Our experience at BWW was amazing! We had stopped at Cheddars and decided waiting for a half hour was too much. We walked right in to BWW! The food was very good and the wait staff so pleasant. I can't say enough how well we were treated! 5+ stars for service! We started with spicy cauliflower. So good I would have eaten as my meal. Even my husband that won't eat cauliflower liked it! My spicy chicken sandwich was good, as were the potato wedges-crisp on the outside and sof on the inside. My husband got the Buffalo Mac and Cheese which had good flavor but the chicken wasn't hot enough. After sending it back it was good. Black bean burger is a favorite of our dil and the onion rings delicious. Brisket tacos were also amazing! Cheese curds always a winner. Can you tell we liked Buffalo Wild Wings? We luckily got seated when an employee happened to walk by the entrance. We were seated and waited... and waited... and waited. The hostess in our area glanced at me every time she went by, but never stopped nor said anything. No drinks, nothing! There appeared to be plenty of staff at the time. Eventually all the tables in our area were cleared; we were the only guests seated, but still no acknowledgement or service. We waited a bit more and then walked out. I should have known better. Long gone are the days of b dubs being a good option. All of the locations around us (MD) have gone in the toilet. I thought maybe a PA one would be better. It was not. Seating and drinks went fine. We had two kids orders and two adults. Adult food came out fine. The kid food took FOREVER. Any place knows to prioritize kids over everyone for a smoother meal. Adults had their food for at least 20 minutes before the kids. My meal was supposed to have dipping sauces. Some were forgotten, others provided. No big deal. I asked for salsa for my chips. Brought out marinara instead. Funny thing is, I already had some on my plate. I don't know if their salsa tastes like marinara (I hope not) or the kitchen couldn't tell the difference. Our waitress would disappear for long periods of time. I don't expect constant attention, but when everyone at the table ends up with empty glasses, there's too long between visits. Our visit confirms what I already knew but didn't want to accept: If you're coming here for beer and some fried foods, you should be OK. I was calling to inquire if they were going to have the Penn State/SMU game on this Saturday as it is on a different channel than normal sports bars have. (TNT). I plan on taking 11 other people out and wanted to find out for sure if they had the game on. When I called I was on hold for a long time after which an automated message came on "no one is here to take your call. Goodbye" I guess I'm taking my business elsewhere. This place needs some help. Was there for my brother-in-law's birthday on a Saturday afternoon in January. Food in the time of Covid, it's a weird thing. The first strike came with seating. The place was empty. Maybe there was one high top full on the other side of the room. There were 8 of us in our party. We were seated at a table of 6. They could have pulled the table out from the wall and sat our CHILDREN on either end, but instead our boys were seated in their own booth, across the space from us. It was annoying. The second strike was the service. Our server took forever to come over to us. She took drink orders and brought them out and then it was another 20 minutes until she came back to get our food order. By then we needed a round of refills. Our server didn't bring any. In the meantime, a few more tables filled up. These people ordered and were eating before our food came. And we all ordered wings and burgers. It wasn't like anything crazy. It's a wing joint! It took 40 minutes for us to get our food. No refills during the meal. There were mistakes with our orders. Stuff looked thrown on a tray. Took forever to get our bill. I really dislike this place and I have a gift card for them. Maybe we'll try the one on the other side of York. read more

The cheeseburger with bacon was huge and fantastic. It's actually two burgers. The fries were great but could have been fresher. But I eyed the cheeseburgers and the cheesesteaks on the menu. Came back two nights later and settled on the beer cheese cheesesteak. It was a very good cheesesteak. Not at all what I expected, a certain style, but just right in terms of balance of flavor, savoriness and richness, focusing less on the typical cheese heavy rich and sloppy goodness, we've all come to love, but more on a fresh crusty bread, heavy seasoning and thoughtfully placed additional ingredients like green onions, leaner sirloin rather than the typical ribeye, and just enough yellow American cheese (along with some beer cheese), as to qualify as a cheesesteak in my book. I could honestly eat another one. But what did I expect ordering a 710 calorie cheesesteak? I feel satiated but not gross. I think Buffalo Wild Wings is a very good place to eat at if your looking for good wings and good entertainment. I enjoy the food, and I think the customer service is one of the best here in all of West York! I really do enjoy this place. Normally, I will get the 12 bone-in Medium wings with some fries on the side. They never seem to dissapoint me! Been to this BWW a few times for games and lunch with my son. It's your typical BWW with a number of TVs playing various mainstream sporting events. I went on a Sunday afternoon with my son and father in law. We had just missed the lunch special but the regular prices weren't too far off from the special prices. Overall a good experience. Our server was nice and the food came out in a timely fashion. My burger was made with not ripe avocado, but the beer deals were good. However, I placed my order and waited 20 minutes for six wings only. I comforted myself in that at least they would be hot and fresh, but when they arrived, they were cold. I waited another 15 minutes for the servers return, and requested a to go drink and the check. Another 10 minutes went by, when she returned I just handed her the credit card. I then waited another seven minutes, and when she did not return, I went inside to find her she was taking an order from patrons at the bar, She had my credit card and slip in her hand, and just handed them to me without a word. We eat out often, and this is the worst service I have had in recent memory. I attributed it to being a solo diner, however I typically tip for two when the service is great, as it's almost as much work as a party of two. We will not return to this location, if to BWW at all. Oh how happy I was when Bdub's came to my hometown of York. I first fell in love with Bdub's during my college years in Ohio over 10 years ago. After I moved out of Ohio, my husband and I would rejoice when we would find a Bdub's in random places on our many travels throughout the US. But that was years ago. Every single time, this is my go-to meal here. If it ain't broke, ya know?), and the bathrooms are always clean. Cons of the West York Bdub's: the bartenders. Went in on a Friday evening after work. Not a lot of people in the location. Took a while to get our food after ordering. Management of was walking around but did not ask us our take on evenings there, the " Captain" was busy with the tv remote then talking with the manager on duty. Waitress took our check, with our payment by card and proceeded to wait on another table and get their Order before check-in us out. And it's getting to be normal they don't leave you a copy of bill so you can let higher management know either way how they did. After we ordered our food it came out cold and by the way there was a max of 10 other parties so it was not that busy. I went with the two little girls I babysit about a week ago. It took our waitress 3 times to bring two of the tablets (first world problems I know but this is customer service). We also kept losing her for quiet a bit of time. The food was especially average. And no one was nice. The Buffalo Wild Wings in Lancaster has an AMAZING atmosphere. The service tonight was outrageous, unprofessional and disgusting. The night started with the server sharing how sick she was in between the sneezes and coughs.
