I never expected a chicken waffle sandwich with cole slaw to be so tasty! The cashier was super friendly and attentive. She delivered the sandwich to my table as well. My regular order is the 3 Jumbo Tenders & Waffle Fries, which I typically order through UberEats, because Bruxie will usually have a "Buy 1, Get 1 Free" offer on the Jumbo Tenders. Was excited that a place like bruxie was around. After going about 3 times here is what I have to say. The way the menu is, a lot of things are separate. Also the pricing for each item is on the higher side. Most of the time the waffles haven't tasted as great as they look. The chicken tastes good but I have had issues with the chicken in the waffle sandwich getting soggy and ending up becoming messy. Had a great experience here while on vacation. Not only was the food delicious but the best part was an employee named River, they really made my visit with my niece special. River went out of the way to make sure we were happy. They had an amazing attitude and really made us laugh. The angry Mac and cheese small portion was VERY generous and had just enough kick to make you almost blush. Three tenders with a choice of sauce ( please do the honey mustard). My kids are now older and have had gazillions of chicken tenders in their life - but now a little more discerning-- hands down best chicken tenders they have ever had and with lots of waffle fries - it is very reasonably priced. Got their standard chicken tenders (2) + fries. Only $11 and their tenders have so much flavor in them! They have good dipping sauces as well. My friend got their chicken waffle sandwich but instead of fried chicken, he got it w/ grilled chicken! Didn't even know they had that option.
