Wow! This place has gone downhill. I don't know if it's because of the COVID going on or what. We got there and were seated. I ordered a salad which we FINALLY got after 20 minutes only because we asked the waitress where it was. And when she brought the salad, she also brought my chicken wings but not my husband's cheeseburger. By the time he got the cheeseburger (which we had to ask about also) my wings and salad were done! Yes, I waited but then we both started eating my meal. And although the waitresses wore masks, I can't count how many waitresses walked by 2 napkins and a ticket on the floor. We arrived for dinner after driving all day. The waitress told us she'd be right with us. It was not busy at all. It took ten minutes to get a seat. The table was wet. The server came and promptly took our drink order and asked immediately if we were ready to order. We hadn't even looked at the menu. She never returned after twenty minutes. At one point not a single server was on the floor. Finally they started coming back out but we watched our server talk to a table of young college boys. Then a group of this girl's friends came and sat right next to us. All three servers came over chatting with them while we still hadn't ordered. I finally called attention to a completely different server who finally took our order. Staff continually came and sat in our space to sit by these "friends" instead of working. Food was fine, typical for them. But each person's food came separately not everyone's food at same time. By the time my food came everyone else in our party was done. Asked for a fork for my father to use, he was the 1st to get his meal and at 99yrs old needs the extra time and help to get through a meal. Waited almost 5 full minutes and had to ask 2 more times for a fork before one was brought. In fact my daughters food came before the fork did, and yet I still sat there waiting for my food. By the time my 6 pieces of chicken showed up, mind you we all ordered the same thing, except I had blue cheese instead of ranch, they were all done eating even with waiting for the fork and all I wanted was to get the bill and to leave. Today was our first time since the COVID19 regulations are in place. I kind of expected it to be cleaner, but tables and floors were still sticky and the bathroom was just awful. We got hamburgers and beers today. Hamburgers were delicious. Beers were warm and the reason given was they were foamy and needed to set a bit to fully fill the glasses. Our server was fabulous, fast, kind and very apologetic. She took my husband's warm beer off our ticket but didn't ask me about mine. Mine was also warm, but I don't mind, so I didn't complain. Waited 20 minutes or so to be seated as other customers' were coming in behind us and being told it was an hour wait, all the while looking at a dozen empty tables in the dining room. Unfortunately I had plenty of time to watch a lady "cleaning" the menus, she had a spray bottle of solution that was never used and a rag that was used dry to wipe the menus with, just cross contaminating all of the menus! Finally get seated, order, my families dinners came out very quickly, mine did not. Was told they were waiting on my tots to come out, we'll why did you bring everyone else's out then? My family finished their dinners, about the time mine finally came out, now cold! Told them to skip it we were leaving and give me my bill. Manager came out, his solution...."would you like us to make you something else".....umm no, everyone else is done. Still charges us full for the rest of the dinners! As a service industry manager myself, this would never happen under my watch, the other dinners would have been compted with a coupon to come back to give us another opportunity to make it right and a sincere apology! By the way I ran 8 locations all with a 4.9 stars rating, based off this restaurants 2.5 rating and the service we received.....I would make some serious changes sooner than later!! read more

But if you're not in a hurry, then the folks here really took great care of getting us set up in a table that could accommodate our wheelchair and also put us right in front of the Dodgers/Rockies-game. Heaven. We were very impressed with the manager who served a couple of baseball teens the Hot Wing Challenge (6 minutes to down 12 of their hottest wings) and got the whole dining room involved in the fun then followed up their win by giving them t-shirts and also giving their coach a shirt. This is the MOST appalling place I have ever eaten! The person accompanying me to lunch thought it would be a great time going to what you Americans call a "sports bar." Let's just say that did not end up well. We walk in and see the most horrifying mural of a chicken that looks offensively close to Boris Johnson. After that we were seated by a very rude waitress, I don't know her name (I don't pay attention to Americans a lot). She said "Watcha want?" I said I would like a filet mignon. What felt like 20 years passed when the rude lady returned with my chicken and Francois' "Hamburger." She slammed the plates down and left with a hurry as if we were some