First off, this is not a corporate ran/compliant Burger King. As such they will tell you they don't take any coupons, don't honor any pricing agreements, and don't honor the surveys that some people call in to get a free sandwich. It also means that what is normally a 5.99 meal, suddenly turns into a 8.09 meal, so you're paying a hefty surcharge for eating right next to a theme park. Also the food sucks, so it's really not even worth it, when at every other exit there are Burger Kings that have much nicer employees, honor coupons, and are accountable to the central Burger King system. read more

Worst Burger King ever. Waited 10 minutes for a Junior whopper. This is the most worthless, disgusting dump a fast food restaurant ever. If there is any other competition within a mile of Kings Dominion this place will be closed. The floors are slippery and disgusting the bathroom is gross and it takes forever to get the food you ordered, if you even get it correct the first or second time. read more

Terrible. I went there three times in one day because my son was playing in a tournament down the road. I wouldn't say that the workers were rude because they weren't, but they weren't really friendly either. It was the off season and they were dead each time I went. I thought it was weird that there was no mirror in the women's restroom. However, I was astounded by the prices! One time I paid almost $8.50 for one small Coke Zero and a medium milkshake (no whipped cream). I paid over $18.00 for one five piece chicken tender meal (small soda), and a Tendergrill Chicken Sandwich and a medium soda. Those prices are ridiculous, but I didn't see anywhere closer that I could get lunch for my son during the tournament. Robbery; that's what that is. read more

I gave this place one star but it deserves no stars. The prices are jacked up higher than a regular Bk I guess because of Kings dominion being across the street. Slowest service I have ever seen, only 3 people ahead of us and it still took almost 15 minutes to get our food. And then the order was wrong. Take it back, and another person's order is wrong too. The service at this location is amazing. Nice people and they are capable of handling the rush of Kings Dominion crowd as the park closes. The management and staff are nice and polite. We stop there often and sometimes twice in a day. We love this place! read more

This place was absolutely horrible!!! We ordered 2 combo meals and an order of chicken fries and the total came to $23! Then there was a sign saying that the ice machine was broken so we ended up having to drink warm sodas. The condiment station was so gross and sticky and it smelled bad. There were no lids for the cups. The place overall was just nasty, to be honest we only went there because it was convenient to the hotel we were staying at. I definitely recommend going ANYWHERE else!!! read more

Worst Burger King ever! Went here tonight and the lady working orders for dine-in customers had the most horrible attitude. No one told us that there were no more ice so the drinks were luke warm and gross. The same lady threw chicken fry containers across the room and was texting. The morning staff was much friendlier but the food was very stale. Overall horrible experience. read more

This place is absolutely disgusting. The floors and tables are so filthy just to look at that the sheer thought of how clean the meal prep area is raises significant concern. I guess I should not expect much more but the staff is exceptionally rude and an impersonal. Do not eat here!!!! The food is about double the price of a regular Burger King and it not good.. The place is a filthy mess and the staff is just so bad. I have been in this place about 4 times to stop and use the bathroom and get a drink before I drive back to DC. This weekend I made the mistake of ordering food. Small drink and a whooper jr. was $7.00. The burger was still cold inside and the bun was stale. The food is not safe!!! read more

I've gone there three times this year, three too many i think. The value menu has junior whoppers for $2.49. The price on all the food is inflated. You have to fend off flies if you're brave enough to attempt to eat in. I understand it's a busy place with prime real estate, but would it kill the staff to acknowledge me long enough to ask for sauce before they throw my sack of overpriced fast food at me? read more

This restaurant should be avoided. Some of the staff are helpful but overall this is by far one on the most poorly run I have ever experienced. Extraordinarily long waits, orders filled incorrectly and horrible customer service. The manager this evening 9/28/13 was very rude and dismissive. I would avoid this restaurant in Doswell and recommend that you take the few extra minutes to travel 95 to an alternative location it will be much faster! read more

Soooooooo slow. It was average busy. I only think it looked average because everyone was waiting for food that they already ordered. This place would be out of business if kings dominion were not across the street. Oh also prices are about 3 times higher than other burger kings. $9.97 for a double cheeseburger meal. This is the worst burger King I have ever been to, service is bad, cashier does not greet. The kitchen looks filthy and there are French fries all over the floor in the kitchen. Employees obviously don't care about cleaning the place or even the restrooms, which are also disgusting and smell like old grease. There were buckets of water on the tables. I suppose I shouldn't leave a review, based on the fact we didn't actually order anything from this place. It looks like a total dive from the outside, and as we entered we noticed the glass in the door had been broken and taped with packing tape. That was our first sign. The dining area was 'clean', but seemed very grody. It was dimly lit and felt old. I instantly wanted to leave. I went to the bathroom and the bathroom was dilapidated. The middle stall door handle had been replaced with a regular doorknob, only whoever installed it did a poor job of it and you could see a crack where the old handle had been. After entering this stall- because this knob seemed the most secure of the three- I discovered there was no toilet paper, and the knob- though it was the locking type- wasn't the lock. They had installed a slider lock. I went to the next stall over and found toilet paper, but discovered that stall, too, had a slider because the original handle was broken (though it had been left on the door). I came out of the bathroom, and my husband tells me they'd run out of toilet paper and were literally waiting for a shipment to come in so they could replace it. (Um, how 'bout you run to the local 7-11 and grab a package to hold your customers over until it arrives?!) I stood and looked into the kitchen and it looked decently clean, but with such a dilapidated establishment, we decided to leave. They're the only restaurant just outside of KD, so I'm sure they just don't care. They're convenient, so they can charge what they want and leave their restaurant broken down. It's pathetic, and BK corporate should either shut them down or replace management with someone who cares. read more

Well me and my family had a great day at kings dominion yesterday until we walked into this horrible place. First off got up to the register and the cashier was rude and after we ordered she forgot our cups. The service was very bad. Took us 45 minutes or more to get our food while everybody else around was waiting that long for their food also. Everybodys order in there was wrong. So everybody was very frustrated with Burger King. Another thing is you dont order someones food when they were after you. The problem with that one is they threw our recipet away before giving us our food so they had to look at our reciept to see what we ordered. So finally we got our food and my mom was about to take a bite of her hamburger and happened to look down at it and there was a piece of plastic sticking out of it so she went and complained to the manager and she said she will make her one her self. So the manager brought her one out and her excuse was she was training all new poeple. So warning everybody that goes there better look at your food before you eat it. read more
