Made a reservation for our Anniversary. The staff was incredibly friendly. They all told us Happy anniversary, including the manager! The Chef personally gave us our steaks. We ordered our filet's medium and medium rare. Both were cooked to perfection. For dessert we had Tiramisu. It was a wonderful dining experience. read more

Great place for a good steak. Pricey but very good. The atmosphere was very elegant but what hurt it was the intercom system every five min yelling out casino winners. That got very annoying and for that I would only give it a 3 star. Go somewhere else where you can enjoy a peaceful elegant dinner. read more

I love this restaurant. Whenever i'm in the saint-louis area, I dine here. The wait staff is top notch, the chef's dishes are cooked to perfection. On one visit, the chef actually came to my table and explained that the appetizer that I ordered had been over-cooked and a new order was being prepared. He offered free of charge an additional appetizer that was prepared and it was delicious. The wine selections are vast and the steaks will melt in your mouth. I want to give more stars!!! read more

My girlfriend & I both ordered the 8oz fillet with mashed potatoes. Thirty minutes later the waitress tells us they ran out of mashed potatoes (which is the only side to choose when ordering the steak). Once we finally get our steaks they are both cooked medium well. We had ordered them to be medium rare. We were offered new steaks and our meals for free but decided to leave at that point. The waitress was amazing though. We left her $20 because we felt bad for her. read more

If you aren't a casino member that spends a lot of money gambling then Bugatti's isn't for you. You aren't going to be treated the same. We aren't really big gamblers, but we do go to the casinos from time to time. We had never visited this place before, but thought it would be nice for Valentines day. The food was no where near the quality for the price they charged. We eat out at a lot of the mid range to nicer restaurants around town and I was really dissappointed in Bugatti's. There was a manager of the restaurant who went around and thanked the guests for coming in and chatted them up like they were best friends, but that was only if they were a casino member most likely dining there for free. I would expect that any restaurant would be kind and polite to all guests, especially the new ones that you want to come back again. We probably won't go back. read more

The food is decent, but way overpriced. While the help was friendly, not incredibly well trained for such an upscale place.

I was really disappointed at the $40 porterhouse 'steak', which was undercooked & featured a long white tendon through the middle. Here's a tip, if you intend to charge Stoney River / Ruth's Chris prices, match the quality. Don't serve a Ponderosa / Red Lobster quality steak at a premium price. Will never return, even if it were a free meal. I'd rather roll the dice at Golden Corral where I know I'm eating out of a trash can. read more

It's pretty good, but certainly not worth the price, unless you go to the casino and rack up lots of comps and pay for dinner that way. Servers are attentive, the atmosphere is very refined and posh. The menu changed recently, and I'm not sure it's for the better. It seems the price-point is well above the quality of food offered. read more

Amazing service...very attentive staff who clearly knows the menu inside and out. Charcuterie board is lovely with a great variety of tasty treats. The beef short rib was scrumptious. My husband and I enjoyed date night here this past Friday. I would say that we eat out a lot and are always looking for new great restaurants. Bugatti's did not disappoint! The price is well worth the food, really we were shocked our bill was so inexpensive. You certainly have the option to share and the tasting size of the pasta is more than enough. Our waitress was great, steak was spot on, fantastic martinis and bread was awesome. I could go on, everything was perfect and we will definitely be back. The steaks are very over priced for not so great meat. I thought the service was poor, as our waitress did not check back with us very often and the place was not busy. I asked for a little garlic on my steak and it came out with the worst looking crap on the top of it. I would have sent it back, but my friend traded with me. They put some spreads on the table with the bread, but they were inedible. I won't go back. I'll vote with my feet. read more

Nice atmosphere with large half round booths. The Crab cakes and Prime Rib were delicious. Creme brûlée was also excellent! Our server, Lacy, was very attentive and did a great job. Great steak. The atmosphere is awful, though, due to the cigarette smoke.

My wife and I stay at the casino from time to time and usually eat here at least one time during a two night stay some times two as it was this trip. The first night was fine although the strip steak was very slow getting to the table but was done perfect very tasty and tender and they gave us a dessert for the wait . However the next night we shared an entree the short ribs and a bottle of wine . When ordering we asked if could sub asparagus for the haricot verts we were told that no they could not do that . So we asked for a manager . He then explained that chef had configured the menu for garnishment to the plate and couldn't change it. My wife explained we just want two spears of asparagus (we had $9 worth of green beans last night). He said oh two spears since you been so nice we will do that for you. Now I worked for 45 years in retail and I can sniff out attitude in a room of dead flounder and I definitely got a good whiff of condescension here! Felt like they "didn't care beans" about us that night but we loved the short ribs! read more

Absolutely not worth the ridiculous amount of money that this food costs. My table had 4 entrees, 3 of them steaks. Every single steak was charred and cooked unevenly (I had a 7oz filet that was medium on one side, medium rare on the other - it's tiny so that seemed almost impossible to me). My 2 friends joining my husband and I complained that their au gratin potatoes had no flavor (I concur) and that the prime rib was absolutely overcooked all the way through (over $30 for this steak). I also attempted to order soup, but it was forgotten. I sat for 45 minutes (seriously, there were hardly any other customers so I don't understand this wait) with no food and an empty drink (finished the soda in a few minutes, wasn't refilled until food arrived). I mentioned that my soup never arrived, and was offered absolutely nothing for compensation, not even the soup itself. For a restaurant that is supposed to be fine dining, I was absolutely astounded. Any other fine dining establishment would have been horribly embarrassed if they forgot something, apparently not this place. I would certainly say save your money for Cardwell's on the Plaza, Fleming's, Morton's or Annie Gunn's. This was by far the most horrid "fine" dining experience I've ever had. I knew I should have gone to the Oyster Bar instead. read more
