I truly love this restaurant, but I must post about my most recent visit and explain the reason for the 1 star. I order a Tuscan chicken sandwich to-go with some sides, I pick it up, take it home and begin eating. First bite, something was off. The chicken was raw. I called got a new sandwich, but the point that I was served raw chicken is absolutely insane. This is how people get sick. You can see one side of the chicken saw fire, and one clearly did not. Both locations are amazing I used to work here as a teenager and I can attest that everything is made from scratch and with the highest quality ingredients. I now live in LA and very used to great food and when I come home to visit I always get me some Bushfire. These comments about "boil in a bag" are complete lies. The IE is blessed to have a restaurant providing these type of eats because you CANT find it anywhere out here. I only find food like this in big cities so support this place. I'm born and raised IE and we have never had a place like this. So glad to see you guys have expanded and hope you have many more locations!!! read more

After today's meal I am fairly certain I won't be back. This place used to draw me because of the quality of ingredients and I was willing to pay the price. But this is outrageous. Today I ordered a tri-tip sandwich. The sandwich by itself is $13. It ridiculous how little meat they give you. Literally a few scraps. Felt like I was eating all bread. Then you have to add fries which is another $4. Then a drink...I'm $21 after tax. Seriously? For $21 across the street at Texas Roadhouse I can get a 12 oz ribeye steak with salad and a side. Seriously, I get Covid has increased costs for many businesses but this place was expensive to begin with and now it's crazy. Cool patio seating but that's not enough to justify the pricing for such little food. I'm sure owners won't care about my review because I'm only one person but I know I can't be the only one who has this opinion. Time will tell read more

The restaurant is half empty and the line to order is out the door they only have one register open and the person taking orders also is serving beer. I just don't understand why it takes so long to get through line. We waited 20 minutes to order where they said they were out of chicken. No announcements for the line, no sign on the door, nothing. My husband and I went for there dinner last night. The food took forever, but they were pretty busy. That would have been okay but the food was served cold so it must have been sitting for awhile. We sat at the bar outside and when we tried to get another beer we were ignored. I ended up going back inside to buy another round. 2 bartenders with 7 patrons at the bar, this shouldn't have been an issue. We were first time customers and left disappointed. This place has horrible service. It took over 45 mins for us to receive our food. We ordered two salads. Nothing major! Should not take that long. Also, completely messed up my order. After finally receiving our food, my salad was missing ingredients. Went up to let staff know about the missing items, the ingredients still did not ever make it to the table. It was a Cesar salad. So all I ended up eating was lettuce & croutons! Horrible service. This is the second time I've been to this location and have experienced the same service. Food takes forever! By far better than Luccelles bbq. And half the price. I had the baby back and bbq chicken combo that came with 2 sides. I got sweet potato fries and roasted Brussels sprouts delicious. My daughter got the Tri tip bowl and it also was delicious. We will be back again read more

First time here and was really excited to try. Food was amazing, drinks were good and had a nice variety of beers and wine. However, the staff was incredibly incredibly rude. No hello, no helpfulness in figuring out menu and very unfriendly. She acted like we were expected to know the menu and rolled her eyes when I wasn't sure what I wanted. The girl at the bar was on her phone the whole time taking selfies, texting and calling. There were tables around that needed help and she provided nothing. My husband and I left our table to grab a drink and at the same time the waitress came out with our food we apologized and told them they can set it down at our table, her and the other girl gave each other rude looks and were extremely condescending and just flat out rude. The two girls at the front were extremely judgmental and had very stoic looks and gave the impression that they were not happy with us when we were just ordering food? I am truly disgusted with the service here and management that advises or hires staff to be like this and doesn't care that staff is on their phone just shows how they feel about their guests. We both felt extremely unwelcomed at this establishment. Unfortunately we will not be eating here again, loved the food but the staff made it an absolutely terrible experience. Really unimpressed and disappointed. I could say a lot about this place, and will be advising my friends to not go here due to the terrible terrible service and the outright disgusting attitude of the girls that work here. I have no words and pretty upset because the food was pretty good. Bummer bushfire. Do better and hire better maybe you will have more people interested in this restaurant. read more

Just wanted to drop in and say THANK YOU BUSHFIRE! I have never been the biggest fan of salmon, but since the gym opened back up I have been trying to eat healthier. The spinach salad with salmon added is soooooo yummy! Not sure what the brown stuff is that they put on top of the salmon but it is delicious!! Best salmon ever! And the salad was just perfect- refreshing and full of flavor from the goat cheese and strawberries! Yum! I got this to go, had a hard kombucha while I waited (also super yum!). It says on my receipt that Mariah P helped me and she was just the sweetest angel with super warm and welcoming vibes. I will definitely be back! read more

