was excellent customer service and I would highly recommend him as well. I'll follow up with any name corrections (I'm terrible with names without biz cards on hand) and if anything changes regarding my experiences with Bruns Subaru and my Crosstrek. read more

Buy your car elsewhere. We purchased a "certified pre owned" Chrysler Town and country last January. In that time we have had nothing but issues. We just had to replace the entire electric components because of their oversight. When I brought it in during the 3month warranty they blamed me for the water in the fog light and wanted to charge me $200 to replace it! Now a $2,000 repair because the integrated electrical system shorted out! After repairing we are noticing a ton of benefits such as your hazards are supposed to go on when your side door is opened. Their overhaul to certify this vehicle was junk and I will never purchase from them again. Very disappointed. read more

I found this out as I was driving down the road and my car started to ROAR. They refused to help me in any way. They were unwilling to give me a discount, or help fix the car. In order to POST my review, I had to give a rating. The one rating is too generous, they deserve -0. They're online wholesale parts store is HORRIBLE! I've been calling them for weeks to get a LIVE person, to no avail. So, I placed an order. I saw what I wanted, but once I ordered it, It wasn't what I clicked on. I ordered paintable fenders, which it showed, when I was ordering, but what I received was totally different. Once I received my shipment, which I paid for shipping and handling, I called, left several messages, with no return calls. I emailed them then they responded, gave me the return instructions, in which I have to pay for shipping and handling all over with a 15% re-stocking fee. I don't trust they will even RETURN my money, once they receive the returned items. They never even offered to exchange the items for the correct one. I Strongly Recommend NOT doing business with this company. I read a few reviews and it mentions the HORRIBLE Customer Service, they have NO customer service skills at all.
