What a crap experience, much closer to hell than it was to heaven. Granted, there were a lot of us, but it wasn't really crowded on a Thursday afternoon around 12:30. It was good that everyone's order came out at the same time, but it was almost an hour and my burger was cold AF and dry A2Fs. And I'm glad it came with chips as I'm sure the fries would have been worse than Burger King fries. Someone probably had a hot burger, but I wasn't the lucky one. I'm sure we would have understood if some people got their food before others. They could have asked so we can at least enjoy it. "Would you rather we bring everything out at once, where some people will have burgers that sat there for 20-30 mins, or could we just bring them out in batches when they're done?" The double smashburger was great as well. I only gave this a 4 not because of the food, but because the side with the burger were chips rather than fries. Absolutely one of the best burgers I've ever had! Period. The restaurant is located on a popular street near the athletic centers and casino. Street parking was difficult and there were active meter readers patrolling the streets. I found a parking lot behind the row of restaurants that include Burgatory ($12). Navigating to the restaurant was simple and straightforward. My cousin and I were in town for a convention and found the warm welcome that we received pleasant. We were promptly seated although the restaurant was bustling. I created my own burger with the "Fiddy Fiddy" mix of ground beef and ground pork, a pretzel roll, LTM, onion and spicy ketchup. It was the perfect choice for me. The rosemary tossed fries were good too. Our waitress was kind, patient and helpful. The other night I had DoorDash deliver from this restaurant!! I ordered the steak burger, and I have to say it is by far one of the best burgers I have ever had! When it got here, it was still pink, just the way I ordered it. The crispy onions were so crispy and delicious and that hamburger was juicy, still hot and perfectly cooked!
