Seafood platter on lunch menu

First time to visit for lunch on a Tuesday. great lunch menu and not very busy but unbelievably.. yes repeat... unbelievably slow service! One large table that was THE point of concern. Took 15 minutes to get waited on after we were seated .. I would definitely come back but I will ask upfront .. how long is the wait? Not to be seated but to be served!

A great little seafood restaurant literally hidden in the corner. My dad took my family to this place long ago and it's always been on my mind. Now older, i visit back and it's just as good. When i have a seafood or mainly gumbo craving, I make my way over to the restaurant, walking through the old wood doors and make myself comfortable. The restaurant is split into a large ball room for bigger parties, a bar, and a dining room for the regular. The staff is very nice and the food comes out relatively quickly.

They're a good old faith thy I love to go to. Service is usually good and the food is usually always on point. First time here in a while, they take brunch breaks and I usually only go for brunch because they have bottomless mimosas with a good variety of menu items. the sweet potato hush puppies are a fave snack, usually stick to omelets or pancakes for brunch. The grits are great and they have Gouda cheese as an option. Also a favorite brunch spot because it usually lacks a crowd. Very chill atmosphere. Very underrated

We went for lunch. As soon as we arrived we were seated and our waitress was soon to the table. My husband got the Hamburger steak lunch, my granddaughter ordered the crawfish pasta fettuccine and I had the blackened chicken Alfredo over angel hair. All of our lunch specials came with a salad and bread and we all loved the food. I had a Arnold Palmer to drink and I can't remember what drinks they ordered. Our waitress was a fabulous server, the food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. We will be back soon. Can't wait to go back

I came here for a work Christmas luncheon. The food was great and the service was exceptional! I would recommend patronizing this place.

Cafe americain is always consistently good. The portions are huge! Their sensation dressing on the house salad is a must as well.

The service on a Saturday afternoon was great. The food is very much so sports bar-ish but over all I can see myself coming back.

There are only about 5 golf simulators, but a big bar with tons of bar like seating and TVs everywhere. This would be a great place to watch a sports game or to come to enjoy the atmosphere if you don't want to do the gold simulators. We sat at a high top and were able to watch tv and watch some parties golf. From where we were sitting, the golf simulators offer more than golf. There were so many things you could do, and each simulator had there own area/cubby, so that was nice if you wanted to do that. I thought the service could have been better. First, they had to start a tab when you order, which I understand for this atmosphere. Tip is already included when you pay. Because it is still new, we didn't mind that the service was slow. The food and drinks were great bar food. Delicious! We got the mozz sticks, chicken Caesar wrap, and the hot honey chicken sandwich. It was all great portions and very good. I also got the strawberry mojito, which I ended up getting another one because it was so good. Will definitely be back!

The bbq salmon is good if you like more of a sweet salmon taste. I subbed the corn for mashed potatoes. The crawfish dip was mostly good it just didn't have a lot of crawfish in it. I also tried the brisket burger and it was externally yummy! Overall it's pretty good. The drinks are well priced, the food is maybe slightlyyyy pricey for what you get but great experience and nothing I batted an eye at. Cute little rustic vibe in the inside. I would go again

We had some running around to do and decided to stop there for a quick lunch. Splitting a burger was the plan but who can pass up their Crawfish and Brie Queso?!? Emma F was fabulous as our wait person and never let our tea glasses get more than half empty. Also, when we told her we were splitting the burger she made sure it was done for us and served on two plates. Excellent service from an obvious professional. We love both City Pork locations however, there is something about the ambiance of the Jefferson location. It is both quaint and not pretentious so you can feel comfortable in everything from workout clothes to date night apparel.
