Decent selection of burgers including elk and bison, as well as chicken. Quick service and clean. There are some video games available kids. Certainly be back

The food is probably the highest quality burgers in town. Their workers are all top notch. Attentive and aware and fast working. You can tell they care about you. Super clean and quality tables and chairs and experience.

    Charged for invisible bacon.

Burger me has great tasting food, but a high percentage of the times we order add ons like Avocado, or today the bacon, we get charged but the item isn't on our food. It's disappointing when we don't get what we paid for.

Best burgers in Reno, hands down. I go for a beef cheeseburger but they've got all kinds of options and some more exotic meats like bison. They give you a ton of fries with your order too. The staff are lovely and remember their regulars by name

Decided to go here on a whim of constantly seeing the sign off of I80. It definitely didn't disappoint. I went with a friend and they got the smash burger and I got the turkey burger. Both were good size burgers. We also got the garlic fries which were delicious! The staff were also very patient with us as we had never been there before. I also made a mess with my soda and the guy was so understanding as I felt horrible for spilling. All the staff that we encountered were friendly as well. It was a little pricey which is why I didn't do 5 stars but definitely highly recommend for a solid good and fresh burger.

Huge and fresh delicious burgers! Excellent taste and you need two hands to eat it! This is easily one of the best burger joints around! The fries are amazing were hot, big and nicely salted.

Wow.....Burger Me Again PLEASE!!! Five Star Cheese Burger with super delicious Meat. Tasty and cooked beautifully. This was my very first Cheeseburger experience and it was really Great ! Loved the basket of 1/2 Sweet potato Fries and Half onion Rings. I also saw a really nice Dirty Bird chicken Wrap I will try next time. Very nice atmosphere with music, TV's and games. A great place for family and friends. Thank you to Rocio, Manager Luis and Makenzie for a Five Star Burger me Lunch. I will bring my family back. Loved it! Julie A

Very tasty food. Got the mixed greens salad. It was very big & the vinaigrette was nice & tangy. I have the ahi tuna burger. It was HUGE! They asked if rare was good & it mostly was but I think next time I might get medium rare as some of it was hard to chew through the bun & toppings. Speaking of toppings the wasabi dressing has quite a kick! Would get again for sure. Other 1/2 got a classic cheeseburger & she loved it. The patty was very big & juicy, bun nice & soft. Fries were very good. The ranch dressing was quite lackluster though. & the soda machine...something was off. Too syrupy not enough bubbles. Would get a shake next time. The service was nice & while it took a little while to make the food we were not upset about that since the food was fresh & there are plenty of games to play inside.

We stopped by here after church one day because I really wanted to give their garlic fries a try. Let me tell you. Those fries (only like 4$!) include ample amounts of real garlic! It was a garlic lovers dream, although a little much for me personally. The onion rings were super unique. They had a puffy batter around them like nothing I have ever experienced. I was left wanting some more flavor in them though. They do get mad props for real onions and thick ones at that. Their malts were good, but too thick for their straws. Jumbo straws are definitely warranted here. Being a ketchup girl and having a ketchup kid, I was very happily pleased with the pump ketchup in cups. Packets are just too much work for the amount of ketchup we need in our lives. Overall it was a fun quick stop of treats. The kids were happy and I took home a lot of garlic fries, which I continued to eat for many days via my air fryer. Oh and PS. The spot was popping with the after church crowd. Made for a fun family oriented feel.

Had a great burger and some of the best onion rings I've had, did the Cowboy burger minus jalapeño it tasted wonderful but the star of the meal was definitely the onion rings if you are old enough to remember Super Sam's pizza and wings they had a very special onion rings recipe and these rival those! Service was excellent and the place is clean and staff is friendly. If you're looking for a place for a delicious burger and rings don't hesitate try Burger Me!

