This place was interesting, with a nice vibe. However, I personally wasn't the biggest fan of the actual food. The staff was great, and accommodating with any requests. The food was dressed up, but in comparison to other Mexican places I've been to, the flavors weren't the same. I love comida Mexicana because of the flavors, strong profiles, and unique tastes. The food here though felt muted. I got Enchiladas de Rotisserie Chicken, and it was lacking on the chicken. There were only a couple pieces, but the pieces were good. Apart from that, it was more like enchiladas de verdura y crema. Those were the overwhelming stars of the enchilada. It came with arroz, and it was alright, but nothing super spectacular. Same for the chips and guacamole. My agua fresca was good though, and I enjoyed that. When we went, they only had fresa, no other options.

Casual restaurant in a large shopping center with brand shops. Both indoor and outdoor seating. Good for groups or work lunch. Great drinks, good service. Food is OK and pricy for the quality. But will go back for the drinks!

Ambience is great, they have a lovely patio with plenty of seating. Server forgot to put in my order for side of rice, otherwise they get 5 stars. Very attentive and engaging. Very disappointed with food though, the lettuce in my wagyu taco had so much dressing that my tortilla arrived soggy AF-- ended up having to eat my taco with a fork. Carnitas taco was OK nothing special about it. Now, the chips and Guacamole? That was A1! Will be back for drinks, those were very nice. Loved the presentation too.

We dropped in for dinner on Saturday night. Not too busy. Sat outdoor but the fire died so got moved to another table. Ordered margaritas. Expensive for the quantity. Good but not memorable. Ordered a steak taco and a chicken taco. Side order of rice and beans. The chicken and the sides came out together but no sign of the steak taco for over five minutes. Also no napkins or cutlery till we asked for it. The tacos are single 6" tortillas piled high with food. By the time you eat some of the toppings to make it pickable, the tortilla is so soggy, it is not edible. I wonder if we could have got a tortilla on the side?! The food is tasty but the serving style doesn't work. Also way over priced. Not coming back.

As I've mentioned in my other reviews, Bishop Ranch in San Ramon has so many great restaurants, but C Casa is one of my absolute favorites! All of their ingredients are so fresh and consistent. It doesn't feel heavy like other Mexican food, but still so so satisfying and keeps me full! I always get the C Taco Salad and add some kind of protein to it. The salmon is always my go-to (PERFECTLY COOKED) but will dabble in some steak or prawns when I'm craving something different! Note: There is no indoor seating at this time, it's all outdoors on a vibey patio setting. Some of the tables have a fire pit (as pictured!) Recommend requesting if available :)

Nice spot to grab a quick bite! There's an indoor and outdoor option on where you can dine. I liked how there's a little bit of everything - tacos, entree plates, soups & salads, quesadillas. Very attentive service. What we ordered: - Chicken Tortilla Soup - Mexican Chicken Salad - Wagyu Beef, Grilled Onions & Charred Corn Salad Quesadilla - Nachorizos - Grilled Street Corn

"Tasty Tacos, Good Service, Pricey Drinks" This cafe is right next to Fieldworks. They have a few small tables inside, but a more expansive area, with heaters outside. On a cool Sunday afternoon, most patrons went outside. They seemed to be shivering a little bit even with the heaters. My wife ordered the steak taco and I got the egg and potato taco. Service was prompt. As advertised, it's a pretty large taco. Probably not enough for a growing teenager but for others, it's just right. Mine was tasty. The steak on my wife's taco was undercooked, almost raw on the inside. Our nice server offered to put it back on the grill. That does not strike me as an appealing option. I discovered later we were not even charged for the steak taco. The dressing is a little spicy, so be careful if you're sensitive. I thought it was just about right, but it was too much for my wife. Parking can be tricky here. Sometimes we get a close spot, sometimes we have to park in the parking structure. I thought some of the drinks were way too pricey. So overall, an okay visit. I think there are better choices in this area.

I've been to C Casa a few times. My girls love to shop or meet their friends at City Center so that sometimes means a quick bite to eat. If I had it my way; it would be Starbucks then drive elsewhere for lunch, dinner, or a snack. We met up with friends this past Friday so we got "to go" from World Wrapps for the girls then "to go" from C Casa so that we could eat in the middle area of CC. Well, what a disappointment. I got their chicken taco. Umm..it was nearly $12. It was small and barely any chicken. Now you know we love our tacos, tortas, burritos, pupusas, getting off track because heck we love all kinds of cultural foods....this type of food I guess you can say fits the corporate area of Bishop Ranch? I don't know. I'm glad my husband works in Hayward so on certain days or nights, I just tell him my order for "that side". Yes, I said it. If you know; you know. They charged an extra $0.50 for my to go container. They do have a sign; but, it definitely is getting out of hand. Like I said; I've been here a few times; but, this is probably my last. The positive (ambiance) that I liked when I ate there was sipping on my drink as we ate outside last summer. Otherwise, there are other places that will be appreciative of their customers and not nickel and dime them.

