As for the burger, the patty was burnt, the buns were stale, and it didn't have any sauce... I asked the server if it's supposed to not have any sauce, she said yeah but I guess the cook forgot? There was no follow up after that. The server later gave me some ketchup, mustard, and mayo, but with a burger like that there's no saving... The wings were another whole nightmare. It was crunchy, dry, and nearly sauceless. It's almost like they refried and refried and refried them until they were able to serve them... Also the celery that came with the wings, came 30 mins late and they were soft and mushy. This is unusual for raw celery. Worst experience at a restaurant in my life! Dude I love buffalo it was my bday and my grandma wanted to take me out we came here, we ordered a bunch of food and a couple drinks after five minutes. I love their wings, but only on their good days. The quality is NOT CONSISTENT unfortunately. If you're lucky and catch them on a good day, the wings are seriously bomb af. It's the reason why I find myself coming back to this place despite the bad experiences from time to time. On their off days, the wings can be either super dry or extremely salty - I would say that this probably happens about 30% of the time that I order from here. Pre-quarantine, I went weekly for their Tuesday special (BOGO *traditional wings only*). For 20 wings, it would come out to a total of $16.49 (pre-tax). It's the best day to go to get the most bang for your buck! Luckily, BWW is still open during quarantine (take-out orders only) and they still have their Tuesday specials. There's a limit of 2 sauces/seasoning if you order through their website. My personal faves are the desert heat and buffalo! Both are dry seasonings and are on the medium/hot side of the spice spectrum; however, I personally don't consider them spicy at all. It just has a nice kick to it, and it definitely does not get me to the point where I'm drowning myself in water. The mango habanero, on the other hand, is a different story. I really like the flavor of this sauce; however, it's very spicy and I can't really handle more than 3-4 wings of it. If you do happen to go with a spicy flavor, the honey bbq or asian zing are sweet flavors that will balance out the spiciness pretty well. Make sure to double check your order if you're picking up. When I got to my car, I noticed that my order was missing 10 wings, so I ended up having to go back to the restaurant. I also indicated 4 bags of celery on my online order, but they had put 2 bags of carrots/celery. Tuesday is one of their busier days due to the special, so it seems that they aren't as attentive to each order. Although this location may not be perfect, I'm still willing to come back due to the pleasant experiences I've had with BWW as well as the convenience (I live 5-10 mins from this restaurant). I've genuinely never had such terrible service in my life. It's almost laughable. I would give zero stars if I could. On a Tuesday night, not busy by any means, my friend and I waited almost 30 minutes after being seated just to be acknowledged and have our orders taken. No friendly greeting, no offer for water, no I'll be with you in a minute-- nothing. The server didn't even tell us her name. 50 minutes after seating and we finally get our first drink only a few minutes before the food arrives. We don't even receive napkins until after we've finished our food, which really doesn't make sense when the main thing on the menu is WINGS. we place the empty plates and cups on the edge of the table in clear view for anyone walking past or near, with ZERO acknowledgement of them for almost the entire duration of the night. With empty cups on the edge of the table WE HAD TO ASK THE SERVER MULTIPLE TIMES FOR REFILLS. It takes an hour and a half (I wish I was exaggerating- the service was so consistently bad we timed and placed bets on everything) for our server to come around and remove the dirty plates, and in that time we watch her take orders for several other tables and bring drinks around almost immediately. We felt genuinely invisible. You could cut off fingers and I could count on one hand how many times she came over to check on us-- and not one of these times did she offer refills. We had to ask every time, even getting up and going to her to ask. These refills never came to the table faster than 10 minutes after we asked for them. While waiting, we ask a food runner if she can get us a refill and we're told "You have to order with your server." Now I've worked in restaurants before so I understand placing alcohol orders can be difficult if you're not the server-- but a refill for a Diet Pepsi isn't exactly rocket science. Another staff member (who we assumed was a manager) passes by our table, and despite the fact that we tried rather loudly and clearly to get his attention, he blatantly ignores us and walks past our table. My friend and I are in utter disbelief at this point and ready to go. Our server Anastasia (whose name we didn't know until we received our check) finally comes around to see if we're ready for the bill, brings our checkbook, and miraculously returns to us in moments to grab the check and her "well-earned" tip. At no other point during the three hours we were there was she that fast. Needless to say I have no intention of returning to this location- the service (if you can call it that) was laughable and not worth the trip. 0/10 would not recommend. read more

