I did lettuce, rice, chicken, And 4 toppings. There are multiple to choose from. Anything over 4 you have to pay extra. The food options are great, and so is the portion size. This was pretty good, not bad, and maybe it deserves four stars, but there were a few negatives that put me off. It's in the vast new complex by BJ's. One of the newer buildings, standing alone. Access is fairly easy, and parking is decent. And inside it's bright and open and airy. They have a nice menu and good variety, with soups, salads, and sandwiches. They had a pick two, which online looked to me like you could try two soups. But at the store, they said no, a soup and a salad or sandwich. So, I ended up with a pick two with soup and sandwich, and added some soup. It was a lot of food. But, I was hungry. I got the barbecue brisket sandwich. There is also a brisket grilled cheese, so be careful to order the correct one. It was fine. Okay flatbread, decent brisket, though its flavor got overwhelmed by the pickle and slaw. I mean, it was an okay sandwich, but I would not get it again. The lobster bisque was very good. Not the best ever, but pretty good, creamy and tasty, and with big chunks of lobster. They give you bread to dip in the soup, and there are oyster crackers out by thepop machine. I also had the chicken curry, which was also very good. Lots of chicken, potatoes, carrots, etc. A teeny bit of heat. Flavorful all around. Price was reasonable for what I got. The service was excellent. So maybe they do deserve four stars. I got a text saying my order was READY FOR PICKUP at 4:35pm. At 4:40pm I arrived at the restaurant and told that my order WAS NOT READY. And they had me pull into a side-parking-slot to WAIT for my order more than 6 minutes. Behind 2 OTHER people ALREADY waiting. When the food finally came out it was MISSING ITEMS including NO BREAD AND NO BUTTER and NO DRESSING on the salad. This is completely unacceptable. read more

Got soup from the drive thru. No one was behind us. Paid and was told to park in spot 1. There we waited. And waited. And waited some more for something that just needs to be ladled into a container. So I'm a diabetic and have problems keeping my sugar down this restaurant is one of my go to places to assist me with this. The cauliflower Wisconsin cheddar soup and the salads help me control my sugar levels. However, they are delicious to boot. The customer service is top notch. Everybody is so friendly and helpful. Now the downside, I do not quite care for the chicken, but they are quickly to replace it with another protein, such as hard boiled eggs or bacon, so they are very accommodating to my taste The bonus You get a free roll and chocolate covered strawberry with any food purchase. These are great pluses and also delicious. Maybe some fault of the employees. Please know that not everyone who walks in has been there before and knows the drill. I'd never been before and I wasn't sure of the process. The food was decent. The only complaint I have of the food is the soup was served barely warm. And it didn't come with the crunchy onions. I was looking forward to that. The Italian Club was very good. The bread was fresh and soft. And the Italian spread was bursting with flavor and really made the sandwich. I'd probably come back at some point. It was so watered down I didn't even know corn was in it until it was halfway gone because all sat at bottom since it was basically water with 6 small diced potatoes in it. Awful all around.
