This was my first time at a spa and having BW will set the standard for all my other spa experiences to come. We came to celebrate a friend that's getting married next week. BW was the perfect place to take her to get pampered. We all got there a hour early to enjoy their facilities including a jacuzzi, steam, heat, and mist room. They also had a quiet room where you can relax in your individual recliner and put cucumber slices on your eyes while you wait for your treatment. If not, you can read magazines in the waiting room while munching on fresh fruit and melon/lemon/rosemary infused water or hot organic orange/lemon peel tea. All four of us had the "nourishing" facial. Ruby helped me out with my facial and she's super nice and sweet. She was very knowledgeable about products and what you need to keep your skin healthy and clean. She first started by dipping my hands in wax. That was pretty interesting and while she was working on my face, starting with exfoliating, then cleansing, and toning. And she followed that with the best massages! She did this pressure/scalp massage and also works on your shoulders, arms, lower legs, and feet. Near the end she puts a mask on your face and next thing you know.. 80 mins already passed! Ahh man, it was so relaxing I didn't think that much time elapsed that quickly, sadness. I headed back to the locker room, where I showered up and got dressed. They had everything that you need there: shampoo, body scrub, lotion, combs, blow dryers, all the hair products you can think of from gel to a leave in balm for shine. In the end, Ruby left some instructions for me to help take care of my skin at home, what kind of products to invest in and even had the products of the BW label set aside for me if I wanted to purchase them there. The only bummer is the rates that they charge, I'm broke after this but what a great experience. read more

3.5 Girls day at the spa! I loved the experience w/my 'batches' but the facility, not so much. I guess I expected a lot more from a Burke Williams spa. There's one jacuzzi, steam room, dry sauna room, and a two bath tubs for the 'soaks' or 'baths'. The jacuzzi area is supposed to be quiet, but there were a lot of different parties of women that were chit-chatting away which was fine since we were doing the same. This area is clothing optional, but all the women there were wearing swimwear. There are a plethora of showers and towels. Shampoo, soap, razors, blow dryers, rubber bands, and anything else you could need is all provided. Services: Don't be late! They take away time from your treatment if you are. Facial: I got the 50-min spa style facial. I'd say it was pretty average. Nothing spectacular, but everything I expected. Baths/Massage: My friends all loved their massages but say to skip the bath. Basically you just lay in one of the jacuzzi baths and they bring you sliced fruit. They don't push their products too much, although I needed a new face wash so I purchased one there for $39.99. It smells nice, and it's huge. It'll last me forever. I just can't say whether or not I'd go back. It's a toss-up! read more

I came here on a weekday w/ my bf for 8pm massages. There are disadvantages to having a later appointment since you feel a bit rushed after your massage to get out since they close at 9pm, That being said, the workers were very accommodating, and I didn't feel too rushed. Both my bf and I enjoyed our massages. Both therapists were great. My only complaint about this location was the facilities. The facilities seem a bit outdated. The Santa Monica has a much more modern look and feel. read more

Super disappointed with this location and would not recommend coming here. I have the monthly BW membership. I was in DTLA for brunch and decided on a whim to check out the Pasadena location. I usually get massages but with this dry weather I decided to try out the facial. Parking- I called in for my facial reservation and at that time was suggested to park in the lot next to the spa. BW offers no validation, the lot is $7 all day. I arrived to the lot and it was $10! I don't know the area well and didn't want to spend more time driving around and just dealt with it. My appt was at 4pm on a Saturday. If you drive down a few blocks there is a lot that is free for the first 90 minutes then $5 (saw this when I left). It seemed like the lot next to BW changed their prices frequently throughout the day. $10 at 3:30 then it was $8 when I left at 5:30. Check in was easy. Overall staff was friendly. Changing area ok, but overall layout felt too open. I was assigned locker #1 and I was pretty much getting dressed in the hallway path across from showers and the jacuzzi, No spa water at this location :( I only saw fruit in the change room near the bathrooms. Furniture and fixtures all looked old. This place needs an update. I just didn't get the BW spa experience here. I got a spa facial and it was ok. The room was too cold and I had goose bumps towards the end. What really bothered me was that we started 5+ minutes late because they had to switch rooms but she still ended my appt right at 4:50. Afterwards I went to the jacuzzi for 10 minutes, rinsed off, and then left. Usually I'll hangout longer to relax, but this place did not have that inviting vibe to stay. I usually go to Torrance which has free parking, spa water, and all the apples, bananas, and cucumbers you want. Orange and Mission Viejo are good too. read more

