So happy this opened! A prime location in Long Beach super close to the pier. The chicken is so well seasoned and flavorful. It had a nice soft yet crunchy texture. The Nashville kickin sandwich was so delicious, the kick was subtle at first but crept up on you the more you ate! The strawberry lemonade is also a great balance of sweet and tangy. My regular order is the 3 Jumbo Tenders & Waffle Fries, which I typically order through UberEats, because Bruxie will usually have a "Buy 1, Get 1 Free" offer on the Jumbo Tenders. The Chicken is seasoned to perfection with a crispy outside, and juicy tender inside. The waffle fries are crisp and fresh. Bruxie offers 6 different dipping sauces - my faves are Bruxie Sauce, Homemade Ranch, and Stone Ground Honey Mustard. Highly recommend you give them a try! read more

Also the pricing for each item is on the higher side. Most of the time the waffles haven't tasted as great as they look. The chicken tastes good but I have had issues with the chicken in the waffle sandwich getting soggy and ending up becoming messy. The chicken was okay, the cole slaw was one bite and no more for me (no flavor sogginess). Half the fries were seasoned with salt and pepper, the other half was bland. Got their standard chicken tenders (2) + fries. Only $11 and their tenders have so much flavor in them! They have good dipping sauces as well. My friend got their chicken waffle sandwich but instead of fried chicken, he got it w/ grilled chicken! Didn't even know they had that option.
