Met a few friends here for dinner on a Saturday. We arrived at 5:00pm and it took about 10 minutes to be seated despite the dining room being less than half full. We were seated in a booth that was surrounded by tables that were covered in plates and a spilled drink on the floor. The hostess commented that they would be cleaning the tables soon. We sat for another 15 minutes, no server, no updates, water etc. My husband went up and politely asked the hostess about our server. We waited another 10 minutes, nothing. The five of us got up from the table and left wasting over a half hour. Hostesses saw us leaving and said nothing. Never returning to this location again. read more

This place needs a health inspection ASAP . Where is the management??? I visited this location more than once and upon my last visit I didn't even order. Just walked out the door. Roaches and filth everywhere behind the bar area. The staff are typically nowhere to be found at this location and when they do appear they are usually sitting at a table together, not helping waiting customers. They will literally look at your empty drink and plate then just go back to texting away. I'm assuming everyone takes breaks here at the same time, I didn't want to be rude and interrupt thier break time. If you look closely at the floors and under the tables and around the restaurant as a whole it's actually pretty gross. Sauce stains everywhere, entire pieces of chicken under tables that are "cleaned", foul smelling glassware, sticky floors.... And yes roaches. WHO would have thought. Eat here at your own risk. Was a bit disappointed that I couldn't get the buy one get one free on chicken wings for the lunch special that comes with fries and a drink. The deal is just if you were the wings by themselves. Waitress arrived quickly. Explained the deals. It didn't take long for my food to come out, it was delicious as usual. I ordered an all American cheeseburger with no bun and a Diet Pepsi and was able to pay with points. Cool. All those accumulated points are useful after all. Inside was clean and comfortable. It is a typical sports bar if you've never been to one. Several TVs you can see from your tables on different sports some live, and some sports shows. We were really disappointed with our visit. Our waitress forgot one of our drink orders and then also forgot the sauce we asked for. When my burger came out, the bacon was mostly fat -- I honestly tried not to gag and ended up having to spit it out. The rest of the food was okay, but between the mix-ups and the quality, it just wasn't a great experience. Definitely expected better from Buffalo Wild Wings. Every single take out order that I have ordered from them has 100% been screwed up. I swear they have it out for me or something, I do not know. Cannot tell you how angry I get when I come home and there's always one thing they forget. Why, BWW, why? Why don't I just call the restaurant and complain? I've done that as well. It's always the same excuse. A new person, short staffed, they were busy, blah blah blah. No refunds are ever offered, and they really just don't care. I've been several times in the last 3 years and I have to say of those times I have had the BEST EXPERIENCE. The wings piping hot & delicious. Was greeted very friendly and professiona, had a great conversation while waiting for wings ( 15 mins tops for medium to large order). Management very personable, even corrected an item without hesitation. Prices are so much better than the other wing place, ( WS). Has become my go to for buffalo wings. My wife and I really wanted some good chicken wings so we decided Buffalo Wild Wings would be a safe choice. We ordered the wings via phone and that was awesome. The young lady was very nice and helpful. When I arrived to pick up the wings the carryout parking was full so I parked as close as I could and walked in. The poor young lady at the front door appeared to be running the entire front half of the house solo. She was doing a great job at it from what I could tell. Things went down hill when I got home and we began eating. Three of the wings had a lot of feathers on them. This was not appealing at all. Two of our buffalo and lemon pepper wings had wings as well as one of our mango habenaro wings. To make matters worse the orange chicken wings had a fowl odors so we couldn't eat those. The potato wedges and onion rings were great though. We always try to give the local restaurants a second chance as we know accidents happen but I believe it will be a while before we revisit this location. Please do a better job of checking your food than I did. I looked over things and saw the correct items but didn't look closely enough to see the feathers. Can of soup for diner it is. Oh, where to start. We were seated quickly but the booth seats were not only torn to shreds, it was filthy dirty. The hostess had to