When I realized I was near one while I was out and about in Queen Creek, I couldn't help but to make a stop. The space was clean, inviting, and offers plenty of seating. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were patient with me and answered all of my questions. After much deliberation, I decided on the Xolo burro, which comes with beer batter fish, shrimp, spicy sauce, cheese, rice, and house sauce. It was a very tasty burrito, however, it was extremely greasy. I suspect the grease came from the fried fish and the two different sauces. It was dripping in grease with every bite. I couldn't finish it which was unfortunate because I love both fish and shrimp together. I'm happy to give them another try, but will skip the fried fish and multiple sauces next time. read more

First time here and there is a lot of choices. Raul did an absolutely great job explaining the menu and history behind it. Was very patient. I ended up landing on the Tijuana Burro with rice and beans and the small Adobada Fries. The Tijuana Burro was super good!!! Love the chilis in it. The Adobada Fries were like a El Pastor, and was super flavorful!! The rice and beans were really good and fresh. Can taste the fresh homemade flavor. Very filling. Couldn't finish the burro. When this location first opened, it was amazing! I honestly couldn't get enough of it. Since then, the quality of food has plummeted drastically. I've been so disappointed with my last few visits and I really want to continue to live this place. The Adobada burrito tastes like pure salt and grease, don't order it. The buffalo chicken fries are greasy and soggy. What happened to the fries? They're always undercooked, floppy and soggy now. I came for a burrito and fries and somehow left in a committed relationship with this place. First, the tortillas deserve their own round of applause. They taste fresh, soft, and dangerously close to homemade. The carne asada burrito was packed with juicy, actually-good-quality meat, and not in that "where did the rest of it go?" kind of way. This thing had a real, respectable portion. The fries are your classic shoestring style, and they do the job well, especially when you start loading them up with extras like you've lost all self-control. My only heartbreak: Pepsi products. A tragic twist. But they redeemed themselves with Dr Pepper in the fountain, plus Mexican drinks and canned colas, so I've decided to begin healing. I have not tried the breakfast burritos yet, but based on everything else, I am fully prepared to believe they could change lives. Or at least improve mornings dramatically. Hubby and I came to check it out. We've been stalking the place patiently waiting for it to open! Absolutely did not disappoint! I ordered the street tacos- one pollo and one carne asada. Absolutely amazing and loved that it wasn't greasy and everything was fresh! My husband got the carne asada burro and was throughly pleased! Had a bite and was hooked! Definitely more fresh than what we get nearby at Filiberto's or Rili-B's. If you download the app you'll get a free churro and can accumulate reward points. They also have a Drive-Thru as that is how we knew they opened. The town did a bad job creating awareness for the business. We are excited the first visit didn't disappoint like the FarmerBoys did. Hubs and I tried out their street tacos and it was very good! We ordered their carne asada plus one birria street taco. The birria was good but I think the guacamole on the carne asada tacos puts it over the edge. The tortillas are absolutely delicious and they do not skimp on the meat. We went through their drive thru and it did not take long for us to get our food. The staff is polite and quick. I also purchased their Jamaica agua fresca and it was good too. We've been wanting to try this new spot since they opened a few weeks ago, so we took a detour from our usual lunch plans to check it out. The restaurant was moderately busy with a short line, and while there is a convenient drive-thru, note there is no outdoor seating. We downloaded the app before entering and scored a free "thank you" churro, which was a nice touch. For lunch, we ordered the surf and turf burro, five rolled tacos, and a bag of chips. A few hiccups: I wasn't allowed to split the taco order between chicken and beef, and they don't offer brewed iced tea (though they do sell small bottled tea). The food itself was a mixed bag. The surf and turf burro was excellent--huge portions with large shrimp and plenty of steak; we actually had to take half home. However, the chicken rolled tacos were just okay, and the $6 bag of chips was massive but felt a bit pricey. The salsa has a great flavor but definitely packs a punch! A few service notes: it took a bit of time for the food to arrive, a fountain soda is about $5, and the cashier wasn't sure how to scan the app for loyalty points. Total for two was around $43. While the burrito was a standout, the high price point and lack of drink options mean it might be a while before we return. read more

Brooklyn was super friendly, wonderful customer service and experience. The environment was Super clean, food authentic and delicious.

The food is actually pretty good for a fast food joint. Unfortunately, we received zero hot sauces and no consomme for the birria melt. I called and the manager Callie said " hot sauce is complimentary. You didnt pay for it". Well, we paid for consomme and didnt get that either. She was laughing like my complaint was dumb. Who wants dry mexican food with no sauce? Nothing to dip our taquitos in or birria. Will not be returning. Someburros is wayyy better and the customer service is amazing. read more

Service is amazing. The food? It's ok. My one gripe with this place is they do not have a good guac. Two times I've gotten it and my sister and it tastes fermented? Possibly off? Been waiting to try this place since I saw their sign go up. Tonight my wife and I tried it and it did not disappoint! I had the Surf & Turf Burro. My wife had the 3 Rolled Tacos. We split an order of Carne Asada Fries. The restaurant was busy. Service was good, the cashier taking our order answered some questions about the menu. A short time later our food came out. The portions sizes are very good. The Surf & Turf Burro was on point! My wife said her Rolled Tacos were the best she has had in Arizona. The Carne Asada fries were good also. I was really excited about this place because typically Mexican food is super allergy friendly. Boy was i disappointed. Not only did this really young girl claiming to be the manger not have any knowledge of any allergy information. But when I asked to see what I'm pretty sure is legally required nutritional information to check for my allergies myself she could not provide it, stating that they just didn't have it yet. I have pretty common gluten and dairy allergies and I was not able to order food with the rest of my family because they had no knowledge of what was safe or not. This was incredibly disappointing. Absolutely not worth the money! Ridiculously expensive for mediocre quality. When ordering carne asada fries thru the drive-thru I was asked large or small - my response was IDK - I guess a large. Being a new place the appropriate response would have been to explain - instead there was silence. So apparently I spent about $20 on fries that were only ok.