Had the Tri Tip Bowl on this last visit with a Nice Cold Beer, There is So Much to Choose from.My Wife and I This Place.

went there yesterday for the first time employees were very nice. You have to go to the counter to order your food and they bring it to your table. You won't recognize anything to drink. It's all odd sounding stuff no diet sodas, no Pepsi no Coke even the iced tea is kind of strange no sweeten low packets sugar is marked no sugar and has a kind of funny name on them. fries, come with a small container of ketchup I mean small. The hamburger was like eating a rock. It's small and the bread was real hard. I did see some yuppies in there, so I guess I have so much traction to somebody. All in all, you can tell that the owners have done everything possible to save money to selling drinks that have no recognizable name, small everything, even the ketchup served in little pill box read more

I had been here previously and had excellent service and great food. I went today with friends and was disappointed. It was not busy. I ordered a salmon bowl with potatoes. By the time my food came almost everyone at my table had finished eating. People that ordered after me got their food before me. I went on Saturday with wife and family, I had horrible experience with Bartender she was rude and very nasty with approach with us. I'm willing to try this place again. But I didn't like their menu - all to odd for me and I'm usually pretty darned adventurous in my eating, liking lots of odd things. I actually dreadfully miss the Hot Dog place that left here! Big bummer for both of us. My hubby likes this new place better than I do, so I'm sure willing to go back and try some of the items others rave about. Do not ever ever ever order on DoorDash! They legit forgot half my order and my hummus sandwich had no hummus ! No Greek salad no empanada no chimichurri sauce asked for no bacon got bacon the list goes on so much wrong . Anyway I called to complain about everything not wanting any money back just wanting the food I planned to try tonight for my birthday. But the manager tonight female didn't get her name because she hung up on me . But October 30th around 7pm order was placed around 5pm ... Anyway she gave no apology at all just a " take it up with DoorDash " why ? Her kitchen made my food and made it wrong . So what will DoorDash do for me ? Anyway the food I did receive correct was good tiny portions for a lot of money but good . After she hung up I called back several times as she sent me directly to voicemail. About a month ago on a Saturday they advised us there was only take out NO in dining Tonight we came if for our favorite white Sangria . eh, so bland. my boyfriend and I both came here on a whim. the chimichurri is this gross butter consistency (I usually love butter) but it wasn't anything comparable to actual chimichurri. I ordered the salmon bowl which mentioned it came with capers and sun dried tomatoes, but it didn't. the tables weren't wiped down after each customer like most places do. the environment and food wasn't worth the money. we definitely aren't coming back. read more

This was my first time here, but I know they have a few locations throughout the inland empire. It's a lot larger than I anticipated. They have plenty of outdoor dining. I stopped by with a few friends and opted to order the chicken and ribs with roasted veggies & garlic mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes are to die for! I thoroughly enjoyed them. My husband and I ordered delivery for the first time from "Bushfire Grill" in Menifee, Ca. We ordered burgers,...(I ordered The Bushfire Burger and he opted for the Brisket.) We also ordered sides, seasoned fries, roasted brussel sprouts, curry cauliflower, and strawberry salad. Our delivery, arrived early and our order was exactly right. All of the food was DELICIOUS!! Good burgers are found here! Also cold brews with a decent selection on tap. I had the brisket burger with there house blonde, burger was filling it looked great too! The rest of the fam enjoyed ther vegi sandwiches and grilled veggies as well. The only thing lacking was service, no napkins no can i get you another beer and at $13 or even a "how was everything?". While the food we received was rather good, our online order was missing items and that left my family and i extremely disappointed. There should be less mistakes with online orders, it's very clear with no miscommunication ! Double checking the order before it left could have solved this, but instead paying money and receiving nothing in return is called stealing. Careless. The peri peri chicken and full rack of ribs were however delightful. Very moist, flavorful, and not overdone in terms of salt or sugar. The sweet potato fries were topped with chives and had a wonderful crunch. Food is decent.....but prices are crazy. A small salad with no protein-$21! So many places have better for much less!

We tried two different burgers. First, the buns are so large (thick and hard to chew) I took off the top bun and used a fork and knife about half way through the meal. Cooked to a perfect temperature (medium rare) and stacks of tasty condiments.....Just too much for me. Fries are some of the best I've had in Menifee.
