I'm not to pleased with my visit to BurgerFi. The bread was dry, tasted few days old. As to the burger I asked for Swiss cheese, mushrooms and grilled onions. They forgot to put onions. I went to ask for the onion, they gave me a tiny bit in a small cup. The fries were good and plentiful so no complain there. read more

Recently stopped in for a burger and fries after a long day at work and even later meeting. I was craving a burger and hot fries and BurgerFi delivered! The burger was fresh, hot and juicy. Topped with crispy, but not burnt bacon...there is a key to cooking bacon perfectly where its not fatty and not burnt, I was happy to see it was the perfect middle ground. The bun is also really good and fresh. It has a nice softness to it, but also a little grilled which is a nice touch. Let me just say, the fries were on point! I tried to have a pie for Day but the line was so long I came over here. I consider Burgerfi the tried and true. I know when I order my veggie burger what I will get. That is usually true but tonight I changed it up. They usually deep fry the veggie burger but tonight I ordered it on the grill. It definitely changed the burger, it was flatter, but good. I almost felt it might have been slightly greasy so I'm going to stick with the way they usually prepare these. My first time having BurgerFi was a month ago. For lunch me and my co workers ordered Uber Eats. The burger I ordered was a single but it tasted so fresh and delicious. The second time I ate there I was with my family in Davie. My youngest brother wanted to go there for his birthday. So my parents took the family out for dinner. This time I ordered the Texas Style Dog. I thought the hot dogs were bigger but they are regular sized hot dogs. I had to order two. The onion rings are the bomb.com. We ordered one family batch of onion rings and two of the family size fires. We only needed one family size fry. It was a total of 7 of us because my brother girlfriend came as well. We sate outside and enjoyed a nice chill family outing for my brother's birthday. The CEO is definitely one of the freshest burgers I have ever had. You can literally cut this burger with a plastic fork. The mix between the meats, aged Swiss and aioli was amazing! Highly recommend if you like good quality meat. I also ordered a plate of the Urban Style fries which left me quite disappointed. After having the burger my expectations were through the roof. Potato cut fries with aioli and parmesan. What's not to love right? Well the fries weren't as crisp as I would of liked and they tasted like the oil they were cooked in. I don't know why it took so long for me to try this place considering how much I love burgers and all the bad, fattening crap that you can put on them lol. Hubby suggested it after another follow up at Urgent Med, since it's across the street. The pictures looked enticing on Yelp so we went. I guess I will start with my decision making. I was saddened to hear just 30 minutes earlier I have high cholesterol, on top of high BP and have to take meds. So my hubby, who spoils me, told me to get the conflicted burger, which had a veggie patty and a meat patty. This was the first time in my 36 years of life eating a veggie patty and I am glad it was here. I added grilled onions and substituted a wheat bun. We ordered the cry+ fry, which is fries and a purple massive onion rings. Since I have been consuming less sodium, the fries seemed super salty to me so I'm not sure if it was me or that's just how they come. Hubby ordered the bacon cheeseburger the 1st and 2nd time but only the first time was bacon on there. The first time we ordered beer and wine. Actually decent prices and not cheap brands. I ramble but I try to be specific for others :) The first time, the girl at the register must have been new because a fellow employee or manager had to walk her through everything. We could barely hear anything she said. No enthusiasm or personality but not nasty either. Chris and another male staff FOH made up for it tremendously. The 2nd time, it may have been the same girl. Again, could barely hear her, flat affect, and was slapping the top of her head I guess because the hat was itching her. Chris (I think is the guy) interacted with us both times. The first time, I checked in on Yelp after we ordered and you receive a free custard. I asked him and he said no problem. When I was ready to have it, go to the counter and say he said it was okay. I did so, and he was right-no problem! The 2nd time, he was just as awesome and the conversation went into our dogs because a customer was there with a customized Escalade for his dogs. Again, I didn't order the custard right away and when I asked Chris, he said they shut down the machines and he's got us next time. They have a freestyle machine, which is a big seller for me. I am diabetic so there are not too many options for diet. Most of the time I have a choice of water, Diet Coke, or unsweetened iced tea. This is by far the best BurgerFi restaurant in South Florida! There's typically a line out the door which can seem daunting at first if you're not a regular. The line moves at an incredible speed and cashier and other employees always greet you with a warm smile. I've come in with my family, some friends, and also with just my kids- each time it's been an exceptional experience. I had an issue where an online order was not received, and I thought I'd be waiting for a while for them to make a fresh order or have some sort of issue where I'd be charged twice and have to resolve it days later. The manager was quick to find a solution and solved the problem immediately, and yet again I couldn't believe how quickly the food was made. They really have their system down! It's a fun environment for large groups and perfect for a nice casual place to hang out and enjoy a great burger and shake. I'd recommend getting the app for special offers and also loyalty reward points. Almost every time we go, a family of four, we have a five dollar reward that we are able to use. Also, if you check-in they have a special offer for a free custard! I highly recommend this location and we are looking forward to going back again very soon! read more