Good food and vibes! Love sitting outside outside with the fire pit on. Nachos are great for sharing. Everything I've ordered here has been solid. Service is kind of slow but they are friendly. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a nice place to grab food and drinks with friends on a friday night!

So let's get started. It was chilly tonight. Met up with my friend, they had a drink and took a to go bowl for their lunch tomorrow. I had Elysian and two tacos. The prawns and the beef. Mmmm. With the guacamole and chips. I love it here. Our server was excellent and omg has to be one of the most beautiful woman I have ever seen. Great service and good good. I like the fire pits and easy parking . I try to get here every few weeks, definitely will be back ,

We have to visit this place again for sure and it's right here in the neighborhood. It feels nice to sit outside especially on the weekends, it's busy and lively. The hostess was so helpful and nice. Love their food. The vibe is good too.

Great service, let our celebration begin!!!

Cheers to great food, drinks and service! We took advantage of the Happy Hour for our drinks and appetizers. We made reservations for inside which I wish we hadn't. They leave the door open so it was cold. Wish we had gotten to sit outside with the fire pits. I had the Ultimo margarita, tortilla soup and crab taco and they were so yummy!

From the moment you step inside, there is an unmistakable warmth to the space not just from the ovens but from the overall vibe. It is bright, upbeat, and welcoming in a way that immediately puts you at ease and sets the tone for a great experience. We started with the Pop Tarts which deserve special recognition. These are not novelty pastries. They are elevated, flaky, buttery, and packed with flavor. The kind of treat that makes you pause mid bite and immediately realize this place takes its craft seriously. The breakfast burrito was equally impressive. Hearty, well balanced, and comforting without being heavy, it was clearly made with intention and quality ingredients rather than shortcuts. The waffles with blueberries and whipped cream were outstanding. Crisp on the outside and soft and airy on the inside, with fresh blueberries that added brightness and a whipped cream that felt light and indulgent rather than overly sweet. It was the kind of dish that manages to feel nostalgic and refined at the same time. Then came the pastries. Any attempt at restraint disappeared quickly. Everything in the case looked incredible and after tasting the first few items it became obvious that passing on anything would have been a mistake. We ended up buying far more pastries than planned simply because the quality across the board was that high. There were no weak links. What truly elevates Life Is Sweet beyond excellent food is the energy of the place. There is a positivity that fills the room and it is completely effortless. It makes you want to slow down, sit longer, and enjoy where you are. Whether you are stopping in for a quick breakfast or lingering with coffee and conversation, the environment naturally lifts your mood. Life Is Sweet is not just a bakery or breakfast spot. It is a place that genuinely enhances your day. The food is exceptional, the atmosphere is inviting, and the experience stays with you well after you leave. This is a must visit in Danville and the kind of place you will find yourself thinking about long after the last pastry is gone.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by a young lady behind the counter. I decided to try a variety of cookies on display in the case. I went with- Oatmeal Raisin, Peanut Butter, Cookies 'n Cream, and Snickerdoodle. So 4 cookies, total $19. Good, fresh and tasty cookies. Not too sweet. Cafe was clean and neat. Lots of tables inside, and some outside. I will definitely return if I'm in downtown Danville again.

I am vegetarian and have eaten at many vegetarian restaurants over the years. I would confidently say that Blossom and Root is the best vegetarian restaurant in the Bay Area and it may be my favorite restaurant hands down. Food: Key to a great restaurant is consistency. The food and dishes are consistently great at Blossom and Root over many visits. I have tried the Smash burger, yellow curry, Mediterranean bowl, french toast, pancakes, chilaquiles, breakfast burrito and several other dishes. Yellow curry is my hands down favorite but honestly no dish has ever disappointed. Every dish is always very freshly prepared. You can tell. They have a kids menu as well. Kids will also love the "experience" of the Butterfly bubbles drink! Just try it! Ambiance: Cute restaurant with a modern craftsmen kitchen feel. It was about 1/4 cup quinoa and millet and more tangerine oranges than grains. Look at the difference of portion sizes from our experience vs Yelp photos. I felt this was inadequate and asked for more grains. I got a 1/2 cup of extra quinoa (only). Tofu scramble and pancakes (adult and kid versions) were good. The server tried to insinuate that the adult pancakes weren't enough, but they were more than enough. We also ordered one orange juice for a child (paper cup with a copper straw jammed through the opening) and hot tea. Honest review, it was overpriced and moderately good. I would not return; quality and value for 3 adults and 1 child was not worth $100+ including tip. Hope they consider my feedback to improve; this place has great potential.

It was so cute I had to take pictures of the actual inside of the restaurant. The workers were incredibly kind and the service was quick and also amazing as well. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat something whether it be breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, or dessert. The quality of the honey toast was unlike anything I have ever had before. It was life-changing and also served beautifully. I can't believe I've gone my whole life without having the honey toast from here. The strawberry milk float was perfect and complimented the meal so well. I actually don't believe that I could ever get better service or better toast from somewhere ever again. Whenever I need to satisfy my toast cravings I will always come here and only come here.