hideous beasts from a novel. I hadn't even looked at my food yet, but Francois was already gulping like a pig. I reprimanded him and then proceeded to look at my chicken. It was very peculiar looking. When I have chicken back home on my country estate in the Cotswold, the chicken is in the shape of a chicken and cooked with Rosemary and Thyme. For some reason the Americans have changed the shape of chicken to be a stick type thing. After Francois talked me into it I decided to try one of these perverted chickens. I bit into it and i was appalled by what I tasted. Even the FRENCH have better food. It tasted like a combination of lard and spoiled cow milk. I barfed the chewed food out onto my plate and said, "Francois, I've been poisoned!" He comforted for a while and the waitress returned. "Was everything to your satisfaction?" she asked us. My daughter and I went in for lunch last week. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and was served raw chicken. I notified the eddies waitress and she took it back right away. I had to wait for a manager to bring me a new sandwich, she said nothing to me. (I was nice about everything, I didn't yell or get angry). After that we sat with empty glasses, and had to wait forever for the check. They didn't comp anything, maybe Im being greedy. In town for a visit stopped in knowing they were showing the UFC fight and there was a chance the wait would be a while... Waited from 8:30pm-10:10pm with no one else ahead of us. As customers were leaving noticed employee's that seat customers were seating friends and boyfriends ahead of us. In walked 3 guys in which one of the girl employee was hanging all over, sat them before us. We confronted her about seating the boys before us and she said she didn't know we were waiting. Had she done her job correctly she would have noticed that our name was the only one on the list not to mention we were given one of their pagers. Asked to speak to the manager and got "Shane" who proceeded to defend his employee and asked "what would you like me to do spank her for making a mistake?" I don't know who this manager impressed to get his job , but they should seriously reevaluate his position as well as read up on the reviews . I am not the only one who has had bad service. Or take the advice of another unsatisfied customer and have him pay a visit to one of the Denver establishments and seriously learn how to treat customers and manage staff. My recent (and only) trip to this BWW was one of the WORST dining experiences I have had in the valley. They were horribly understaffed. The six of us waited for over 20 minutes to give our orders. (No complaints about our server - she served the whole patio by herself). Our table was sticky. No flies, but it was very windy. I ordered a chicken salad and asked for the spicy dressing to be left off and to bring me another dressing on the side. Each of the 6 orders were brought out at a different time. Mine was finally brought after everyone else in my group had FINISHED eating. I asked the server to bring me a box, as the rest of my people were ready to go. I opened the box after I got home and the spicy dressing which I had asked to be omitted was all over the salad. I threw it out. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager. He offered to give me a coupon for my meal. I declined, as I live on the other end of the valley and do not EVER intend to eat there again. I suggested that he refund the entire meal since everyone in the group was inconvenienced. He sent me 2 lousy coupons worth $5.00 each and the cost of MY salad. No one in my group will EVER eat there again. The only reason I gave this restaurant one star is that Yelp will not allow me to submit this review without any stars, and they do not have negative stars. I'm going to call this the tale of three servers. We were in Grand Junction for the Special Olympics Colorado Summer Games. Our group likes to celebrate their medals by going out for wings. There were probably twenty-five of us. They insisted on having three servers take care of us instead of having one take care of all of us. My son sat at one table while I sat at a different one. The server who helped my son brought me his check. I asked him to take my son an ice cream and add it to the check. In the meantime, my server brought my check. My server took both checks and brought me the credit card bill for both checks. No problem? Then the other server brings me another credit card bill for my son's check. They tried to nick me twice for my son's meal. Then I spoke with my son and asked how his ice cream was. He said he didn't get it. One of the parents told me no one knew who the ice cream was for so one of the girls ate it. When I questioned the server, Jacob, he told me my son got his ice cream and he watched him eat it. First, my son doesn't lie. Second, an adult at the table confirmed my son didn't get his ice cream. Between the double charge for my son's meal and the server lying about watching my son eat his ice cream, I can guarantee the next time we're in Grand Junction, Buffalo Wild Wings won't be getting our business! read more