The first Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to was the Burbank location. It opened in 2009 and had specials on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 25 cent per wing, minimum was 6 wings. Fast forward to today, they no longer have 25 cent wings Tuesdays, but they have buy one get one free. So I bought 10 wings and got 10 wings free. The 10 wings I bought cost $18.51 including tax not including tip. I don't know how Buffalo Wild Wings is going to survive with inflation. I do like their flavors. We wanted a booth so they put us on the waiting list and the reader/hostess told us it would be no longer than 20 minutes. So we left to do a little shopping and an hour later still no text or call. DO NOT TIP!!! my friends and i dined in on a Thursday night and we were seated at the bar, unfortunately one of my friends wasn't 21 so we were asked to move, and so we did. a server comes up to us and tells us that she's "off" and doesn't get paid "overtime" so we had to move, we then moved and was told this time that there was "no server" at our section. so then we moved again, finally after they cleaned our table, the host decides to throw the menu on our table, (okay, fine) so then we sit and about 20 minutes later, we finally were able to get a server and order. however, a table before us sat and they got their food before us???? we peeked and they ordered about 80 pieces of wings plus some sides... there's more to it, so then we wait about 40 minutes for 60 pieces of wings, don't get me wrong they were super good. we then finish up our food and we decide to pay out, (we practically had to beg for water refills) but we split it half way and my total was $74 and then i gave them $80 cash expecting change, so then the waitress comes up to me with our check and no change, i nicely ask for my change back and she lies and says "the total was $79 and you gave me $80, did you still want the change" i said yes. then she comes back and gives me $3??? so first off she's wrong about my total, and then the math isn't even right, so she tries to rush us out and then i go to the front and ask for the rest of my change back, she then forgets and says she lost the receipt???!!! overall, just a horrible experience, i got my exact change back and she was expecting me to at least leave some coins behind, and sadly i didn't. coming from a server myself, i honestly felt bad not tipping but the service was so horrible and i never again would go back. p.s. if you servers at BDUBS expect tip and won't even try to improve your service, don't just think every change is gonna be your tip to take home. :) read more

INCOMPETENT AND APATHETIC STAFF. We ordered through doordash, and I went to pick up the order in person. Despite the notifications from door dash that our order was being made, the staff at BWW claimed they never received the order. Then they said that the front desk DID INDEED get the order, but they never sent it to the kitchen. I asked them how long it would take to make it. They said they had a lot of orders ahead of me, and wouldn't even guarantee they could do it. I asked them to refund my money. They said "that's door dash's problem." The manager came over -- briefly -- and said she did not want to get involved. "I have other problems." The corporate office needs to either CLEAN HOUSE or RETRAIN their managers. Most recently we came here after watching the game and eating some wings at Wing Cafe down the street, which was good but the beer prices here are way better and they have a lot more flavors. We came here and got the Asian Zing, which is one of our favorites. Last time we tried the Pineapple Habanero and it was super spicy and burned our lips. One pitcher of light beer is $5 vs Wing Cafe's $5 per bottle! Staff here is also really nice and there are a bunch of TV's on. The manager (a very heavy white dude) at that location on brand is an ASS! He's rude and he definitely needs to redo his training especially the customer service area. Guy should be fired. After we told her we've gone to the Pasadena location and we never encounter that problem, she continued to get irritated and told us she couldn't do anything about it.
