I was pretty excited to eat at this Burger King because it had been a few months since I had any BK, I had coupons to get tons of food at really cheap and they also had one of those awesome drink dispensers that adds flavor! I was fooled by the machine to think that it would make this location any better than other BKs. I had to wait for tons of people to get their drinks because they had to stand and look for what drink they wanted, and then there was only one dispenser so it took so long for me to even get up and make my choice. I ordered a Crispy Chicken Club Salad from the drive through. The only good thing was the over cooked chicken. To call this salad a club is a crime. 2 slices of unripe tomato, yellow old iceberg lettuce, 2 slices of yucky bacon and a 1/8 tsp of shredded cheese. I didn't get a chance to post yesterday so here goes: I don't really think Burger King corporate knows just how awful this Burger King is. I went to this location for the last time yesterday. I ordered food and how many sauces I wanted with my food. I made myself very clear. I got positive feedback that she heard how many I wanted. Silly me, I paid for my food, received my order, was told my sauces are in the bag. I didn't double check by looking into the bag and removing my food so I can check that she wasn't lying to me... and she was lying to me. My sauces were not in the bag. I don't mind if I'm charged if the number of sauces I want is considered excessive. Actually, I do mind because i think condiments that are reasonable for a meal should come with the meal but then I'm told should dip an entire order of large fries and chicken fries in 1 dipping sauce. Yeah, I THINK SOMEONE AT BK CORPORATE SHOULD TRY THAT ONE! Anyway, I wouldn't have minded being charged and the sauce put into my bag. I didn't want to drive all the way back to the BK for sauce. I didn't want to see the irritating woman who lied to me... and most important, I would rather throw away food that tastes bad without sauce than drive back, pay, then eat COLD FOOD with sauce that tastes worse than just eating something else. So after buying $30 worth of BK, with only 2 items being mine, my friends ate BK & I wound up ordering Chinese food. Yep. Lesson learned. I'm not going to do that again. The employees are VERY rude. They do not acknowledge when customers are in front of them. Can't even say a HI, HELLO, or I WILL BE WITH YOU IN JUST A SECOND. Nothing. They are so concerned about an EXTRA 30 Cents for zesty sauce when they should be more concerned about their customer service and quality of food. On the day, 8/2/22 @ 6:10 PM at Burger King Westlake, a Latina old and short woman who worked there named Rosa didn't understand our order specifically because of her Spanish accent and terrible personality. I'm trying to say our order nicely enough and slowly so that she understands how to input our order correctly as I am not trying to be mean to her; however, she started to get angry at me as she couldn't hear anything that I'm saying and she follows through strict limitations of ordering food. As a witness, she is rude to an Asian man wearing glasses with his two children, who are boys, that she couldn't hear the Asian man well because of his Asian accent. Rosa could be potentially racist to everyone in this place, except for Hispanic people. I tried to order two "Southwest Bacon Whopper" burgers, but I ended up having one "Southwest Bacon Whopper" instead since Rosa couldn't understand my order well. So I ordered one more "Southwest Bacon Whopper" through the kiosk without having complications with Rosa as a cashier. After gathering our orders, I asked Rosa for a bigger paper bag to put all of our food inside at once, and then she threw a bag at me in an attempt to receive it without reason, condescendingly in a rude manner. What a rude and racist lady who is being unacceptable and disrespectful to people. Everyone, let me give you a tip and advice on how to avoid having a problem. If you want to order your food at this place, then your only options are not to encounter Rosa as a cashier depending on her hours, order from an online ordering app like Uber Eats or DoorDash, or try to visit any Burger King restaurant with good customer service. Also, try to write a survey to evaluate Rosa at mybkexperience.com to have a voice and opinion about how shameful Rosa's customer service is. Things that make this location stand out from others: Mean staff. The guy was mean to the little older man in line with the hearing aide. Give me a break you are in WESTLAKE. 1/2 the population is over 65, can't drive and has a hearing aide. If you don't want to deal with them, don't work here. Other than that, typical of Burger Kings. I love the MOCHA JOEs......iced coffee with chocolate. More like chocolate milk with a little coffee thrown in than anything else. I'm giving this place two stars because it is Burger King and I appreciate Burger King for several reasons. But this place... no. I've been there three times in the past five months or so and it was filthy every time. I'm not that picky about a fast food place, but come on, there's no excuse for the way this place is managed. The last time was about a month ago, it was about 6pm, we were tired and in a hurry, didn't want to go home and cook, so thought we'd give it another try. There were only about three tables in use, but every empty table was dirty and the floors were filthy. I wiped down the table and the seat while at least five people working there stood by and talked and laughed. The entire time we were there, no one made a move to clean the place up. Then when you go outside and smell that sewage plant next door, it's too much. I'd rather go home and heat up something frozen from Trader Joe's. Yuck. read more

I hate this Burger King with a passion. 80% of the time I get something in the drive through my order is screwed up. Every few months or so I get suckered back in. My craving for BK and its close proximity to my apartment are rudely disrupted by reality and complete disappointed when I get home. I'm not trying to be a total dick here but why is it when I go to the McDonald's and I get a Hispanic person who can barely understand my order, everything turns out fine. When I get a Filipino at the BK who can understand me completely fine, my order gets all jacked up. Sometimes it's the cooks, sometimes it's the order takers. Either way, the staff here is ridiculous. The old man who takes your money cracks me up. He doesn't even tell you the dollar amount but simply opens the window and pushes out a food tray. A nice little bonus is getting a whiff of the sewage plant while you are in line. Getting in and out of this place is tough, you have to battle cars leaving the drive through and cars leaving Chevron. Heading east on JDB is challenging, you have to speed across a few lanes to flip a bitch at the light. read more

Then my son said his oero cookies drink was mixed with strawberry shake then I said dont drink it we went back to exchange.. I got mad I told my son take everything and get the refund. Best fast food french fries, ever. I don't know if the fries I got last night were fried in magic oil, but every single fry was perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The two order of fries we got were both fresh and hot, not overly salty, and had the most consistent crunch - something I've never experienced from a drive thru. I've never actually stepped foot inside this Burger King, but their 24 hour drive thru has been a plus for me. Granted, Burger King isn't exactly on the top of my fast food totem pole, but when everything else is closed down for the night, at least it's an option. I tried their new Whopperrito and it's surprisingly decent! It's pretty hefty for a fast food burrito, cheaper than a regular Whopper, and has a nice spicy kick to it. It's very filling too, so you don't need to order a side with it. BK's fries suck anyways. In closing, this Burger King location is very convenient because of the 24 hour drive thru, so if you're craving a late night burger, chicken sandwich, grilled hot dog, onion rings, or a Whopperrito, it is a decent cheap option. read more
