Overall, I like Buffalo Wild Wings. However, this visit was just ok. The food is good, but overpriced. The appearance of the restaurant was ok. Our waitress was nice, but really never took the time to check on us. I understand if they were busy, but they weren't. Took a long time to get the check and a couple of boxes, then had to wait again because the check was wrong. Unfortunately, my order was completely wrong and I had to wait for my order while everyone else ate. Menu said chips and salsa with my wrap and fries were given instead, pretty sure they just made the wrap and threw the fries from the incorrect order on the plate. Napkins and silverware were not given. We had to ask. Overall, the food is good and I would probably just visit another location in the future. read more

We had the pleasure of being served by Kaitlyn and she is everything a server should be. Attentive, friendly, helpful, polite, and so much more. She prioritized us by informing us of two large parties that were getting ready to order. She knew if we wanted to get our food quickly we would need to order soon. Not busy at all, two waitresses just stared at us from far a hand full of times, we waited longer but nothing happened, how sad! My family (husband, 3yo,9yo) and I stopped here on our way to our motel. I had to use the restroom so my family got seated, my drink was waiting when I got there. We sat for a good 12 minutes before our server came back for our order. We ordered a kids burger, kids boneless, order of traditional wings, patty melt with fries and a side of tater tots. It took 40 minutes to get our food. Our server had stopped mid-wait and said she was waiting on the patty melt, I told her she could bring the rest of the food if that's all that was waiting. She then said no, she was waiting for the kids burger. So all the fried food died in the window because they she was waiting on the grilled food. My fries were cold, tater tots cold, boneless cold. When she finally checked on us and asked how things were I told her the tater tots were cold, she then promptly brought out another order. The atmosphere was stale, it was a slow Friday night and as we were sitting there we witnessed a family of four walk out because they never got greeted or acknowledged by anyone else. Our server seemed irritated when I had asked for napkins because the drinks were sweating and then asked for coloring sheets for the two kids because they didn't offer them at the hostess stand when we were getting seated. Being a server for many years I could point out everything I noticed going wrong in this restaurant and lack of servers having any sort of decent serving experience. My husband still left a decent tip because servers only make $5 something an hour here in Ohio; so many depend solely on their tips. The server provided mediocre service and food was sub par. My patty melt was hot though. Note to server* don't let hot food die in the window because you're waiting on the grill- bring hot food out hot and apologize for the wait. This was the worst experience of my life. I'm moving across the country in 3 days and wanted to have a nice last meal with my family. Not only did they mess up nearly every single order, they also forgot to give us half of our order. We had to go back to get the rest of our food, and they did not offer any sort of reimbursement. To top it all off, the quality of the food was TRASH. PS - my sis-in-law nearly chipped her tooth on a fry that felt like it was fried in 2018. PPS - don't you DARE expect celery with your wings. Where do I start..... Great winds and great beers.. The atmosphere here is always fantastic.... Live sports are on, place is usually packed with people.... Honey bbq traditional wings are a must here, one of the best flavors they have, you can also purchase most of the sauces to take home and try it your self. Which I've done in the past. Yes, here I am again and those of you who know me know I dine out 3-5 times a week. Now I asked myself, WHY choose this place? I don't eat wings. I don't do sports bars but after a long shopping day at Walmart it was right in front of Walmart so I pulled in to may be six cars in lot and it was one o'clock? So much to my shockingly surprised look I found a menu with chicken alternatives, sandwiches and burgers with good # of sides and of course tons and tons of TVs and tons and tons of beers. I was seated right away; server came over in about 5-6 minutes, I chose between two things and asked her opinion and she picked --what a pleasant surprise, the yummiest... I opted for the luncheon special that had three street tacos, a drink, and a side. The street tacos were the mini soft ones and that was plenty of delicious!!! The onion rings and whatever sauce they gave me to dip them in was to die for. you know how you order onion rings and you expect those extra crispy kind--YUGG. these were just the other side of done, just a regular crisp, easy to eat, sweet onions, and the bestest dipping sauce I've ever had. The waitress who is not going to remain nameless Alysen stood on a star to take care of this table for one and there were maybe 7 to 8 other tables and I don't recall seeing a second waitress --I could be wrong. The diet pop was regular and I can't drink sugared soda so she replaced it with unsweetened tea with a smile and apology!! Who does that these days?? Checked on me often to see how I was doing. Of course I had to gush because a person who doesn't eat wings doesn't go to a wild wing restaurant --she didn't rush me at all and asked if I wanted to hang out some like I could've stayed the next half hour or hour and gave me a full refill of iced tea. My bill for all of this was exactly $14 --best money I've spent in a few months, delicious food, attentive server and just a great place to relax and dine at your leisure and be well taken care of. The only drawback is that the 37 televisions that were hanging every 3 inches were way too loud but other than that give this one a definite drive in, not a drive-by. read more

Okay so the food is fine, I'm happy w it. It's a little too much sauce but some people may like that so I'm not gonna complain. But for the love of god PLEASE CHANGE THE MUSIC! The music they play ruins the whole experience. Every time we sit down I can't wait to get out because the music is depressing. It would be one thing if it just wasn't my preference, but it's another for all of it to be just so depressing. I hate coming to eat in because the music is truly and honestly that unbearable.