This location in particular always has friendly staff - and while parking can be a little tricky I've never had a super hard time. I usually go with the BurgerFi cheeseburger. It's exactly what you want in a cheeseburger. The patty isn't super thick....so they double it up and put two. Double American cheese as well. Stacked with fresh veggies and BurgerFi sauce. The last visit I went with a veggie burger cause I'm trying to cut back a little on red meat. WOWZA. This is the tastiest veggie burger I've had (granted, I haven't had many). The flavor of the beef was very good; however, where's everything else that goes with this burger??? #1 - Homemade Candied Bacon-Tomato Jam: They used about 1 teaspoon and it was only on one half of the burger. Flavor was good. #2 - Truffle Aioli: Didn't see any. When the girl called my name for order ready, she asked if I wanted sauce. I looked at her puzzled and said I want what goes with the burger. She said nothing. #3 - Swiss cheese: The amount was so tiny that it was barely noticeable. Either the company has told employees to use everything sparingly, or you have an employee work ethic issue. I've been to BurgerFi a zillion times but last night's experience was a first. I've been trying to give up red meat and asked Bianca about the Vegefi burger. She told me she was a vegetarian and was quick to recommend the Vegefi saying it was delicious! She was right, probably one of the best "burgers" I've ever had. Thank you Bianca! For fast food burger chains, this one is pretty good. I remember first trying BurgerFi in Coral Springs, but this location is in the heart of Davie. My boyfriend and I dined here on Friday night. I ordered the single BurgerFi cheese burger and added bacon. My boyfriend ordered the double BurgerFi cheese burger and added bacon. The burgers are always delicious. But I hate the fact that they are so small. I'm not a huge eater, but I could literally eat two of those burgers. To share, we ordered the cry and fry, which is a mixture of onion rings and fries. To be honest, the cry and fry was pretty small. I ordered a chocolate milkshake as my choice of drink and my boyfriend ordered a soda. We dined there with a $5 off coupon and spent about $25 for: 2 burgers, 1 order of onion rings and fries, 1 small milkshake, and 1 small soda. I think that's too expensive for what it is. Maybe if the burger was bigger and the sides were larger, I'd have a different opinion. The one drawback about this location in particular is the fact that they leave the doors open. So as soon as you walk in, your hit in the face with a heat wave. It would be nice if they closed the doors, since we do live and dine in humid south Florida. read more

This was my second visit to BurgerFi. I went a couple months ago, and wasn't overwhelmed. I ordered a BurgerFi® Cheeseburger (650 Cal). I waited for them to cook it and the fries. It took a few minutes, which I was expecting. The burger was good, but not THAT good. Today, I thought I would try something different on their menu, so I thought maybe I would like the brisket burger. This time I phoned it in thinking I would save myself the wait. I requested medium rare, and the guy on the phone said they don't cook anything rarer than medium well, so I ordered it anyway. When I got there, I still ended up waiting, and well, I'm impatient, so I don't necessarily knock points off for that. But it does bother me. LOL After a few minutes, I got my food and left. The burger, as I expected being medium well, was over-cooked for me. Pretty much no juice in the meat, and I like a juicier burger. Also, the burger is kind of small. I know this is true because I usually can't finish a double patty burger by myself. Sorry Hubby, no left overs for you. On the upside, the onion rings were delicious, and gigantic. I recommend picking them up using a napkin to avoid greasy fingers. If I come back here, I will likely go with a hot dog and see how that is. With all these burger joints popping up left and right in broward county, BurgerFi ranks high on my list. It is certainly not the best high quality burger you will find out there from a five star restaurant but does well when compared to fast food chains. The burger patties aren't big, but they are doubled up which ends up being more filling. They are on greasy side but taste delicious. For some reason I like how the bun is stamped with their logo on top. Fries are really good and they give you the option to order them regular, crispy or soggy. Thy also top it with cheese, chili or Parmesan garlic. Yes it sounds like a heart attack on a plate but it's well worth it. read more

Unfortunately for this place the hamburgers are mediocre and the fries are alright. The milkshakes are okay and the service and workers there are decent.
