Another great weekend during our Coronavirus lock down! We were actually craving for a gourmet burger and the closest burger joint from home was this location. So, we ordered online for pick up! The website and ordering system is very user friendly and so ordering was simple. I'm familiar with the menu and so we each ordered 3 CEO burgers and a child burger for my kid. My order was completed before I arrived there and waiting for me. Upon arrival, the front doors were open, I was immediately greeted, and my order was handed to me. Pickup literally took less than 1 minute and I was out of there without having any concern of breaking social distancing rules. As for my order, beef patties were good and seasoned. In my opinion, a well cooked wagyu burger lost some of it's gourmet quality. If cooked at least medium well, then it would of been a better burger but I didn't see an option online for cooking preference. The aioli sauce is amazing by itself and the burger-fi sauce was okay. It just reminded me of thousand island dressing but if you mix both aioli sauce and BF sauce they taste amazing together! Ordering online was amazing but as far as freshness goes, I prefer to eat in the restaurant rather than delivery or pick up! I enjoyed the food! I got the bacon cheeseburger, my honey got the CEO burger, and we split a large order of onion rings. The coffee mocha custard shake is freaking delicious. Hannah and Jaden were both very friendly and helpful. As good as they look, the o-rings are on the plain side. Everything else was great. I'd come back just for the shake. read more

Tasty burgers and fantastic fries. Friendly staff that corrected a couple of mistakes right away. The floor was so greasy across the entire restaurant that I slid every step. Worse, we ordered a "concrete" which was not at all a concrete, but a layered sundae, and it arrived a few minutes before the rest of our order, meaning it had to be eaten first if you didn't want it to melt. It was a hot day, so we ate inside, but the A/C wasn't much better than eating outside. read more

All were no better than you would expect from a high school cafeteria, The burger was very thin and tasteless. The chicken was mediocre at best. Both were set on beds of cheap and tasteless but at least fresh iceberg lettuce. It had about 4 small, pale, tasteless tomato slices and pickles that were at least good. The large diet coke was smaller than McDonald's medium size, and tasted as if they had run out of syrup. The onion rings, of which there were about 5, were each a good size. We should have left when we got to the place... the smell, greasy floors, no person available to take the order. The whole place experience was very disappointing, they took a long period of time to bring 4 burgers and the place had 2 more customers apart from us, the refreshments area was sticky, dirty and messy. Our food was not hot when it came out, the fries we had to request for them to do it again because it was saggy and cold, we had to take the bacon out of the burger because it was hard, cold and old. The bathrooms were nasty...Now we know why the place was empty... whoever is managing the place is doing a very poor job, this is not McDonald price, all the signs in the place talk about experiencing a gourmet burger, definitely not this location. read more

I guess ALL LOCATIONS are not created equal. Burger Fi is one of my favorite places (Winter Park/ UCF) and I expected this location would be the same. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I noticed the menu boards were a bit different. They seem to be pushing the burgers created the way they pick. You can absolutely add or subtract but personally I prefer to build my burger the way I like. There was a small line but we were taken care of quickly. We had 2 orders and had to have items removed and added to get what we wanted. The simple most basic was "a burger with meat and cheese only please!" The other was with grilled onions and mustard only. We got a cry and fry (3 onion rings and some fries) and 2 drinks. Ok so I can't remember 2 burgers, 2 drinks and sharing fries costing $28.00 at the other locations. No matter they are good so it's a treat! The other locations you place your buzzer on a circle on the table and they BRING your food out to you. This location you have to go up and get your food. Ok not a big deal...but again, I was surprised that this location was so different. Once the burgers arrived they were wrong. Things were added (or rather not removed as requested) Not a huge deal to take a fry and scrape off raw onions and mayo but at the price...it was a disappointment. The onion rings were fine but the fries were not fresh and not exactly hot. They were warm though. Overall a disappointing meal. I REALLY REALLY like Burger Fi and it is hands down my FAVORITE place to grab a burger. Unfortunately, I will not be back to this location. read more

I haven't visit this location in a while. I was motivated to go because of a coupon. Great marketing strategy! The staff behind the counter was incredibly polite. They had some issue with the taplines, so we opted for a bottled beer instead. I like that they have a decent selection of beers and wines. Anyways, I ordered the veggie burger with a side of fries. I like this burger so much. It is not mushy like other vegetarian burgers tend to be. The BurgerFi sauce is addicting, and the fries are really crispy. Yes, they are pricey, but I think this place is worth it. Plus, they are super eco-friendly. Everything is made out of recycle material. Overall, 4 stars. read more

The saga of "burger and me" continues with this latest adventure. Where we left off was our hero (moi) on a quixotic search for the 'perfect' burger, or at least just for a burger where they put a bit of seasoning in to liven it up, instead of just relying on sauces and condiments to give it life. While I wouldn't characterize myself as a burger aficionado - I generally find the grease quotient tilting things negatively in the "taste-caloric" proposition - all the same, I wouldn't mind coming upon the kind of burger that made Jules say "Mmm-mmm This IS a tasty burger" (but without any ensuing mayhem). I remember several people just RAVING about Burger Fi; so, when I got a coupon that looked pretty attractive ($5 off $10), I decided to give it a try. I wished the rep would have explained things a little more (the menu was hard to see high up on the wall): you know, in terms of what my choices are even within a certain burger choice, like different bun, onions... So what I got was not quite what I could have had. I ordered two of their regular burgers (which is a double), with the idea that I'd eat one and squirrel the other one for the morrow. I'd ordered it to go, but it didn't come out that way. When I finally got home, burger was still warm. The meat was, alas, not seasoned; it did have a little more of the 'fire-grilled" flavor than other burgers I've had in the past year, but it fell short of the "Less burger joint - More gourmet restaurant" slogan they tout. For one thing, the meat was not totally devoid of gristle - chopped fine, but there were a few pieces here and there. Even with the $5 off, it came out to $10 for two burgers - not a bargain, but not expensive either. I think the one-patty version would have done me just fine. read more