I've had this gift certificate to Burke Williams for a few years but couldn't find anyone to go with me. I finally decided to try it out myself. I knew that it is located in the alley and expected it to be not as fancy. I was wrong. It was a whole different world when you get inside the door. The receptionist showed me around the facility and then I was left to get ready for the treatment. I got the Burke William massage. I like the warm pads on the back and legs during the massage. I don't care too much about the exfoliation. The massage therapist put on these exfoliation gloves and rub my body with them. I probably won't try that again because I prefer saving the time for the actual massage instead. I'd probably get 80 minutes instead of 50 minutes. The spa, sauna and steam room were awesome. I spent an hour there after the massage. There were hair dryers, brushes and toiletries provided. The ladies come by and hand us wet wash clothes to cool us down and refreshing lemonades. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely go back for a special treat once in a while. read more

I like the amenities here. I feel they are a bit overpriced for a massage but hey, it's Burke Williams so the jacuzzi spa, sauna and cold room make up for it...almost. Recently the instituted some rather draconian measures that you cannot use the spa and other amenities unless you book a full massage. I wanted to book a facial (which is not inexpensive) and their website advised one cannot use the rest of the amenities with the facial I wanted. Really short sighted of Burke Williams. I find my $$ goes farther at Coldwater Creek Spa and others than here. I only go very rarely with a girlfriend who likes the place, otherwise I'd probably give it a miss. My first time here last Saturday for a massage and it was meh. Do not plan on returning. I was brought into a room that read "Chiropractor Room". When I go in, it was like an office, complete with a computer desk, a computer and completely lit up in there. They put a partition there, I guess that was their failed attempt to hide all of that, but the partition was completey see through and the freakin light was on in there. Why? Just, why? Not a relaxing setting whatsoever. There was a loud humming sound the entire time I was in there and I ask my therapist what that sound was as she began on my massage and she was like, "it's the air conditioner". I'm like... umm, Ok. I kid you not, it sounded like a vaccuum was running the entire time. It was irritating and loud as heck. I could not relax and enjoy, or at least what I thought I was about to enjoy, at all. As for the massage itself, after processing that this is going to happen in this loud, lit up office type non-relaxing environment, I was hopeful that maybe the massage would make up for it. NOPE, WRONG. This girl had the weakest touch ever. She would apply cold lotion to my skin and it was already cold in the damn room. I was like, what is happening right now. I told her I wanted my massage on the stronger side before we even began, she's like barely putting pressure as if she was scared the entire time. I even asked for her to go stronger right as she began this no pressure technique of massage and shes like, "ok". And nothing changed. Ugggghhh. So sad. I wanted to like this place. I really did. The eucalyptus steam room and cold towels were nice though. But I could easily save my $200 (I paid for my mom's massage as well, on a discounted price) and drop some essential oils in the hot shower and throw a towel over a bowl of ice and be good with that. I was really hoping I would like this place but ended up highly disappointed. Totally felt like I didn't get what I paid for. Way too overrated and overpriced. Thumbs down. Oh, and to add to the disappointment, I came with a party of four, we all had confirmed appointments at 3pm, my friend showed her the confirmation email and everything. When we check in, my friends mom's appointment was at 4pm, with the rest of us at 3.... The receptionist is like," no, we have you down for 4" she leaves "to see what she can do" comes back shortly and says, "ohh your therapist called in sick" ummm. Is it the best massage in town, No.. But when you realy want to chill and have an afternoon to completely get away and not drive 2 hours BW is good. Let yourself be pampered with a day of decadence... I absolutely adore this spa. It's not for the every week or even every month splurge due to it's prices but if you really want a treat or give as a gift to someone, this is the perfect place to go. I've been coming here for the past 5-6 years until I moved to Texas. The first treatment I ever had was Hunter's Retreat. Oh my freaking god! I don't think I've ever experienced anything so decadent and it was worth every penny. They take you to their "wet room" and you lay on a massage-like bed under three shower heads. As warm water cascades over your back and neck they pour warm water over you as well. It's all about sensations. Then they scrub you down and pour water over you again. Then they wash you and massage you. Please don't end! Now I understand why royalty loved to be bathed! I usually get their full back Relaxation massage (yes I'm a wimp!) but my new fav has been a full spa facial which includes hand parafin wax and a foot, upper chest and back massage. Then I'll finish my treatment with a spa bath. My girlfriend and I went and we each had both treatments. We get in the spa bath and felt like queens! They fill the jacuzzi bath with bubbles and your choice of aromatic oils, etc. I love their seaweed combined with a citrus and eucalyptis oil. As you're soaking your worries away (in case they werent melted away during your facial), they bring you cut bananas and apples, cool towels, cucumber water and cucumbers for your eyes. My favorite time to come is for Mother's Day. It was my gift to my mom and they close off the men's section for the day. They also turned one of the quiet rooms into a free chocolate fondue bar! Yum yum yum! My mom had never had a facial before and absolutely loved it. You have to experience this place at least once, you'll be transported. read more

