I usually expect this level of good (and inexpensive) in South GA but they brought that small town flair to the suburbs of Dunwoody. I hate crinkle fries normally but the decision to fry them in tallow makes me a believer. Simple, classic menu. No frills. Hot and fast. Great customer service, too. Just wait in your car and an amicable young adult (of which they seem to largely employ) will bring your order out to your car or to their picnic tables in the back. $17 for two to eat... in this day and age?!?! This place puts fast food burger chains to SHAME.

WORST BURGER PLACE EVER! I should have heeded the rating warnings. I paid well over $20.00 for the worst hamburger I've ever tried to eat...after a 20 minute wait it came out cold, dry and tasteless. The onion rings were HUGE, but greasy and very hard to eat! Sure, they have the cool soda dispensers where you can choose from a ZILLION different flavours, but you pay $2.50 for the world's smallest cup! I had to refill my cup SEVEN times to try and choke down the dry as the Mojave desert brisket burger I ordered!! This place relies on it's 'no hormones/antibiotic' approach to lure all these 'wanna-be' Alpharettaians with more money than they supposedly know what to do with. Even they will grow tired of spending an exorbitant amount of money for 'healthy trash'...no, not even the 'hip' decor can keep the facade up for much longer. Speaking of decor...even it's crazy and don't even get me started on the lay-out of this place...it's ridiculous and doesn't jive with what it's intended and is VERY customer unfriendly! I just witnessed some terrible behavior by one of your employees. The employee used his hands to press down garbage in an open garbage can and then started to touch and handle trays and other items in the food service window. A customer standing there tried to get his attention, calling for him multiple times and finally had to raise his voice to get the employee to turn around. The customer asked the employee about touching food service items after touching garage and the employee immediately started shouting at the customer and telling him he can't cuss at him in his own restaurant. I didn't hear any cussing from the customer personally and the customer and his child actually looked a bit scared and shocked by the employee's aggressive behavior. Later the customer asked the employee for his name and the employee shouted "MY NAME IS GOD! You call me GOD!" It's possible that the employee was the manager because no other employees tried to calm him. A manager should work to de-escalate a situation rather than adding fuel to the fire. Very few times In The history of my existence do I feel the need to create online reviews for restaurants I visit. Burgerfi is a rare exception, and has garnished such praise from my brain activity that it deserves this review Im about to write. Every single aspect of this restaurant is superb. My favorite meal consists of the CEO wagyu Kobe burger, with onion rings and a Oreo milkshake. Oh so yummy!! Some may mention the price, but when compared to other fast casual burger restaurants, Burgerfi has a similar price point, and every penny is well spent. My favorite Burgerfi experience was meeting the owner himself, a charitable man with community values. He passed by my table in the dining room one day with custard samples and graciously gave me one. We spoke for a few minutes and I learned of how he uses his restaurant to give back to the community through donations. In all I would recommend this restaurant for those looking for a family environment, a date night spot, or relaxed place to hang out while enjoying great food. Kerchow! read more

Just let me tell you about how awesome the recovery experience was at this BurgerFi. We are working next door through the parking lot across the grass all week. Took us a hour and a half to order online because postmates kept kicking us off. After a long days work and had to work into the evening hours we were hungry. We called the store and let me tell you "WOW"! Who would ever expect a burger place to have such exceptional service? Well, lesson learned. After speaking with a gentleman trying to figure out what was going wrong with our order he had a lady get on the phone. She was very sweet and accommodating. I never would have thought she would deliver the food herself. It was her pleasure! She told us if we ever needed a delivery to please just call the store and they would make it happen. We don't get this kind of treatment in other cities! We will be back :) Everyday! read more

Walking into this place for my first time to try a burger for my first time and I want to say on how nice and clean the place looked when I walked in everyone seemed happy and joyful enjoying their burgers and the kitchen crew looked well organized I can hear them communicating excellent while ordering my food which not most places I've been too have done cashiers were excellent by repeating my order to make sure it was correct. bathrooms are kept well and excellent maintained and cleaned I ordered the ceo sat down and took a bite and never have I've had my mouth get so watery on how delicious and superb this burger is and for my first time trying a burger I wanna say that was spectacular I also had a beer with my burger and wanna say great selection on the beers I had a great wonderful time will definitely be returning with family and friends! read more