come back and wipe it down, everything was very sticky......We ordered onion rings as an appetizer only to be told they were out. Ok, understood that happens and ordered pickles and mozzarella cheese sticks. They were both pretty yucky. Pickles were soggy and came with some sort of funky cheese sauce. The mozzarella sticks were average at best. I ordered an unsweet tea and was brought a sweet....hmmm at this point I was kinda ready to just bail...the unsweet came and it tasted super old and stale ...but I thought we would stick it out. I came by today for lunch since my truck was at Discount Tires getting a rotation. This is a very good location close to Home Depot in New Braunfels. The restaurant itself looks great and very clean. Unfortunately they have no staff working today. Even though the restaurant was more than half empty we had to sit at the bar or not be seated because they only had like one waitress trying to do everything by herself. It was so sad watching her run ragged trying to keep up. Understandably, we sat at the bar for quite awhile before finally getting our order in. The food was great and I really enjoyed the wings. I liked the pay by text feature because I would probably still be there waiting for the poor overworked waitress to close out my bill. I look forward to returning back when they are properly staffed. Trust the reviews...food is just awful!!!! Had BWW burgers before (not at this location) and they've NEVER been this bad. My boyfriend bought 54$ worth of burgers, fries and tots to have delivered. The fries and tots were really the only thing edible. See below the pictures of my burnt and charred "double burger". The cheese had more char than actual edible cheese and the burger was painfully dry. It had no sauces on it, which would be fine if the burger was juicy and cooked correctly, but unfortunately it was similar to cardboard. I knew this wasn't the best place, but figured "how hard is it to mess up a burger?? It will be fine!" It was NOT fine. Absolutely awful...will NEVER be back. read more

BEWARE. So the place was about half empty and we still got put on about a 15 minute wait. No biggie. Then we got walked to our table that had food and used napkins all over the floor around it on both sides and underneath it. My initial thought was "wow. If this is how they feel comfortable sitting their customers, then I don't even want to know how disgusting the kitchen is!" My husband still wanted to stay, so we did. Upon walking to the bathroom, I was holding my two year olds hand right behind me while walking and a server bumped into her while walking backwards and knocked her to the ground. Again, no biggie, but come on. Slow down and look where you're going. Then we got to the bathroom. We chose the cleaner stall of the two. It was Disgusting. There was Used toilet paper with feces all over the floor and the whole floor was wet with who knows what. Then our food came. It was Disgusting. The kids meals were a joke, the bacon was so hard that it couldn't be eaten, and the burgers just dropped grease everywhere and were so soggy. I can't believe this place has a 2 star rating as it doesn't even deserve the one star that we have to give! The table next to us was also very upset with their food when they got it. OH! And our server just paid no attention. She brought my husband the wrong side. No biggie. But then brought him a beer with salt around the rim and said her manager rang it up with salt around the rim and asked if that was okay. My husband never even ordered a second beer. And even if he did.. 1. Why would salt around the rim of a lager beer be okay when it was not asked for? And 2. Outside temperature was 46 degrees on the evening of our visit, and being seated in a booth along the wall my wife, 3 kids, and I could feel the cold air from the vents blowing on us. I notified our server, Kaylee, who was great and very accommodating, and offered us to move to another table. I had asked the host if there's was anything that could be done prior to notifying Kaylee about the cold air blowing from the vents, to which they replied, "...if the heater was on, then you'd just have hot air blowing on y'all." To which I replied that we would much rather have hot air than cold air blowing on us, but they just apologized and walked away. Our food got cold pretty quick due to how cold it was inside. They have a second company they're trying to run as "A new company" that we didn't even know was in relation to Buffalo Wild Wings called BIRD DAWG; and it wasn't as advertised. Our food was not right when we picked it up. The food was not prepared well and they forgot our fries (the food was not good). Bird Dawg was very disappointing and so is Buffalo Wild Wings. The address that was advertised for Bird Dawg was incorrect and led us to a neighborhood; we ended up picking the food up from Buffalo Wild Wings.