My friends and I have loved coming to Burke Williams for massages and relaxation. My husband and I have also come together. I've never had a complaint with the customer service, the masseuse, or facilities. However, I had bought my husband a gift certificate last Christmas. They had a special (which I forget how much it was worth but it included a 50min massage, a facial and then a 3-day spa pass). Unfortunately, he didn't book a massage until last week. And they informed him that the prices had increased and that he had to pay whatever differences. First off, that sounds unfair. But he complies. So he goes for his massage and like any other person, during the massage he falls asleep. He wakes up and notices that the masseuse is barely massaging him and looking at something that appears to be her cellphone. When she notices that he is awake, the masseuse places the device into the cabinet. He doesn't say anything (when he told me about his, I got upset at him for not complaining or confronting the masseuse). I couldn't believe it when he told me this. I tried to contact BW regarding policies about workers using their cellphones but haven't gotten a response. This is totally unacceptable!! Update: after emailing the company, they contacted my husband and apologized. They said they have a strict cellphone policy for employees and gave him credit. read more

I rarely make time for myself- with two little ones, that's nearly impossible. I was so excited to finally get away for a relaxation massage today! It's so hard for me to relax, since my brain is constantly on ten things at once. So.... I enter my massage room- actually not a massage room at all, but a chiropractor's office. See, the chiropractor is there on weekdays, so when they over book on weekends, schmucks like me get the crappy end of the spa stick. Being right next to the stairs, all I heard the ENTIRE time was the loud thumping of feet going up and down the darn stairs! Also, I kept hearing this odd sound, like a toilet being flushed? Masseuse said she thought it was the AC.... man was that the worst experience I've had at a spa! Nothing relaxing about it. I will not be returning! Please be sure to specify that you do not want to be in the chiro's office!!! I let the from desk know that it was a poor choice to book a relaxation massage in that noisy room, they offered me a 20% discount which I declined, because it's not about the money. I really hate not loving a spa that is locally accessible to me. But Burke Williams is often way overpriced for the quality of some of its services. I did meet my now regular masseuse here (no longer an employee here) but their facials were always just ok. When I called in to make a appointment it wasn't smooth process while making the appointment with their customer service was extremely slow, slowly taking my information and told me that the slots got booked which I got frustrated because I contacted them for certain hour and while it was open when I called and I decided to go Thur with the time they provide available so taking more Details information as how and how long I would like to message up the appointment they were taking information for me they told me Sorry the slots got taken while talking with Them ( excuse me ) while I thought was a in the process inn booking how is that possible and why didn't you save and book it and then ask me details information. I got even for upset because if somebody is making appointment for example for 3 o'clock do you want that appointment so how did they not reserve it while they were asking my infro and extra questions of how I would like my treatments done. I finally spoke to somebody else and got my appointments which I thought would've been much more easier but it wasn't when arriving we claimed that we had two gift cards am I did take prices over the phone but once we got there they didn't let us pay for it in the beginning and we went on with our services a good massage I did not like I precisely asked for a deep tissue and I did not receive that and my facial was horrible because when I came back and looked into the mirror I still saw white heads and blackheads that wasn't taken out facility I read was clean that's why am giving it to stars. Also I didn't like how they were trying to sell me products when I did come to pay out was when I got upset as they didn't ever tell me there's a bear wager which is left behind for applies and they asked me if I wanted to give a gratuity I feel like their staff does not explain everything in detail and they gave me my invoice after the fact that I gave them my card which I would believe that they should give you an invoice that you could look through the charges before paying I will not be going back to the same place ever again. read more

