We made a great choice by choosing BugerFi for dinner tonight. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by their friendly staff. Dulce took care of us and answered all of ours questions, she was super sweet and made sure our order was correct before placing it. The food came out super quick and it was so yummy! The bacon on the burger was so crispy! We had to go back inside for dessert and we ordered the banana churro shake which was recommend by Dulce, the strawberry shake and the Oreo shake. This particular BurgerFi is located in the Lake Mary Village. It is located in the center of it and you really can't miss the place. Parking can be a little tight here, even though there's a lot of parking. I guess that's a good sign of success for all the businesses here. BurgerFi is a great option for a nice lunch that bridges the gap between fast food and a traditional fast-food experience. I believe that the marketing term for such a restaurant is "fast casual." BurgerFi, as the name would imply, specializes in burgers. The prices are a bit higher than your typical fast-food place, but the quality is also significantly better, as well. Since I like spicy food, I went with the SWAG burger, which was definitely a satisfying choice. All in all, I would definitely recommend this particular BurgerFi location. I made my way over to their Lake Mary location and ordered the BurgerFi burger, which is a double cheeseburger with tomato, lettuce, cheese and BurgerFi sauce alongside some fries urban style. If you're eating at the establishment they'll hand you a number after ordering and find you in order to hand you your meal. As an out of state customer visiting this establishment for the very first time I was disappointed in the professionalism of the manager Hope in the way she treated/talked to her employees. I felt extremely heartbroken for the young girl at the register. its seems that all the employees are unhappy working under Hope. I 've visited BurgerFi in Lake Mary many times, and I'm always super thrilled to see that they have several tasty options for vegans to choose from, including their delicious Beyond burger and Vegefi burger. You can also swap out the bun for a salad for a small extra charge. This makes my meal even healthier and more satisfying! In addition to their great vegan options, I have to give a special shoutout to their fries. They are usually cooked to perfection and have just the right amount of crispiness! The staff was very unfriendly, made no effort to communicate in anyway but only relied on the self service screen to do all the work, seemed more like we were an inconvenience. We had to go to the counter several times for missing items. The dinning area was very messy for only having a couple tables filled. Everything was a great temperature, cooked properly, and delicious. The handmade onion rings are always flavorful and cooked to perfection. I feel a little bit conflicted about giving this place a 5 star rating, but not enough to four star them and that's only because they serve the beyond burger and have a clearly labeled vegan option on the menu. The vegan bun was really decent, they packed plenty of pickles on (I ordered extra) and the pickle / lettuce were fresh, however the burger itself was cooked to almost leather shoe consistency. I'm not a complainer or someone who likes to waste food so I didn't send it back, but it was literally tough to get through. I'm not sure if it sat in a warmer after cooking it too long or if it was leftover and then microwaved or maybe it was just forgotten on the grill for a few rotations. I will say, I am not a fan of their signature sauce that comes with it (ask for it on the side if you've never tried it)... it tastes like Thousand Island dressing to me. I've tried their veggie burger which was good but it will leave you hungry. I wish it was a double patty or thicker. Staff is always friendly here. My first experience at Burger-Fi was a great one! Nancy and I were running errands and decided to stop in for a late lunch. Since we are both new to Burger-Fi, we settled on the BFi Burger ($7.69). We added fried egg and cheese on our burgers for an additional $1.00 each. I upgraded my meal to include beer instead of a soft drink and substituted onion rings versus fries for $7.99 more. What I quickly learned was that by upgrading to the draft beer option, I received a buy-one-get-one draft beer. The cashier, Augustina, stated this is store policy all day. As far as I can tell, this deal is not indicated on the menu, but I'm not complaining. I went with a Blue Point for my first draft beer and an Ancient City Orange for the second. It took about 10-minutes for our burgers to arrive. All of our food was freshly prepared and delicious. I was impressed that they were double patty burgers. The onion rings were great as well, it's unfortunate that they only give you 5-rings per order; they are so crispy and fresh! We noticed customers who ordered fries got a lot more for their money. The beers were cold and tasty too. I highly recommend verifying the two-for-one deal before ordering; this is a great value - make the burger a meal for $7.99 more with fries or onion rings and two draft beers. Came here after 6 months, in the past the patty's were large and on the BAD burger the hash brown was large and took up the whole bottom of the bottom bun. We ate at the Lake Mary BurgerFi today. We have been eating at that store for a number of years when we are in the area a few times a year. The crew was very friendly and courteous. I purchase a single cheeseburger and it was difficult to see and taste the meat. Much more bun than burger. The bun was soft and warm I will have to do double burgers I guess. The fries we love were not hot and didn't taste as good as we have had before. The onion rings were delicious and hot. This restaurant is not clean, you notice that with the door you open to go in then with the dirty tables that are not readily cleaned after they are used. I don't think we will go back to that BurgerFi again. We might see how another store is run. The price was $38.00 for two burgers and 1 shareable fries! That may stop us, we can eat at a nicer restaurant for that price. read more
