Mike is my go to pest control man! If I could give more stars I would. He is wonderful! Love his friendly customer service and his prices are competitive. You call anyone else and they will overcharge you like crazy but not Mike. He is really fair in his pricing and very accommodating with scheduling. Last week, I unfortunately had a really bad infestation of bed bugs! It was horrible and all over the place! If anyone has ever gotten them, you know how annoying and a pain they are! The next morning after calling a bunch of companies, I stumbled upon Mike. The moment I called him, he was able to come by in 15 minutes for a free estimate. After his detailed look around the house, I knew he was our go to guy. He was very knowledgeable and was very helpful and detailed. He told me exactly what to do, informed me of the whole blueprint plan of the treatments of what he is going to need to do, let me know how often he is going to need to come out to get rid of these annoying bugs, showed me the type of spray he was going to use, and answered the billions of questions I had for him. Very patient, helpful, and informative. He even sprayed the outside of our house for black widows and is helping us with our rat problem for no extra charge! I can now sleep at night without being paranoid that the bed bugs are going to come out at night and bite me. Thank god for Mike! So glad we found him. We were getting a new fancy bed and when they came to remove the old bed they found bed bugs! Yuhck no way!!! They seemed dead and old but just to make sure we needed someone to come out asap and look into if we had signs of bugs! Mike came out the same evening ... Sprayed the room and also advised us that we need to patch up pipes and spray for spiders and roaches. He came back the next day set up traps and sprayed the house. We live in an old house by the creek and of course our house is invaded with roaches and rats. So we called Budget Pest Control and Mike came out right away. Mike is very professional, patient and knowledgeable. Plus the price is also very reasonable. Mike checked all around the house (inside, under the craw space, and outside). He quickly spotted and showed me all the spot (holes) that the rat could come in. Mike patches up the holes and set some traps under the house. Many months after we caught a few rats with the traps since these rats we have are like Jaws, they chewed through the wood panels of our house and got under the craw space. Mike came out again and patches up the hole with tougher material, took away the dead rats and set new traps and we haven't had any more rats since then. In addition, we haven't had any roaches either. Mike is very patience, funny and passion about what he does. If 6 stars exists that what we would give Mike. Mike came by after I text and talked to him about about 22 times about our bed bug and rat issue! He came over with his partner,we talked a little more and he went to town,thoroughly and completely gassing and socket powdering,inspecting and treating my home. He did a Great job and eradicated the pests completely coming back a week later for a complete follow up! My first experience last year with Mike was great. We had a roach issue and after he sprayed we haven't had an issue since. I called again this year to deal with an earwig/silverfish problem. First calls did not answer so I left a message. He called back and we set up the appointment. We chat pleasantly and I told him about our current issues, how I was pleased with his services, etc... We set up an appointment between 1 to 2 for Tuesday, gave him my address, cross street, etc... I let him know my mom will be there like last time to deal as I have work. He said give me the amount I paid last time and he'll give me a discount on that. Nice. Got a call on Monday and Mike left a return voicemail with seemingly no recollection of our conversation. No biggie, lots of people with similar name so I didn't think anything of it. 1 PM, my mom comes by to wait for him. No show. They call him at 1:30, and he returns the call, saying we weren't on the calendar but he'll be there in 30 mins. 3:30, 2 hours later, still no show and no calls so my mom had to leave. He had their numbers, could have just rescheduled to show that he appreciated their time and out business. But nothing. Very disappointing. I hope nothing serious happened however, so for now, I'm giving a 3 star to balance out my two different experiences with him. read more

This was a learning lesson as Mike told us about why ants appear. He told us his process for eliminating the ANTS. He came into the house with booties so he's not dirtying the floors. We had Mike return in 2 weeks when ants were still appearing. I mean, trails of ants and you could see the Queen Ants! - The first visit he sprayed along the outside and inside of our home - Second visit he set out baits but had set out some Terro bats since the ants were still out of control (nests were sitting inside our walls). He mentioned each house has a different situation and our home did have A LOT of ants! We're now in week 4 and no more trails. Although, there are some ants randomly scouting here and there but I am feeling much better than a few weeks ago. It's not way to live if you can't leave your trash and some food out. read more

I had a major rat issue in my attic, walls, and garage. I called 3 Exterminators to get quotes and chose Budget Pest Control because they were patient and spent over 1/2 hour on the phone with me answering my questions and discussing options. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and most of all non-judgemental. Raul came to my house the same day, walked me through every step they'd take to rid me of my unwanted visitors and got to work. He pointed out entry points that needed to be sealed and fixed. He set multiple traps in the garage, attic, and under the house. He then set appointments to come out every few days to check and reset traps. They took away all rodents they caught. They were always here when they said they'd be. After 4 visits, my rodents were gone and they set to work sealing all entry points. The price was comparable to the other quotes I received. read more

Really great service! Will definitely turn to Michael again. I liked that he showed up when he said he would (of course it's understandable if people run a little late, but some companies are just way off on their estimates and you wait around forever), and he is just really nice and helpful, with fair prices. I live in a really old house in the mountains that isn't sealed well and was getting treated for spiders.