I have been coming here for a few years as a member. The massages and facials are overall great but the ambience in the spa lacks a lot. Today a group of women decided it was cocktail hour at the jacuzzi (albeit with lemonade). My presence elicited a few sounds of "shhh" but to no avail. This is supposed to be a peaceful experience but the Burke Williams staff do nothing to calm down the noisy crowd. Several groups of women talked loudly and laughed loudly as staff members walked by. This has become the trend overall, I've noticed. The best time to come here is early week due to the amount of people checked in. Lines can be long to check in or check out. Make sure you allow time for that. It's Old Town Pasadena, so don't expect any parking. You will pay for that! Rethinking my membership. read more

i've been a huge bw fan from day one. i call burke williams the mcdonald's of luxury spas because they have mulitple branches throughout california. there is amadeus spa which also has multiple branches but for the prices you pay for services, you don't get the amentities bw has. call me picky but i like a spa to have an area where i can relax rather than rushed out after my appointment. pasadena bw is pretty small compared to the orange bw but it's cozy and i don't notice overcrowding. it boasts the same amenities as the rest of the bw's: jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, and misting room, along with cucumber water and assorted fruit. services here are first class. the staff never makes me feel rushed and are very courteous. if i'm am fan, i'm usually an extremely loyal fan. i always come here for facials and massages, and leave feeling like a superstar. if i'm going to spend money on a spa, i might as well spend it towards somewhere which will fit my needs: high skilled technicans, great treatment, awesome amenities, and reasonable prices. parking can be tricky. i usually park it at the old school house lot and pay a few bux for parking so i can avoid worrying about getting a parking ticket. :P read more

This is my 2nd visit here. It's located in Mills Alley in Old Town Pasadena. From the outside, it doesn't look that big, but when you walk through to waiting area, you will notice how big it is. The waiting area has lemonade and coffee for you. There's plenty of seating available. There's also a men & women quiet room with about 5 or 6 cubicles for you to take a nap before or after your massage. I requested for a deep tissue and asked that my therapist (Jessica) just focus on my back, neck & shoulders. She obliged with no hesitation. I have to say that this has got to be the best massage I've had. She was able to use pressure with long slow strokes. She got out some of my knots just like I had asked. Afterwards I felt so much better than when I walked in. I like this facility and it's always clean with a good smell to it. There's constantly someone walking around to help you or tidy up the place. If I was ever in Old Town again, I will definitely come here. I'd probably go to the one in Sherman Oaks since it's closer to me. read more

Why is this so much nicer than the other BWs? Much prettier and cleaner (see my review of BW Sunset traumatizing me forever). Still and all, you don't go to BW for a great massage. For a great massage, you find someone whose style works for YOU and have them come to your house- my lady costs $110 for an hour and a half and beats the pants off any BW massage pro (and she gets all the cash- yay small business). You go to BW for a chicks' spa day or a series of treatments, and it's just fine. I did have one HORRIBLE massage, a wimpy nonentity masquerading as a deep tissue, and if I'd just gotten up off the table (as a friend of mine did here) I am sure I'd've gotten a free massage; as it was I was el wimpo, hoped it would get better, complained after, and got half a free massage. Spas in the carribbean can never get you to rate good with spas in Old Town- Even the phone call to the salon was corrupt. A chipper MALE answered the phone after a ten minute hold..ugh, and asked me if I was a model? OK? No, I'm not a model...and then he scheduled me for my treatments with a MALE??? So I get there and front desk is stressed and had me ready to go and the receptionist asked if I made the appt with a male therapist? Hell NO! Why would I want a MALE MESUSE? The milk bath was excellent and the detoxifying wrap felt lovely but I have had better 90 min massages.... read more

