4/3/22 I needed to rent a 10ft truck to move some items from my moms place. This was the first thing that popped up directly from UHaul. I placed my reservation same day. I used the contactless pick up but could not figure out how to do it. Walked in and the nice lady at the desk, Dori said that only pertains to after hour pick up or drop off. She was very information and even answered my questions about how we could rent a vehicle with a ramp. It was only $10 more than the 10ft truck. The 15ft came with a ramp which would be ideal for moving the fridge. She took the time to show me the vehicle and what it looked it. I greatly appreciated this. She revised my contract and reviewed the drop off information. Even though I only needed it for 5 hours, she said you pay for a day anyways so the technical return time is next day at 1230p. This was good info to have. Dori really made the truck rental experience very pleasant. I will be back to rent trucks when needed. Thank you for the awesome customer service. Ps. The website said I could do a pick up but when I got to the location, the worker said I had to wait in line, though I was in a time crunch. However, she was very accommodating to my situation and made pick up and drop off easy. The movers we got through uhaul was amazing as well! read more

Absolutely terrible customer service, came here today (08/30/2020) @ 11. I reserved a truck online when i arrived at the location to pick it up I should've known there was going to be a problem because the store representative was outside having a shouting match with another customer. When it was finally my turn he basically told me I wouldn't not be able to rent because the card I reserved with he could not accept because it was not a "credit card". I let him know this is the card I reserved with and had no issue he refused to accept. read more

I have never been more offended and appalled by a customer service experience. I was accused of stealing a uhaul truck and charged hundreds on my card, and then when I asked if there was footage of me dropping the vehicle off I was lied to and told "no there's no cameras that's a public street" only to find out through corporate that the same employee had given them information on footage of me dropping the vehicle off just like I said I did. I was told I'd hear from the district manager by the name of Darnel and never heard from him, when I reached out to him he said he was unaware of the incident and would get back to me within the same day and it has been months and I have never received a call, apology, or anything else for my troubles. read more

2nd time I've rented a U-Haul truck from this location and once again, I was happy with the service. 2 years ago when I rented a truck here, I was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the sole staff here. There was a line of people waiting and the phones were ringing, but the guy was calm and efficient. He assisted each and everyone with a smile. Same guy still works here and is still friendly. He is just the epitome of great customer service. I always read reviews, whether it be on Yelp or another site. www.UHaul.com has reviews on its own site. There was one in particular that really stood out. This one customer had to report his incidence to the BBB! When he returned the truck, they overcharged him way more than he had driven even though he had proof that he didn't drive that many miles. Apparently, the owner of the U-Haul place (not this location) cussed him out and wouldn't do anything for him. I certainly didn't want something similar to happen to me so I took a picture of the odometer and noted the mileage before I left. Then when I got done moving, I took another picture of the ending mileage. I just crossed my fingers and hoped the guy at this location wouldn't pull a fast one on me. He may have been nice 2 years ago, but people change. I went to return the truck and was quoted a diff. mileage than what I came in with. I only drove 34 miles, but was about to be charged for 49 miles. That's a difference of about $15.00! I quickly got my camera to show him the picture of the odometer. He gave it to me at 34 miles. I think the clerks name was Ken, who I dealt with renting a truck on two occasions, and also with the storage unit I needed for a few months. He was always friendly and helpful. I went the unit several times while slowly moving into a new place and it was always a good experience. They have plenty of carts to help shuttle stuff around and dont try to rip you off. The place isn't huge so you can get in and out pretty fast. I'm sure they dont always have time to help everyone clean up broken glass while trying to empty out a unit at the end of the month and make it to work on time but I cant see anyone having a bad experience with this storage place. read more