Great Burgers, Avoid the Tenders Burgers and chicken sandwiches are very good, as always, but tenders have really gone downhill. They used to have good sized tenders for $6, when I asked the managers at pickup why they were so small the manager said, " they come off the truck that way." Ordered Burger Phi through Uber Eats and got delivered an embarrassing dried out piece of lifeless horse. My theory is the guy on the grill put up the burger then quit. The manager then arrived 20 minutes later and decided that the burger was still sale worthy. I'm out $30 and there is nothing I can do about it because I made the mistake of Uber Eats. Ultimately this was Burger Fi's fault. When you murder a burger to this extent throw it in garbage even though you know you won't be facing the customer. Burger Fi is dead to me. read more

I ordered parm fries 3 burgers and churros and when I finally got home and was so excited to eat I found that the fries were stale and brown and the churros were so hard i ended up throwing it all away. 50 dollars down the drain! I'm a huge fan of BurgerFi! I love that they have a lettuce wrap option and I enjoy their burgers. This was my first visit to the Lake Mary location and, even though my order got lost, I was super impressed with how their shift manager, Jade, handled it. It was a Friday night and they were slammed. I did a mobile order and it was not ready at the estimated time so I gave my name and took a seat. You could tell the team was killing themselves trying to keep up. After waiting 25-30 mins, I checked in again. The girl went to check on my ticket and I could tell it had gotten buried. She checked with the kitchen and no one had my order. So it had not even been worked on. The most frustrating part of the experience was the lack of communication. After asking the ladies who were taking the orders instead, I was told they were working on it and it would be right out. I knew it had gotten lost my even though they never said it. After about a total hour of waiting, a young woman walked out with my order and introduced herself as Jade, the shift manager. She explained that they had gotten very busy and my order had gotten lost, acknowledged that it was unacceptable, and apologized profusely for the error. She then said she would be giving me a complete refund and then handed me my food. I was shocked speechless by how genuine and professional she was at such a young age. All I could say was thank you before I left. I had to call on my way home to get her name so I could leave this review. It's been a rough year and we could all stand to use a little more kindness and patience. I'm grateful to Jade for taking the time to apologize to me for the wait and huge thanks to the BurgerFi staff for their hard work, as always! read more

Treated with Discrimination by manager , I WILL MAKE SURE I TELL ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO NEVER EAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT My fiance and I ate dinner there Sunday evening. When my fiance ordered his burger he ordered it with chili and he ordered a Veggie burger for me because I do not eat meat. My fiance paid and we sat down and waited. The manager Tory brought us our order personally and explained to my fiance that the chili was not ready yet and asked if he would accept the chili on the side and my fiance agreed. My fiance handed me my veggie burger and there was a beef patty on top of my veggie patty. At first I thought it must have been a mistake, so my fiance removed the beef patty from my veggie burger. After waiting 15 minutes my fiance went back to the cashier to have her ask if the chili was ready, the cashier was ignored by the manager Tory and the rest of the staff. After waiting 45 mins my fiance ate his burger without the chili he paid for. He then asked to speak to Tory the manager and explained everything wrong with our order. The manager Tory responded by stating because you both ate the food I can't help you. I don't know why we were treated with such disrespect from this manager Tory , who personally brought us our food. My fiance and I have never been to Burger fi before. I found this completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The manager did not apologize for the mistakes or even explain why our orders were wrong, my fiancé never received the chili for his burger and he paid extra for it. We came at a time it wasn't busy yet. My fiance and I will never eat at that location again because of the way we were treated. If this has happened to us it will continue to happen to other customers, racial discrimination should never be tolerated in any business. read more

My fiancé and I came to the lake Mary, FL location for dinner this evening and had a horrible experience. she had a veggie burger and when we got the burger it had a beef patty on it as well which isn't stated on the menu and doesn't make sense if you are looking for a vegetarian option. I ordered a chili cheese burger and when they brought it out it had no chili and they said it would be brought out to me, I ordered at 5:10pm and at 5:53 as of writing this review it still hasn't made its way to the table. Two men were able to walk in without masks, even though it's posted on every entrance & at the counter that masks are REQUIRED upon entrance and to take orders. And they were STILL served. They were told they were gonna get taken care of outside but then they were sat and helped at the table. I read a lot of the reviews before I came here, it's seems most of the complaints revolve around pricing. To me it's about value added service and quality, knowing what I'm paying for is important to me if this isn't a concern for you I'm sure you can save a few dollars at any of the brand fast food joints. I think the pricing is reasonable if you consider what you're being served. There are very few burger joints that would ever consider using these type of prime ingredients or even communicate what their ingredients are. I don't care about saving a few bucks for food that is processed and not identifiably. This being my first visit to any Burger Fi I really didn't know what to expect besides a great burger. The girl who took my order walked me through the process which was pretty simple I love the build it my way option and the awesome choices available. Don't get me wrong it wasn't an easy decision there are so many combinations it took me a few minutes but I guess this will eliminate any boring burgers in the future. I also ordered the fries with salt and vinegar OMG hand cut fries, served hot and the perfect amount of salt and vinegar and enough to serve several people easily. I also ordered a Texas Style Chili Cheese Dog with Hot Sauce to split just to sample so my choices will be easier my next visit because I'm definitely come back here. Got the fries and onion rings mix and I would have to say that the onion rings were the winner here. They're big and tasty and fresh. Fries werent anything special. For one person, burger, side, drink and frozen custard, you're spending almost $20ish dollars. Almost enough for a real restaurant. Not to say this isnt a real restaurant.
