I'd give Fernando 10 stars if it were an option. I had a swarm of bees arrive, and within a few days they settled into a pattern that showed that were making a new home behind the exterior wood shingles of my house. I sent Fernando a message on Yelp. He responded within 30 minutes, and soon we had an appointment. He arrived on time, just as he promised. Once he was here, Fernando could not have been more courteous, friendly and explanatory. He checked out his options for getting access to the hive, discussed them with me, and then he got to work.
