Found the staff to be extremely nice. Food has been fine, it's Burger King. Got the crispy sandwich meal today with a coupon, so it was cheap. While sitting here eating a quick bite with the kiddo...I seen the most disgusting behavior from the employees towards a handicapped gentleman. The gentleman stood waiting to order an ice cream come and the employees just stood there ignoring him so he said excuse me and they still ignored him. Then someone else came and the employees quickly rushed to help the non-handicapped customer. After the handicapped gentleman finally getting his ice cream cone, another employee from the back laughed at him and called him stupid. I am sitting here in complete disgust! Should have no star. This place is ridiculous, There are some nice staffs but some of them are just awful. I went in this morning 7/01/2013 at around 10:40 am with a coupon for the whoppers and fries and wanted to get the 50 cents ice cream cone, and then the girl, the nice one, told me to put on a separate order so that it can be processed, and after I got the fries and whoppers, an old lady stopped her to take my second order and said I can't get the 50 cents cone as advertised that I had to pay in full price because I already used a coupon, but hello, that 50 cents cone needs no coupon but was just a promotion, okay, then I said, if one person can't have 2 discounts, what about I have my parent ordered the 50 cents cone, but that old lady staff disallowed it. I was like why, she never explained and just repeat that she can't give that discount. Isn't it ONE COUPON PER CUSTOMER but now I only used one coupon and my parent can't use any? The main point is the 50 cents cone does not even need a coupon, it is a promotion. I think Burger King needs to really train its staff to have them learn how to deal with customers and work the right way not to take out any other person's right to use a coupon or discount. More often than not, the bathrooms are cleaner than most fast food places. However, this place puts too much soap on the floors of the bathroom AND the dining room. As a result, the dining room floor is really slippery. Counter staff is usually fast and friendly. read more

I went to order food at the 24 hour drive through and was felt rushed. The older lady was extremely rude. I pulled up to the window and ordered one item and was IMMEDIATELY told the total and to pull the second window when I am wasn't even completed with my order. There was absolutely no need to rush as it was 2 AM and there was NO ONE in line behind me or anyone waiting. She didn't even ask me what drink I wanted and assumed I wanted a coke. This location is the worsted ring late night drive thru. I've been here 3 times in the last few weeks... Each time I've been screwed over... The first time they left out an item... I left it as that since I frequent this location. The second time they did it again... Ok a little frustrated this time around. The most current time 11:30pm 12/17/2016. I wait for 15 minutes in the drive thru line to finally pull up to the window where the worker proceeds to tell me the credit card machine is broken. OK. I'll give you cash... Can you break a $100 bill. "Yes no problem." 2 minutes later... "Oh I'm sorry we cannot break this...my manager said so." WTF! So you can't break my bill and your credit card machine is broken... I've been sitting here for 15 minutes AT A FASTFOOD DRIVE THRU MIND YOU. What should I do then?? Proceeds to start gathering change for my bill... Oh now you are going to break my bill. If your CC machine isn't working and people have been paying cash all night how can you NOT have the ability to break it.. All said and done the bitch still short changes me $11 dollars... The first time we came here on a Sunday afternoon they had giant signs up saying "drive through open". The drive thru was closed. The second time we tried to come on a Sunday at 1pm the inside was closed because they did not have enough staff. We then tried the drive through and found out they were out of most things. The customer is always wrong. I ordered a Parmesan chicken sandwich. I got a chicken sandwich with yellow american cheese and a tiny bit of marinara sauce. Took the time to take the sandwich back and was told the cheese was "whitish" and no apology was made our any attempt to remedy my displeasure. I've been eating fast food for 20 odd years. I know what a slice of american cheese looks like. Either the manager didn't care to make it right or Burger King is serving clearly yellow cheese on chicken Parmesan sandwiches. I feel that every time I visit this Burger King now, the customer experience is deteriorating more and more. The cashiers are very rude and seem to care less. They can barely speak clear English and I feel that I am getting my meal with a side of rolling eyeballs with a dash of attitude. I come because BK is cheap and the food is generally pretty good. Went through the drive thru and couldn't hear anything from the speaker, so I pulled up to the window to order. Told the man that I couldn't hear anything from the speaker and he wouldn't let me order. He said i would have to drive back around and order at the speaker. There was a car in front of me and about 15 cars in line behind me at this time. Mind you he took about 2 minutes to go ask the manager if he could take my order at the window. I have to put a star - so I can post this....I have been eating my own cooked food except today. I took my mother to this place for a quick bite. She had a hot dog- plain . I ate a fish sandwich- i thought to my self this sandwich was barely warm and not much flavor- nevertheless I ate the whole thing- maybe 1 to 2 hours later I started having bad stomach pains -like 6 episodes along with major vomiting- .7 hours later after ginger tea- anti diarrhea meds - the pain is subsiding- just in case I'm putting this down if there are more sick people like me tonight- bad mayo- ?bad fish? Their food was cold but somewhat warm. Their nuggets were stale and cold. Asked for honey mustard condiment and their employee said they were out. Really? And it is not even busy. All I can say is if they are going to use a microwave to heat up burgers and use this machine that keeps food warm, they need to figure out a way that won't make it obvious to customers. Meaning their machine needs to be updated or make their food when the customer orders. Other than that I would prefer to go to jack in the box or wendy's. read more

Everyone complaining about this place is trying way too hard and expecting way too much from a Burger King. They have been notorious amongst the masses for sub par service, so complaining about it even more is going to do nothing, they have been in business for a pretty damn long time. Yes, the people running the restaurant are "foreign" and don't speak English well, but that pretty much goes for every single establishment in the surrounding area, you're in San Francisco/ Daly City some of the most culturally/racially mixed places in California, if you don't expect that, you're just ignorant. Now for my review... From what I've experienced, besides maybe having to repeat my order 1 time, the men and women that run this establishment run it well, and effectively. I have never once gotten the wrong order or had to have something replaced because they messed up on condiments or something and the food is always as fresh as you can expect. They are always friendly, and just treat you like anybody would expected to be treated like at a restaurant (like a HUMAN). Any one talking about racial profiling for the $20(or higher) bill check or ID check when you pay with card that I've seen everybody get, are really the only ones making the situation "a racial problem" and need to take step out of the past that they weren't ever there for. Also, Every good business checks the ID of the person paying (if using a credit/debit card) when the charges come out to above $25, because they don't want to be at fault for any big charges, because it becomes a slight liability problem. If you ask me, this place is the typical Burger King/fast food joint, and all the nit-pickers should just suck it up or even better, just eat somewhere else! I know this is just a burger king, but I like this one more than any other burger king location. I always take the drive through and is always quick to order and serve. Food here is always great as expected. I come here at least three times a month and everytime I've left happy or at least satisfied.
