I have been coming here since I recently discovered them. So I've probably ordered from them a handful of times. I always get exactly the same thing. The (large) barbecue chicken salad. All I can say is after today's visit I will not be coming back. I don't know if somebody actually spit in my salad dressing, if the salad dressing is bad, or if they just gave me the wrong salad dressing (it's supposed to be a ranch and I've never had these black seeds in the dressing before). All I know is I'm extremely grossed out because that looks like spit in my salad dressing and now I can't eat. So I totally wasted my time and just under $13. Ironically I've never had this problem... all the times I've ever gone before I felt pressured to tip. This time I decided not to... And then this happens. Coincidence? It absolutely could be. But the damage has been done; because, now every time I think of this salad, I'm going to think of spit in my salad dressing. Update: To add insult to injury, as stated, I opted not to tip this time. I specifically selected $0. My total was $12 and some change (thus why in my original review I said I paid just under $13). I hit continue to check out and when I got home just now I noticed that my card was charged for $14.53... it's funny because I thought it was weird that the girl did not repeat my order or my total before she took my card at the window... so not only did they give me spoiled dressing, the wrong dressing, or spit in my dressing; but they absolutely overcharged me for my order... How are they going to charge your card differently than what the screen tells you you're going to pay when you're going through the drive-thru?! Everything about this visit was scammy. I came by here to try the limited edition peppermint chocolate covered strawberries. I placed my order online through the app and then drove thru the drive thru to pick it up. There was no line and I was able to get my order fast. The strawberries were DELICIOUS! A little pricey, but a great treat! Highly recommend! read more

I would have to agree with the others that it's a little pricey for the amount of food they give you. That being said, I was surprisingly full after eating half of my golden curry bowl. It could be the nature of the wholesome nutritious ingredients used, but still kinda pricey when there are many alternatives in the area offering healthy to go foods. I do like the fresh ingredients they use and the variety of bowl types on their menu though. I also like the fun side options that came with it. We ordered online and got it delivered, each meal comes with a baguette and chocolate dipped strawberry! Try it for a different type of salad bowl experience/flavors (see menu), skip it if you're starving and want more bang for your buck. read more

The Golden Curry is thick and creamy. It is warm tasting, not hot. The salads are very fresh tasting and they are very different from each other. So are the soups. I cannot recommend the sandwiches. Condiments, such as mayonnaise are too liberally applied. Atmosphere is a problem. There is nothing to soften the echo. The personnel who wait on you must be very tired of talking over that din. The will not talk unless necessary. They will not speak any louder no matter how many times you ask. Bring a pen& paper to facilitate communication. Also, bring a pair of binoculars. You will need them to read the menu. Parking is scarce. I had to park 300 feet away. They had only one handicapped spot that never was empty. There were three other parking spots for pickup. They never had any one in them. The drive through was used heavily. Bathrooms were available and clean. The food is grate. You pay for it out of your pocket at the register. Before that and after you are done, you pay for it with the din, wait staff that whisper and other general inconveniences. Twice I have been there. Twice it was that way. It could be much better. This is a restaurant that focuses on rice/vegetable bowls, soups, and salads. The design of the place is aesthetically pleasing to the eye even if some of the floor is quite dirty. Service was quite amiable. I decided to try a Korean Kick bowl which includes rice, shredded brisket, potatoes, cauliflower, edamame, cucumbers, applies, and argula. I also bought a turkey avocado club which comes with a small amount of bacon, mixed greens, tomatoes, avocado and cheese with their special sauce. Unfortunately, the Korean kick wasn't much of a kick and the the club sandwich were all average tasting. The in-store menu does not tell you what's in each item so you would have to browse the website beforehand to see any allergy info. Their nutrional chart is super outdated on their website too. I got a Vitamin water with my order which came out to a total of $25.27. The soup is premade. I wanted to try some but most of them had at least one ingredient that I did not like. I love the hot honey cottage cheese bowl, I was so excited to get it for lunch. I was a little disappointed that the sweet potatoes were way under cooked and were hard, I had to pick them all out. I ordered at the screen for the drive thru. My total for the bowl was $15.28, but the guy at the window rounded up my change to $15.30 (which I thought was odd) but it wasn't a big deal since it was only 2 cents. We picked up lunch to go for three. The ordering process was good. Two of us built our own salads. You only get 4 toppings for free and the size of those servings is about a tablespoons worth. Each salad came with a nice yeast roll and a chocolate dipped strawberry- yum. There wasn't a push to get us to make fast choices which is nice, especially for a first time visit. Update to my previous review, a gentleman help us in the front with the issue we had about our mobile order he is very nice and courteous, he replaced our order and let us know that the Mobile Order is out of their hands which I did not knew, it makes sense why they couldn't turn off the option for the Strawberries, he is a great example of excellent customer support :). read more

This has to be the best Zupas location that I have been to so far. The lobster bisque soup is exactly what it is supposed to be. Most locations are watered down and have no substance at all. This location has great flavor, not watery, has actual lobster pieces in the soup. Their salads are up to par and they are friendly. Parking lot is not great. It's pretty small. read more

If the amount of meat on the sandwich had been more than half of the amount in the picture; if the soup spoons to eat the soup weren't the size of a teaspoon for a child; if the noise level was purposefully clashing and banging to make it feel like a kitchen while making it possible to know what you ordered until you paid; if all those things had not been true, I still wouldn't go back. First timers. Both had a 1/2 salad and soup. The Wisconsin Cauliflower and the Mushroom soup are delicious as are the strawberry salad and the mango berry salad. To top it off we got free chocolate covered strawberry with our combo. Very nice but a bit pricey. read more

We ordered 2 bowls both bowls requested extra chicken for an additional 1.99 by drive thru. Both salads cost over $30, which was a problem in itself but I did what I promised myself I wouldn't do anymore and paid an inflated price. But ohhh no I opened the food when we got home and there was maybe a scoop and a half of chicken ... si I called to speak with the manager and this person said she made the bowls herself and can assure us that the chicken was doubled 1st she's not in there making food and remembering the food and 2nd it was a $4 mistake and you made a business decision that will cost you much more because we are local and will never let our shadow darken their doorstep!!! I guess if you designed it it's easy otherwise you might as well spend about 10 minutes trying to figure out how to add and delete things.
