They were doing a great job tonight everything was well put together. They go hard here and do thier best to make orders well and it showed.

Dine in is closed due to CoVid 19 so drive thru and takeout are the options available. Sooo we decided to try the new hand breaded chicken sandwich which was a jaunt to juicy town!!! Amazing crunchiness and texture and plump and juicy good quality white chicken breast on a plump soft roll with sauce and a cold crunchy ass pickle. Let's just say this sandwich holds its own and is very delicious!!! The new bag with the foil inside similar to Chick-fil-A and Popeyes keeps it hot.... we were both delighted with our chicken sandwiches today! Food was good, but a little skimpy on veggies, Service was awful. They asked me to pull up to handicaped spot. I just ordered a whopper nothing special. Not a single person was in back of me. The handicap spot is all the way around the building, so I had to circle twice. How rediculious, these kids are running this place into the ground. Absolutely ridiculious with the shady please pull ups with no one in back of you. Makes no sense, I am at a loss here. read more

The food was good they messed up one burger and my sister went to get it fixed and asked politely and the woman grabbed the burger out of her hands and talked in a very rude manner and basically threw the burger at her and gave her a new one. read more

I called them and I asked them when they were open till and the guy who answered threatened to call the cops.

Boycott this place. I stopped in with my wife, daughter and her bf and dad. I ordered 8pc,fry. Got a 16pc, no complaints on that. Ordered 2 whoppers w/cheese and one w/out onions/ pickles and finally a #2(texas dbl whopper) and that took over ten mins. We were missing a whopper so I went up to get it and my wife says her has pickles and no cheese. So I brought that up to get fixed. Took over 5mins. When I sat down and opened my Burger and it's a regular whopper in a texas whopper wrapper. So I brought that up. He then tried telling me it happens. What happens? At this point my family is eating without me. So I called him out over his incompetence and he told me to leave. I asked for a refund which he denied and called the police. At the end we were there over 30mins, everything messed up, kids are scared. After the police went inside and talked with witnesses they made him make my food. I threw it out because I seen him wipe something on the bottom bun. I can't prove it so I tossed it. I've contacted bk. Do not go to Burger King at 500 Pittsfield Rd, Lenox MA. Slow, kinda rude, got made fun of for name not recommended manager should do better if there even is one

DO NOT GO THERE! We made the BIG mistake of going there. We had not had fast food for years and thought since it was close to our home, we would go there. I tried to go into the store to order and the doors were locked with a sign that only the drive thru was open. We ordered two double whopper with cheese one with no lettuce and one with no onions, two large fries and one onion rings. After waiting forever to get to the window to pick it up with other cars ahead of us, our order was not only wrong, but cold and inedible when we got home and we live only one mile away. When we got home, the double with no lettuce did NOT have cheese, the other double ordered with no onion was a single with no cheese. The fries and onion rings were ice cold and the fries barely filled the box. I wrote to Burger King and they were forwarding the request for a refund. I have yet to hear from the manager and have not received a refund. It was $28.41 that was absurd. I wish that I had thought to take a picture of the order. We. should have gone to McDonald's for fast food. Their fries are also much better. read more

Forgettable. I am pretty sure this location only hires prison release and special ed applicants. A couple of times I have come in the morning only to find no one inside. They are very slow in the morning probably because they have 2 or less people working in the morning. At lunch time they have a small window where they are busy but most of the time they are really dead. They load up the mayonese on every burger you get and within 2 hours you will need to go to the bathroom. Almost never cleaned, the sky light windows in the ceiling are a nice touch but one of the only redeeming qualities of this location. read more

This place is SO gross! It should really be shut down by the health department, but sadly it's one of the few restaurants around that's open late. Been here multiple times which were just barely tolerable but today was not... the guy preparing our food had an obvious cut on his hand under his gloves and he was touching his headphones and clothing between preparing our sandwiches. He also may have had some type of infection that needed antibiotics as some of the other workers wanted him to see a doctor... basically he shouldn't have been preparing food at all! We threw away our sandwiches and left. NEVER going back to this Burger King again! This place should be shut down again. This store's unclean and unprofessional employees will often get your order wrong and blame the customer. The fact that the food workers aren't wearing their masks correctly when I had to get them to remake my order again is the final straw for this store and Burger King. I had to wait in line behind two other customers that had their order wrong and the employees argued with all of us. They also throw away the receipt when they remake your order so you have no proof they messed up. Why is it so difficult to make a sandwich that matches the order? I will not read more

This Burger King was a very slow, dirty, sad place to eat. There are other nearby choices. It took a long time to get the food, there was trash on the floor, and the staff seemed uninterested. In a word, depressing. read more

Every single time that I've come here, they are very nice and attentive, and the food is really hot and fresh, with the perfect amount of sauce. The last time I went, they let me know that they were making it fresh and it would be a couple of minutes, and it was only 3 minutes. They asked if I need any extra sauce. I had the most delicious BK Big Fish and mozzarella sticks! Just perfect. read more

Ok i hate this place i mean da food is good but the service is bad they always mess up my order

We visit this Burger King at least once a week as we do laundry right next door. Every week we say we'll never come back, but we always give it one more try. The employees are disgusting, greasy hair, nasty clothing, always touching their skin or hair between preparing food. They've even gone so far as to eat a French fry while bagging an order. The lobby is always messy. The self serve area drink area is always gross and looks like it hasn't been cleaned for days. We always have to wipe our own table. Today was the last straw. We weren't greeted. Three people were making/supervising one milkshake. I saw one disgusting employee use his thumb to shove ice cream in a cup. The manager finally said that there were 3 people in line. The gross one came over, didn't say hello, ignored us and started looking for the guy with the milkshake. And held a conversation with the other employees about what time they thought they'd be out of work tonight. We left without ordering and this time wont return. The place should be shut down read more
