We got the Matcha and Black sesame Einspänner lattes, the cream on top was so thick, creamy and delicious! The presentation was spot on with the nice drizzle on top of the heavy cream. The lattes look very appetizing and tasted just as good - not too sweet as well. Just worth every penny, not something I would say for a lot of things these days. However, the woman (older female, likely Hispanic) behind the counter taking the orders was rude as hell and such people should not be in the hospitality business at all. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for her attitude. The barista (younger black female) on the other hand was quite sweet.

I recently came here with one of my friends to catch up and we had a lovely time! The interior of the cafe is spacious and there's free wifi and outlets if you wanted to do work there. Their menu has a variety of drinks but I previously heard a lot about their einspanners so I wanted to give those a try. My friend and I got their matcha and black sesame einspanner and both were good! Would love to come back and do some work here sometime.

This a really good coffee shop in Mid-town Manhattan. I was so happy to try the strawberry matcha with fresh strawberries blended in. I also enjoyed my the Affogato that was especially needed for this hot day in the city. It was so good with that strong sweet taste of coffee and the cooling of the ice cream. I definitely will be back to get another one. The service was ok, could have been a little better but I came close to closing time so maybe they were burnt out already. They have plenty of tables and chairs to sit but I didn't stay. I would recommend this place and can't wait to try more on the menu and I do have to admit, so far they did serve me the best strawberry matcha I've had thus far. One thumb up! Happy Yelping!

A very big cafe with so much seating for people. The drinks weren't super different but they did have many matcha drink options. I liked the homemade cream for their drinks

8/10 Bro Matcha Einspanner 8/10 Black Sesame Einspänner - I'm rating both drinks together since I have the same thoughts on them. They're both super pretty and honestly really aesthetic, perfect for photos. But they were not sweet enough at all. Not sure if it's just a California thing and we like our matcha sweeter lol but we had to add a bunch of sweetener on the side to make them taste better. After that they were good. But for like $9 after tax, it's definitely not worth it for me to get again. Way too expensive for what it is. Cost - $8.60 each

Cute shop and aesthetic drinks but it just didn't do it for me. I ordered the black sesame einspanner with oat milk and espresso, the black sesame was very tasty. Couldn't really taste the espresso without fully mixing the foam top, I tossed it halfway through. Service was quick, clean as well. Hoping to try other drinks next time.

Great matcha in Midtown with ample seating space. Staff was very nice and worked quickly to get the orders in. The einspanner is the standout and the coffee is above standard for what you get in Midtown. Worth the stop to get your matcha fix. The strawberry matcha also uses chunks of strawberry so it is elevated from the puree that is typically used.

Had this coffee shop bookmarked during my visit to NYC. Didn't realized it may be an Asian inspired coffee shop? My friend ordered an iced cherry blossom matcha and I got the iced london fog latte. The iced coconut latte was enticing as well. She did not care for her drink at all. The matcha tasted watered down plus there's nothing "cherry blossom" about it except for the flower petals sprinkled on top. My london fog latte was fine. It did its job although the caffeine could be stronger. Plenty of seating + there's a bathroom (code needed) inside. Thank goodness. Bathrooms are so hard to come by in NYC lol.

loved their desserty coffee options. they're fast to make drinks and have plenty of seating to chat and work in. I really liked how potent the black sesame einspanner was because most places cheat on that flavor, but it overpowered the coffee a bit. overall a cute place to check out and try different options.

I got to try the Bro Matcha Einspanner today! The cream was very tasty and sweet and it complimented the matcha well. The matcha itself had a nice flavor but I do wish I got more of a stronger matcha taste. The cafe itself had plenty of seating and everything looked really clean as well. I think the logo is absolutely adorable. There was a cute little merch corner to buy cups with their logo on it and their own coffee as it did taste a little watered down. The service was good, they made my coffee pretty quickly and I didn't have to wait for too long.

Yum. I got the Black Sesame drink. It wasn't too sweet. Good amount of black sesame (actually maybe could have a little more but I just love black sesame). Ready really fast. I'd get it again. Relatively big open space. Decent place to do work.

Spacious, cute, and clean interior. We had no trouble finding seating. Drinks were amazing too.

Cute cafe with unique coffee and matcha lattes! I got the ube latte with oatmilk. It was pretty good and not too sweet. The cafe is nice and clean with table seating.

Upon arrival we noticed the difference in crowds. Not as busy and packed sidewalks. Also it was a lot cleaner than Chinatown. Since we just ate at C-Town, it was time to find a good dessert place in K-Town. So we walked and we walked until I saw a banner sign showing shaved ice desserts. Then I noticed the name of the business is Grace Street. How fitting, because that is my wife's name. So we went in and what caught my eye was a mango shaved ice with mangoes, mochi, strawberries, and condensed milk, however I was over ruled by my wife and we went with the black sesame and mochi and condensed milk. It also had red bean, but that had to be on the side, since that gives me gout. Such nice staff taking orders and we went into the dining area to find a seat. What a large spacious area with many tables. Our order came out and it looked so good. The black sesame shaved ice or snow as it's also referred to as, was perfectly sweetened by the condensed milk and the chewy mochi. Definitely cleaned my pallet from our Chinese lunch and it helped cool me down from the New York heat. We got water, but there was no ice offered, so I asked one of the workers and he was kind enough to get me some. We are through that dessert like, if we didn't finish it fast, it was going to melt. We did not give it a chance to melt one bit. The staff here are efficient, as they saw we were done, they asked to clear our dessert bowl away. It was a nice experience even if it was just dessert. They definitely had more dessert options to offer, but i

The generous serving had creamy, silky layers and was easily enough for the two of us to share. Sweet, light, and refreshing. Plenty of seating, generous portions, and a stop here never disappoints! Located on 32nd St, between Broadway & 5th Ave Train: 34 St-Herald Sq (N/Q/R/W); also an easy walk from Penn Station. Overall, a great casual dessert stop after exploring K-Town, Midtown or nearby Chelsea.

We worked with Eric via email and he was great managing and making sure everything was settled ahead of the event. On the day of our lunch, we arrived around 20 minutes early and the table was already set up. We had two servers throughout the meal and they were lovely. They made sure everything was set up and we had everything we needed. For a large group reservation, they have a $60 minimum and you order everything ahead of time. (The afternoon tea set is mandatory for everyone to get). We had the afternoon tea set, caprese tarts and strawberry parfait for all attendees. The food was filling and tasty. Tea is always so good as well (I always get my Rose Lovers Milk Tea!) All in all, a great option for a group reservation in the city!

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.