First things first: the entrance to this place has a dumpster, albeit hidden, right across from it!! I walk past Burke a lot and it often stinks...not a good way to start your time of relaxation. I hope once the building across from it is complete, they can amend that situation. I've been here many times before to purchase gift cards for my mom and aunts. It was only this year that I got to actually go inside to experience it courtesy of my aunt giving my cousin and I whatever was left on some gift cards she received from work. Haha! In all honesty, it was my first time at a day spa period but I have had good massages before at non-day spas. I liked the facilities here. It was clean and organized, and much bigger than it appears from the outside (had no idea it was 2-3 stories in all!). The massage I got was mediocre...maybe it would've been more helpful to know of one who was "good." I just had the most delightful experience i have ever had at a Burke Williams. Everyone was so wonderful and helpful. I had a prenatal massage and it was amazing. I had Adelle and she worked wonders on my back. I have had a pinched nerve in my shoulder blade for 2 weeks and she did magic on that thing. After my massage they offered me a complimentary bath, because being pregnant you can't use the facilities. Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room. Those are all a no no while pregnant. So they drew me a bath and it was heaven. They even brought me a snack. A banana drizzled in chocolate and an apple drizzled in caramel. Amazing!! I love, love, love this place. Ah, just thinking about it sends me to a state of bliss. Here's my breakdown: - Price: So, it's expensive. Yes, you can find cheaper places, but I think for an occasional treat it's ok to splurge. - Parking: Not a huge problem, even though it's Old Town. - Environment: Perfect. The ambiance is exactly what you'd expect from a high-end spa. - Treatments: Fantastic. I've had a few, including the Thermal Seaweed Wrap, Savannah's Surrender, and the Herbal Relief Bath, and all have been FANTASTIC. - Massages: Before you get a massage here, check your insurance benefits. My insurer discounts for massage therapy, so you can get a a 60-minute massage AT HOME for $40, plus tip $50. And, the massage therapist was a Burke Williams employee. B.W. charges between $99 (members) and $125 (non-members) without tip for a 50 minute massage. You don't get the spa atmosphere, but you can get three massages for the price of one. So, spend your money on true treatments and get the massage at home if you can. I cannot wait to go back! read more

I'd say about 9 out of 10 times, I leave this place feeling refreshed (there's usually that one masseuse that isn't as "good"). The staff are very nice and friendly. Ambience is great. I like the availability of all the get-ready products: blow dryers, hair products, lotions, deodarant, etc... everything you need! I normally get a swedish massage, spa-style or enzyme facial. I highly recommend the enzyme facial! During the 80 minute session, about 20-25 of it consists of a shoulder/neck/head massage, which I find wonderful! They use a spicy masque, which if you can handle the tingling, has a great end result. My face is always sooo clean afterwards, love it! Make sure Burke has your email so you get notices on their occasional deals, like the $89 - 50 minute swedish massage or spa-style facial. I always take advantage of offers like these! read more

The place is kind of hard to find. You won't see it driving down the street. When my sister and I went, we both had to say we could not relax. The therapist I got was not organized with the way she massages. She was all over the place and hitting my head and not gentle or soft with walking around. Like she was rushing and I had an 80 minute massage. The place is a little aged. The staff were great as to refilling everything and asking how you're doing. The snacks could be better. Even some infused water would be great. I did like what they had available to use in the bathroom. That's why I gave it 2 stars. For a 4 star spa, I would not return. read more

This company is a huge disappointment! My wife and I each had a service a week ago and it was terrific. I joined on the spot. My wife booked another appointment a week later. They called to change the time the day of and then when she got there they took her payment sent her to the locker room then told her they couldn't do the treatment and basically said sorry we can't accommodate you. Asked her to drive to the Hollywood location from Pasadena on a Friday night. We canceled memberships on the spot. Rebecca at the location didn't know what to do. Carl the manager was no where to be found. I called cooperate office. Talked to several people, Chase, Jamhal, etc who said Taylor is in charge, but he can't be reached by phone only email. They would leave him a message. Next day Carl from Pasadena location left me a message to resolve the issue. Called back within a half hour and just got a generic voice mail greeting not even identified as Burke Williams. Called main 800 number they sent me to same VM. Called back again said they would find Carl and left me on hold for over 15 mins. Someone from customer service called back again said they couldn't reach the Pasadena store maybe they were busy there? Diandra (sp) told me I shouldn't be mad at her and didn't like that I was upset that she couldn't help me. She told me Taylor had emailed me from corporate to document the issue but no email ever arrived. This is supposedly a family owned business. It is,without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I have had and the lack of management ability at the local and corporate level is simply beyond belief. read more

