Never thought about wings at all until a year ago, when some tourist relatives took us to Hooters. Being from Germany, they knew that Hooters was the ultimate American dining experience :) A year later and my wife still craves wings every few weeks. SERVICE!!! As of this year, my family and I have gone on several occasions and we had a fantastic server named Eli!! He is very attentive and takes care of you no matter how busy it can be. Yesterday we had Madison... she was the worst server EVER! She took 20 mins to come to our table initially, she kept leaving before getting the whole order and this continued until we left. EVERY cup on the table was empty and every tray with the all you can eat, she would take one flavor request and walk away ignoring the rest of the table! Here's the sitch. I friggin love BWW's wings, drinks and sports bar atmosphere. I force my fiance to go with me once a week especially if there is a big game on. 100% addicted to Thai Curry traditional wings and will be until the day I die. So why the 1 star you ask?? B-Dubs is the most consistently sh#t service I have ever had the misfortune to witness. We frequent 3-4 locations and it's really the same everywhere (with the only exception being the Irvine location, they are on it!). This particular location is especially terrible. Twice we have gone there for lunch and requested the dining room. Twice we were left to rot while seats aplenty were left unoccupied (we walked out the 2nd time). I understand that staff might be limited at lunch but when you are forced to wait 30 mins while half the restaurant is empty, it gets a little annoying. This positively reeks of poor management which seems to be an ongoing theme for Buffalo Wild Wings (except for Irvine). If you come to this location, do yourself a favor and sit in the bar. There is a tall white dude with a shaved head that is BY-FAR the best server there, he rocks! We were in town for a conference and needed a late night dinner so we called this place prior to set up tables for our group of 60 but they could not accommodate with a section and told us to show up and they would communicate with them team. They did not do that and night manager was extremely caught off guard and initially seemed irritated that we were there. What saved this review was the amazing food and service. Sarah and another team member that I didn't catch his name but had ear plugs, did amazing with the help of another server we didn't catch her name as well. We should have looked at the reviews before we ordered . Food was just bad. Fries tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a verrry long time, vegetables were at the point a normal person would throw them out, and wings were way over sauced. Also, had we not checked the order, we would have missed out on experiencing truly gross fries. I've had BWW from another location and no problems, so didn't even think to check the reviews. This place just happened to be in the right location at the moment, and our relative told us how she really liked this place. So we voted on it and decided to give it a try. I don't even know where to begin, the food here is okay but the service is horrendous... we were a party of 3, we walked in and the hostess who was chit chatting did not even make eye contact grabbed 3 menus (without asking how many of us there were) walked to our table put the menus and just walked away. The server Bianca came up and took our drink orders since we knew what we wanted, we asked if we can order . My daughter in law has GD and her sugar was low . I've been coming here for some years now. They have great deals. On Thursdays they have buy one get one free boneless wings. Their brand beer is so tasty and 9nly $3. You have to try their mango habanero wings, dirty dubs tots, and hatch Chile burger. The bar tenders always give us the best service so sit at the bar. BWW is my go-to wing place! I really do love it...... when the wings are prepared right. But the wings are only amazing 50% of the time. Wish it was atleast 90%-100% of the time. But everytime i go whether eat-in or dine-out something is always wrong. Last time i went i order Wild flavored wings and when i got home i had received MILD. Which def sucked. Then i ordered 10 boneless wings (when i was there) and they were so dry i had to ask for extra sauce on the side so i could put on myself. *Picture* And then another time i ordered 20 Traditional wings EXTRA Wet to ensure sauce was on them.
