Atrocious experience... me and some friends sat at the bar and were gaslit for 2 hours by our bartender about how high maintenance we were being. She was absolutely rude and could not for the life of her get our tickets right. I will say the manager James came in and helped us out, and he was very kind and courteous. This woman, however, had to have been on some substance because there is no way they legitimately hired her to work here... I will give grace generally but she legitimately tried to up-charge our tickets multiple times and was straight up mean. read more

My s/o and I went for dinner last night. The host sat us immediately. My BF got the all you can eat wings and I got a burger. We ordered drinks and appetizer first and then 15-20 minutes after our mains. It took 15 minutes after we got our water to get the beer (the people who our server got sat after us got their alcohol first), when he dropped off the alcohol he said our appetizer would be out soon. 20 minutes later my bfs wings came out, then 30 minutes my burger and we had to ask what happened to our appetizer. It then came last clearly cold and just waiting for a waiter to bring it to us. In between my bfs food and mine getting to our table, we had a extremely hard time getting a waiters attention as they just either walked past us or just didn't look at us/around them on purpose. It was busy so we did expect it to be a whole. But for my bfs main to get here first, then mine, and then our appetizer is ridiculous. The party of 10 next to us who got sat after us, their food came all out at once. The food however the main food was yummy! We could tell the pretzel was sitting in the window due to the cheese creating the skin and the pretzels itself cold. The only good thing is the mustard sauce that came with it. Let me start off by saying I usually advocate for B dubs. However, last night was a truly terrible experience. I went in with a large party of friends to watch the Jake Paul fight. Our server was a young guy and his eyes were super red. He was short-tempered and rude. He pretty much snapped at us a few times. He showed no hospitality. I ordered 10 hot wings and 5 blazin. I asked for a good amount of bleu cheese.When the food came out the wings were all mixed together. I didn't know which was which so I asked the server which ones were the blazin. He said "I don't know I didn't cook them." The bleu cheese was warm. They used baby carrots. None of my wings were hot, and they just gave me all blazin. I still gave the server a tip. We didn't attempt further. Asked for a manager. Still waiting for anyone to arrive. Over 2 hours and this was by far the worst experience. Rude staff and poor management Walked in at 3:00 pm on a Sunday afternoon. Immediately greeted with "it is going to be a wait if you want to sit in the dining room but you can go sit at high top in bar area". Ironically there were only 4 tables occupied in dining area, rest were empty! Sat at high top in bar area waited 15-20 min before waitress came to our table. She took our order and after waiting for 40-50 min no food came out however tables seated around us all got their food. Manager and wait staff just standing behind bar talking, not paying attention to what was going on around them. Dishes piling up on empty tables. When I asked our waitress where our food was, she had no clue and walked off. After waiting a few more minutes, we said we were leaving and they presented us with a bill for $7.98 for 1/2 glass of ice tea and coke no refills. No apology or offer to give us drinks for free due to delay in service. Other patrons were complaining about poor service/management. Needless to say, we won't be back. read more

Used to love coming to BDubs but lately it feels like it needs a good scrubbing down before coming back. The floor is always full of trash below the tables and generally feels disorganized. When you eat here make sure to bring tweezers (for feathers of course) and a microwave. The unfortunate things you also have to bring are your wallet and time. It will take 10 minutes to get acknowledged at your table. You will order an appetizer a ways before food but the appetizer will come out 5 minutes after your burger. The wings come out 15 minutes after that and that's when the microwave comes in handy - to warm up the food, if your group was generous enough to wait for you. Music way too loud, had to almost yell our order in a nearly empty restaurant. Ordered a bacon cheese burger. Bacon so overcooked it shattered and hurt to eat, patties were also so overcooked they were dry, like they had sat under heatlamps (they were "freshly cooked?"). Buns tasted shipped in. How can you mess up a hamburger this bad? My daughter only ate two wings and got a gross look on her face and became very disinterested in eating. My girlfriend only stomached half her burger as it was dry and rubbery. Over $60 for three people. Most of the food is going to the chickens, maybe we can get an egg or two out of it. $60..... I have never not finished a burger in my life. I have had to eat spoiled food to survive years ago. I can easily say this is the worse restaurant I've ever been to. The place was dirty, the service horrible. The hostess was incompetent and other staff members were suspicious. The reason why I say this is because when we first walked in there were several other families waiting to be seated. The hostess was skipping around, forgetting to write them down on her list and forgetting to go by the order in which they came in. The restaurant had plenty of open tables at this time. The hostess asked us three times how many were in our party to the point where she was getting frustrated even though we gave her the answer each time. What she later realized is that she wanted our group name. The hostess then tried to seat a family while the table was not yet cleaned. The hostess appeared to be distracted, confused or possibly under the influence. The manager then came out and was frustrated with his staff. The manager was giving the hostess and a waiter instructions, the waiter is then heard saying he didn't care and didn't agree with his manager. We saw a cook exit the kitchen, he was poorly dressed and not groomed with and had a cigarette in his mouth. I jumped on yelp and saw the poor rating and poor reviews they had. We all understand what Buffalo Wild Wings is and, as a result, it is likely impossible for any one of its locations to get a 5-star Yelp rating. I was on the road and was hoping to stop somewhere for the night while also being able to catch UFC 245. While looking up possible bars along my drive, this location was the only one showing the fight. As a manager would tell me, this is the only venue that shows UFC fights for hours away. We arrived right as the Holloway-Volkanovski fight was starting. Given that meant there were only 2 more matches left on the card, I presumed this would be a mess. I'd been to plenty of fights at Buffalo Wild Wings in major cities. At this point, in the night, you'd pay a cover and the place would be packed with people all in the waiting area or pouring out of the restaurant trying to watch the fight. Luckily, in Grand Junction, that is not the case. When we arrived, the restaurant was filled, but still, the host was extremely nice, there is no cover, and said we could be seated if anyone left but that we were more than welcome to just sit in the waiting area and watch the fight (we were the only ones). A manager came over to offer us a drink while we watched but, then, a table did become available which was separately insane. Who comes to Buffalo Wild Wings just to eat in the midst of a UFC fight or who came for the UFC fight and leaves during the co-main event?! All part of the strangeness of Grand Junction I guess. We ordered drinks and a little bit of food. After a long drive, it was nice to be able to watch the fights and in an environment that didn't have an excessive amount of suspect weirdos that can be the case when you watch a UFC fight anywhere at any bar. As a Midwesterner who enjoys sports, I've managed sadly to go to a lot of Buffalo Wild Wings across the country, and for whatever it is worth, I'll say this is one of the better experiences I've ever had at one. Service was very kind, was able to end up getting a seat during the fights, and nothing over the top at all about the experience. I don't know that I'll ever get back to Grand Junction but it's nice to know this is the place to be in the area if you want to watch UFC and that they do a pretty good job of it. read more