This past week, I went to Burke Williams with a few friends of mine for a relaxing spa facial. The service was good but the spa seemed pretty small. I felt a bit claustrophobic in there. The steam room and the hot tub was okay, but it could have been hotter. I prefer the Korean spa's almost burning sensation rather than the mediocre luke-warm water at Burke Williams. Will I go there again? Hmmm...probably not. If I were to go to Burke Williams, I think I might drive down to Orange County on a weekend and go to the spa at the Block...its MUCH more spacious there and yeah, I don't like the pasadena location. read more

Old AF. No. Not worth it. I don't mind splurging at spas but Burke Williams Pasadena really ticked me off. I took my mom here yesterday for Mother's Day and was stunned at how jacked up the facility was. This place needs a major renovation ASAP! The floor plan, amenities, snacks, everything sucked compared to any other spa I've been to. The place has nasty moldy shower curtains, low ceilings, small jacuzzi and sauna, and was so outdated. Oh and they had over booked the spa with so many ppl, we had to wait in line to use the showers, wait in line to use the tiny sauna, and there were 15 heads in a small ass jacuzzi. Not exactly the relaxing spa day I had planned for my mom. The massage was decent, nothing spectacular but I can pay $40 and get the best massage in Chinatown. I love relaxing here; the staff is very friendly, everything is clean, the place usually quiet, and the service staff are amazing! Tecumseh does a wonderful, perfect pedicure, Cheyenne the best facials, and everyone else I've ever used has been top rate. The staff are helpful when I need bigger slippers for my large feet, or want a particular locker, etc. My favorite places for spas and treatment! read more

I've only been to the Pasadena location once, and the experience was just ok. It's a much smaller facility than Santa Monica. Staff was very friendly, but it was mid-week so I don't know if that's true of weekends. I was here for a Bikini Wax and it was the worst bikini wax I've ever had, she hardly got everything and would not do a Brazilian. I will keep going to my regular place, Skin Rituals, in South Pasadena for my waxing where they always do a fantastic job. One positive thing I have to add- they have an amazing mist sauna that is just warm mist. I have never been to another sauna with that feature- it's fantastic. If someone else knows of another spa that has a mist room, let me know! read more

I finally used my Gift Card, given to my by my wife, to get a swedish massage. My masseuse was Lillia. She asked some questions about my lifestyle/excercise habits, neck, back, etc and then performed magic with her hands. This was the best massage I've had. So relaxing and soothing that I wanted to sleep afterwards. I stayed at the facility after the massage and used the sauna, steam room before taking a shower and hitting the road. I'm struggling between a 2 and a 3, but went with the 3 because its was overall OK, just not worth the price. My hubby and I went 2 weeks ago for our wedding anniversary and I was left feeling kind of disappointed. I'm SOOOO glad I didn't pay full price (we used a monthly special coupon thing). The sauna is tiny for such a big locker room with 100ish lockers. The steam was pretty smelly as well. The Sauna and Jacuzzi were both not hot enough for me and I usually don't like them super hot, but it was so cool I needed much longer in there which I didn't plan for. My masseuse was late getting me so I was rushed out after and her professionalism was lacking. The little extras like the ice towels for after the heat and frozen bananas with chocolate were nice. Overall the massage was decent (I got the Burke Williams experience) so that is why I ultimately gave it a 3 instead of a 2. Maybe the monthly club price is more worth it, but for a 1 time shot, definitely not. I hear the WeHo one is better so may try that one next time. read more

I am very hesitant to write this review because I want it all to myself!!! But, alas, i will write it. I came here on my birthday and it was the very best birthday gift I could have given myself. I booked a relaxation massage. I walked into a beautiful reception area that smelled beautifully and was greeted by friendly people. I was shown the facilities and was quite pleased with what I saw. My massage was wonderful and the use of the spa facilities were wonderful. I especially enjoyed the quiet room where I sat about 45 minutes after my relaxing massage. Everything is very clean and the women there are constantly cleaning everything. As mentioned in other reviews, you have use of many hair products and creams. The only negative was women speaking loudly in the area. Not the spa's fault, but I do wish someone would have told these 2 women to please speak softer. It isn't fair to ruin someone else's experience. And speaking of speaking... I wish that my masseuse would not have talked all thru the massage because I felt obliged to answer her questions and have conversations with her. At other spas they ask if yo want to speak or want to be quiet, hopefully they will offer this option here. I'm considering membership to pamper myself once a month. This spa is First class! Give it a try. It is the best. I loved it. read more
