We stopped in this location to catch the first half of a UK game, and after having a most unpleasant experience at the BWW on South Broadway, and I'm glad we did. The service at the Old Todds Road store from Jenna was exemplary, the attention to customer service requests excellent, and the accuracy and quality of product top-notch. Although it is so much easier to criticize poor performance, it was only fair to speak to the manager, Matthew, to commend him and his staff on reversing a highly negative view of BWW in general as a result of our experience at a different Lexington BWW store not more than 1 hour prior. I highly recommend this store location because of the attention to customer service, and the fact that for whatever reason, many of their menu items are less expensive than there franchise sister store less than 5 miles away. We recently visited when over in Hamburg and beyond the service from our waitress, we had a very underwhelming experience. Walking up we second guessed entering because the windows were so dirty. Once we got inside, most of the tables were dirty and as people walked in they often were cleaning the tables themselves. The food was OK, but it felt like the boneless wings had been made awhile earlier and were just tossed in sauce as the sauce congealed on them shortly after coming out. I decided to drive a little farther for this specific location since the other one in town has difficult parking and I am glad I did, since apparently the other location was temporarily? closed... maybe it was just that day but they had a ton of people seated and waiting. We were seated around 5 min after we arrived thankfully. Unfortunately, they only had very few servers. I counted four in one half of the restaurant. Their $10 appetizers promotion was running so we took advantage of it but I am sure so did everyone else there (it is too good). The appetizers were taking a long time to arrive but we knew they were busy. The TV and audio were great. The service was great too regardless of how short staffed they were. Wish I could actually give it a zero or minus. I went in on a Tuesday night decent size crowd. I sat down in a bar area as the actual bar was full. I sat there for 17 minutes as I watched several different servers walking around serving other customers. The server in my area served the people next to me twice, and everybody sat there like I was invisible. I come to Lexington for work often, but I will NEVER return to this one. Atrocious service. Our group stood in the front of the store for 30+ minutes without being acknowledged at all. We overheard that there was no waitlist and the manager told the servers that they weren't seating anyone at the tables in the restaurant at the time. As we came in the restaurant about 2p, we were asked if we wanted a table or a booth, twice. While it was good that they were attentive, it seemed like their communication lacked a little bit. But we got seated within several minutes of being there. Our waitress, Pamela, came very quickly and asked if we wanted anything to drink. We both got water. We haven't been to BWW's in a couple of years; so their menu had definitely changed from the last time being there. But we looked everything over and decided within 10 minutes of what we wanted. Pamela came and took our order: All American Burger, 30 pieces of traditional wings with sauce on the side, and potato wedges. She brought them out as soon as they were ready; but we didn't have any napkins or plates to eat from. So we just started eating and we did ask for them later; but she only brought out napkins and she never brought out small plates. We did make do with our napkins and hubby eventually had his burger tray to eat from; but it wasn't the best plan we had wanted. There were maybe 6 or 7 other tables and she seemed to be the only waitress there, so I am sure some of that was overwhelming to her. Also the front station was out of everything: napkins, plates, printer paper, etc. The food came out piping hot and the flavors hit the spot!! I do not recommend this location. I am not happy with this Buffalo Wild Wings. The cashier: Deangela was very rude, nonchalant, and unprofessional. Placing the order over the phone was extremely difficult. I ordered about 65 wings:traditional/boneless, requesting them all to be "WET". The cashier was not familiar with a sauce "sauce gardner", which is clearly listed on the company's website. When I went inside to pick up the order, I checked to ensure my food was made correctly - and it was not. The wings were not "Wet", in fact they lacked sauce altogether. I informed the manager on duty named: Michael of my issue and although he thanked me for the feedback, honestly he seemed a bit annoyed with me. We came here for dinner and were not disapointed. The food was delicious. I got cauliflower wings and a side of fries with lemon pepper seasoning. The only downside was it took forever to get our food. We also got a sampler appetizer and it came after we had already eaten our meals so it went to waste. The service was not the best and she barely checked on our table even though they really werent that busy in there. She also rang my check up wrong. Soooo been a fan of bws street tacos for long time, actually my 2nd fav thing to eat there. Well, apparently they changed the meat to shredded nastiness recently. We ordered extra tacos and I take it off tortilla and reapply to tortillas to make a more even taco- (always done this). Went today because I wanted to see if this location had the Mountain Dew Legend, a new flavor of Mountain Dew exclusive to Buffalo Wild Wings. Broadway location a couple days ago and they said it'd be a 45 min wait, I called this location and they said they had no wait, granted it took 15 min to get there when we got there there was no host and we stood around waiting to even speak to someone for 20 min, then we got seated and it took another 20 min to get water. Our waitress was nice and did the best she could with what she had. They said they only had 2 servers working, during the NBA playoffs, at a sports bar/restaurant. Management must be awful here so I would suggest going to the South Broadway location or just going somewhere else. read more

I am a big fan of BWW so my 5-star might be biased. But I like the place, the food and the atmosphere, so it's a 5-star to me. It's definitely a sports bar and a good place to go and grab drink/food during any game days. The drinks are affordable and not that expensive. You need to have an ID to go in to the bar and have some alcohol. I usually order wings and nothing else (why would you? It has wings in its name) I have tried almost all the sauces in the menu. My favorites are Parmesan Garlic and Thai Curry. These days, I get these two sauces everytime I go. They give you sauces as side for dip as well. I usually get Ranch and they are free. A tip is if you order online you have to pay 60 cents for a ranch cup, but if you go there and ask for more ranch (or any other dipping sauce) they just hand it out to you. read more

We arrived here about 90 minutes before a UK basketball game expecting a big crowd, but were surprised by the large number of empty tables. We placed our drink and appetizer order and waited a long time for chips and salsa to show up. Our food that we ordered was even slower. On the positive side the food was good, except for my burger which was over cooked. I know this place prides its self as the go to sports place to eat and drink, but honestly for the cost and slow service I don't think we will return. Ordered delivery direct from the BWW website. Ordered at 6:19 PM Food was prepared at 6:28 and ready to go. The restaruant is 5 minutes from my house. I didn't receive a confirmatory email, so I called at 6:30 and they said the food was ready they were just waiting on delivery. The delivery service did not pick up the food until 7:40 - over 1 hour later. Needless to say the food was cold and nasty. Also the order was incorrect. I gave them a change to make it right. I sent a message to the company but they blew me off- advising me to call a third party delivery service that they arranged - in a non personalized form letter.