We ordered dinner from here last night (using Doordash) and we got a call that they were out of honey garlic sauce, so they asked for our next choice. When the food arrived, the honey garlic wings were there, and they replaced a totally different sauce with the new sauce choice. The fries were cold and soggy (I'll blame that on delivery time). Thing is, we also ate in-house not too long ago and our food was cold, fries were 6 service was slow. We love BWW and it's the only one in town so I'm sure we'll go back, but this location is just not on top of things. read more

Tonight I came in and ordered two orders of wings. The server brought out my order and not my husband's and the order was wrong. She handed it to me as "Caribbean jerk" and it was another sauce with its corresponding sticker on it. When she noticed that she messed up she came back and asked if we had touched it yet. She fully intended on handing that food to someone else. That's a huge no-no in food service. I also didn't understand why she would bring out one order of wings and not the other order at the same time. When I did finally get my order it tasted like someone dumped nutmeg all over it and my wings were cold. Thankfully our waitress Aspen was phenomenal. Service is slow, their fries are dilapidated and stiff and seem like they came out of a freezer bag. The sauces are good, what little of it they spare for your wings. The traditional ones are ok and the boneless ones whatever sauce you have on it forget about tasting it since they are put in a breaded form that is drenched in salt. The beer is good but they don't make that sooo, quite average. They have a lot of sauce flavors but are over priced and stingy with it. We were there this summer (2018) and the place is still ok but it seems like there's some maintenance that needs to happen - many chairs look like they need fixing and overall it doesn't look like there was a lot of maintenance done in the dining area for some time. The food is typical BWW nothing special and the service here wasn't that great, unfortunately. It wasn't that busy the night we were here, it's summer after all so no NBA, no NFL and the Soccer World Cup was already over but still it was very hard to get a hold of our server when we needed her and service was just slow. BWW is ok, and there's a lot of good stuff about it. But they need to take it up a notch and improve the service and the appearance of this specific location. read more

Welcome to the worst service in Grand Junction. My wife and I decided to try something new for our weekly date nite. However, this may have been the worst mistake we have ever made. The server that came was very nice but inept. My wife"s black bean burger came out of the kitchen 10 minutes before my wings came out. That and the fact that both of our meals were COLD! The audacity of bringing out cold food after having made us wait 10 minutes to order. I would not have complained about the time it took them to get to us however, there were many others being seated around us that had already been taken care of. Negligence? I don't know but I was awestruck at the fundamental service duties that were being disavowed at this location. Our servers name was Caitlin and I applaud her ability to function in this restaurant. I would never ever return to this location! There are some really nice Buffalo Wild Wings in Denver that I enjoy when I am in town. Food was so bad. Ordered boneless wings and what shows up are 6 pieces of deep fried batter and I'm still looking for some actual chicken. Totally disgusting. I knew their food was awful but I was traveling and wanted to watch some football. Also their TV management for a football Saturday was terrible. What did they have on when I walked in, nfl replays from the previous week, boxing replays, women's volleyball (Nebraska won the first set by the way) and an infomercial.