Last evening I had the pleasure of attending Burgerfi for the first time and it is safe to say that this is one of my new favorite restaurants. I was initially greeted by the wonderful Holley who treated me with such care and kindness that could not be received at another function. When I told her it was my first time eating here she immediately helped me to pick an option on what to eat. My husband and I were extremely impressed with the quality of our food as well as the timely manner in which we received it. From the burgers to the delicious fries, I would HIGHLY recommend Burgerfi for anybody that wants a delicious bite to eat as well as great customer service. This is my favorite fast-casual burger joint. We have been frequenting the restaurant since we moved back to Atlanta two years ago. Food is always consistent and service is excellent. The management team running the store knows what they are doing and are very customer focused. The grass-fed beef was a big attraction for us, but the consistent preparation keeps us coming back. The fries and topping options are all great. The milkshakes are the best we have had from any concept, fast food to fine dining. I would also recommend the app. The order ahead feature is convenient and reliable. Their loyalty program rewards are industry standard, but better than most. I must say after reading some of the reviews this helped me decide to go to BurgerFi. Even the negative reviews. I must say they are wrong! My family and I went after church on Easter. The staff was amazing! Very outgoing, upbeat and in the spirit. I was pleasantly surprised to see them open. My husband had the brisket burger, children each had single cheese burgers and I had the Veggie burger. We shared a Cry Fry and a Oh My Chocolate. The burgers were all cooked perfect, fries and onion rings were delicious. Oh and the dessert..WOW!!! Thumbs up to the Management for running a great establishment. We will definitely be back. I ate here 4 or 5 times over the course of a few weeks and the food was outstanding every time. The wait times are on par with any other busy, made-to-order restaurant - it's not fast food, but is definitely worth the wait. I was assisting Ron with some technology upgrades inside the restaurant and got to see first hand the attention to detail that goes into sending out great food every single time, starting with prep at 8:00 am every day. Sometimes orders get mixed up and mistakes are made - just like happens with you on your job - but if you will head back to the counter and let them know the problem, I am confident that they will fix it. Visited this location multiple times and always leave stuffed, happy, and counting the days until I come back!! As soon as you walk in the door you can tell it's going to be a nice visit - every inch of the place is always clean and the staff is always smiling even when it's packed. The food is delicious!!! I read other reviews and think the pricing is great - considering the quality of meat and the amount of food you get. (The onion rings are as big as my face!!!) The fi sauce is the perfect topping to any burger and the custard is so creamy that I always have to take one home! If I could give more stars I most certainly would!! Wow! I am not one to usually write a review but I promised this catering crew I would. Being in the movie business you find that everyone is a critic and learn that everyone has different opinions. That is their prerogative. Being a former server and bartender from Louisville KY to the movie business I must say this was one of the BEST experiences we as a whole have ever had on the set. This crew was full of energy and happy to serve. (Mind you this was 12am in the morning.) Burger Fi is my son's favorite place to go and have a burger and fries. I especially like this Windward Parkway location because we've gotten to know the staff and their customer service has been excellent! Nicole is one of the managers I've gotten to know and is always there with a big smile wanting to make it a great dining experience for us! Last night we were treated to a big sample of their custard with rainbow sprinkles by Raheem...it was so good! WoW! I have never left a Yelp review but I must say, this establishment deserves 6 stars if I could. The cashiers are friendly, management staff on point and the kitchen staff seem to have a great attitude. We tried the new chicken sandwich (BLT) and the CEO. Delicious ! Accompanied with a cry fry urban style. (Onion rings are as big as my thigh) and yes of course a craft beer. It is Friday and after 5. The service was so good they should allow the cashiers to get tips. We will tell all our friends and neighbors to try this place. No more Five Guys for this family. I dined at this restaurant for the first time yesterday. I must say the service and food are exceptional. This restaurant was very busy and they are very good at what they do! The cashier recommended the CEO (he said this is his favorite) the Urban Fries(to die for) I had a draft craft beer (perfect with a burger and fries). Then later the manager brought me a custard sample. She almost had me talked in to a full size, but the sample hit the spot. This is my first Yelp review and well deserving of this restaurant. Wow! Phenomenal. This was the first time I heard about Burgerfi. I was out getting the wife some coffee and passed by it. So, I turned around and decided to go inside. The atmosphere was clean and inviting. The staff was very helpful for this first timer. I love that they have grassfed meat. Ordered their fries and you can tell that they werent just taken out of the freezer- delicious. I completely forgot the coffee but the wife was very pleased that I brought her back some great food. Brought my office in yesterday for lunch. We had a pretty decent size group. The food was outstanding and the service impeccable ! Update! Another office day at BurgerFi. We love this place. The service is exceptional and the food is delicious. Serving a group our size with no mistakes is amazing. Very disappointing. We use to love coming to this location when visiting family. We really like the one close to our home in Florida so obviously expect the same service and quality food. This location is not the case. Meat taste old and bland, cheese was cold, fries were cold and taste of old oil. Oh well, guess dealing with a larger group is not what they are cut out for, plenty of other good burger restaurants that are attentive. We had a little problem with my order, but Matt (the MOD) was insistent on remaking my order. Door gets stuck on floor doesn't open and close well, handle seems to be a little broken, paper towel dispenser was both broken and empty, and sink is tiny tucked into a corner making it hard to stand there. Overall, it's not bad, but not good. Would be a dead center mediocre meal if it wasn't so bad inside with the atmosphere and bathroom. Chicken is less for a higher price. Not a 3, not a 2, it's like a 2.5-2.8. Laynes serves chicken tenders, so if you're a fan of Zaxby's or Cane's this might hit the spot. They offer spicey and regular tenders, but almost everything else is the same, but they also have more sauce options. When i got my order, the texas toast was buttered and flavorful, but tasting the fries, I felt that maybe the grease was old or dirty as it tasted old. Thankfully that didn't come through on the tenders, but maybe that's because the fries and tenders are done in separate fryers. The Spicy tenders do have a bite to them, so be prepared, but it's a welcome to have a spice option when getting chicken tenders. Overall, it was just average to me. Chicken tenders tend to do that.

The queso is a little different than others in that there appear to be green or red peppers in the queso. The chips are quite good in that they are light, airy and somewhat flaky. I ordered the three taco entrée and they let you select a different protein for each taco. I tried the brisket, Carnitas, and steak. I think the Carnitas was my favorite because it was very juicy and flavorful. The brisket was also good but a little spicy. The dining room is fairly large with plenty of tables and chairs. The only downside for me is that they only have Diet Coke and not Coke zero. The staff was friendly and quite attentive. Being that this was my first time visiting the restaurant, they took time to explain the menu options and answer all of my questions.