Another first time here after putting in work and heading home. I ordered a build your own burger with 1/3 pound elk patty on a brioche bun. I added pepper jack cheese avocado and mushrooms. For a drink they make real thick milkshakes. If a fool for a strawberry milkshake. So after that the bill was what I was about. About $27 but it was really good

The burger had plenty of caramelized onions, which I'm a huge fan of, and everything was packed with flavor. The wait for the food was about an hour, but it was well worth it in the end. Also, don't miss the extra seating tucked away behind the bar if the front looks full. I also opted for their house michelada paired with a shot for $8 (I believe), which was a great deal. Another nice touch was their frequent visitor stamp card. I'll definitely be back and plan on trying the chicken wings next time. I saw so many people ordering them, and they looked absolutely delicious. Royce has a great atmosphere, great food, and easily earned a return visit from me.

The owner of Ruby Shake Shop routinely parks his Audi in the limited public street parking spaces along South Virginia Street directly in front of Raising Cane's, Ike's Love & Sandwiches, and the surrounding businesses. Anyone familiar with this area knows parking can already be difficult, especially during peak hours when people are trying to grab lunch, pick up an order, or make a quick stop. What makes this particularly frustrating is that these spaces appear to be occupied for extended periods of time, often throughout the day, by someone who owns and operates a nearby business. Public street parking in a busy commercial corridor is a shared resource intended to serve customers and visitors, not to function as a personal parking space for a single business owner. This review is not a reflection of the products or service at Ruby Shake Shop. It is simply feedback regarding what appears to be an extremely inconsiderate use of limited public parking in an area where parking availability already impacts customers and neighboring businesses.

Was surprised it had a second floor with a small deck and pretty decent views! Big place. Great Happy Hour Deals (half off drinks) and other specials. I haven't eaten breakfast there but the burger I'd put in the top 4 in Reno. It is giant diameter wise but the meat is the same amount of a smaller thicker burger which makes it no too hard to eat. I'd call this a Purist's Burger. Crisp lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, mustard, sauce. They went really light on the sauce to the point I didn't think it had any. Fries were excellent too. Price is very reasonable (that's typical near a college.) I've tried Royce, Juicy's, and The Parlor. I'd put Archies below Royce and Parlor but above Juicy's. We found parking right away. We noticed the large banner outside touting best burgers. Was craving fish and chips, buttttt decided to go with a burger. Ricardo was our server.. we were greeted as we were stepping through the door. Told to take a seat anywhere. Ricardo recommended "any" burger with a smile. I asked whether I should order onion rings or fries, he said order the Texas Toothpicks.. Combo of beer battered onions and jalapeños. Ok let's do this. Richard's must have checked in on us 5-7 times during our meal, great service! Actually we had an entire conversation about his service, friendly, efficient, quick, chatty, and gets the order right! Order Bloody Mary served with banana pepper, green olive and lime.. no salted rim, which is fine, missing salty component for me BECAUSE I LIKE SALT... Drink was GOOD. Bloody Mary and Corona brought icy cold within two minutes. Jalapeno burger and fries son loved his burger! Son felt his burger had appropriate amount of salt and great char crusting. Garlic butter burger and Texas Toothpicks which is beer battered onions and jalapeños. In my opinion this burger starts with the bread.. Delicious soft bun that actually fits the patty. The patty had a nice sear on it, it was under seasoned and almost well done. The burger was lacking salt component to complement the garlic. Had the burger been seasoned, and had I have ordered it medium rare, (my mistake) it would have been really good. The burger did come without condiments which I appreciate because I can put my own in appropriate amounts to my liking. I added a pinch of salt, no complaining and we were good to go! I didn't even eat 1/4 of my food! The burgers and portions were HUGE!! The Texas Toothpicks were really good, a good fry was achieved on them. They held up to being dipped in ranch. 1/2 order hot wings and fries The wings were ordered breaded and hot. They had a good crisp, and were fried appropriately! Good amount of salt. The fries were served super crispy, piping hot and perfectly salted. The order came with carrots and celery without having to ask. Ranch.. Ranch is a serious condiment in our household with food like this. It was good. An appropriate amount was served with wings, and of course for us fries and ranch go hand in hand. The restaurant was clean, all staff was friendly and great service!!!
