Stopped by Cafe Fever for coffee and dessert and ended up really enjoying both. I honestly don't remember exactly what drinks we ordered, but I remember the coffee being good enough that I'd happily come back for it again. The standout for me was the cheesecake. Not overly sweet, good texture, and the perfect thing to pair with a coffee. The cafe itself was clean, comfortable, and a nice spot to hang out for a bit. Overall a solid local coffee shop that I'd definitely revisit when I'm in the area.

Visiting Cafe Fever may have you leaving with symptoms that include: matcha cravings, pastry addiction and latte withdrawals Now that you rad the warning label Cafe Fever was so good! My husband and I have visited a few times now! There's a parking lot, space to sit inside. The staff is always friendly and helpful with answering questions. My husband always gets their vanilla bean latte w salted cream. I always go between the strawberry matcha latte and the double matcha latte. Their matcha is soooo good! It's a good umami flavor and not overly sweet like other cafes I have tried. They have a great assortment of pastries, so far we have tried the lemon cheesecake cookie, and the Oreo s'mores. We need to try more! I definitely recommend this cafe to anyone!

I was running some errands in the area and needed a coffee fix to get me thru the day. Searched them up on Yelp and it was central to all my stops. It was a pretty busy Saturday morning around 10 and the lot was full but that's okay cause there's plenty of street parking. Inside is cozy probably only a handful of tables. My latte was just okay, nothing too memorable but it did the job. Service was fast and friendly tho!

I fond this place while I was in the area searching through Yelp and OH. MY. GOSH. This is officially my new favorite bakery! I already cannot wait to come back. First of all, I LOVE scones, but I have never in my life had a raspberry butter scone before. When I say this thing changed my life... I mean it. The combination of the raspberry with the actual buttery richness was unreal. I'm literally drooling writing this review thinking about it again. Absolute top tier. Bomb.com. I also got the vanilla bean salted coffee, and that was really good too. It paired perfectly with the scone. But let me tell you... The real star of the show is that raspberry butter scone. Holy moly. I genuinely wish more places sold something like that because I would eat it every single day if I could. One thing I definitely recommend: get here EARLY because it seems like their scones sell out fast. I can already tell I'm going to be back trying all the other flavors. Seriously, if they expanded to more locations, I'd probably become a regular immediately. Such a great find and soooooo goood!!!!

I wish I lived closer because I absolutely LOVE this place as a great coffee and matcha work spot as well as a cozy shop to catch up with friends. Staff is friendly and warm. Highlights: * great customer service * solid Wi-Fi (not spotty at all) * outlets * solid menu options I ordered the Smoked Pork Sausage Scone and it blew my mind. Paired with the cream cheese, it was absolutely delicious flavor and texture wise. The staff also made me an Iced Matcha Vanilla Latte per my request and it was solid as well. I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area!

Just wanted to update my review, I tried the matcha latte again but with the half salted cream and half matcha cream top. It's a perfect balance between the sweetness and bitterness of matcha while also still getting that taste of salted cream mixed in. I may have gone on an off day last time or more-so towards when they first opened, so maybe it tasted lighter then. But I can see why so many people like their matcha now! I also tried what I think is their matcha pistachio white chocolate scone, and I like the crisp crunch on the outside while the inside has soft textures. Really could taste the mix between the actual pistachio pieces, matcha, and white chocolate in this pastry.

From the outside, it looks like a medical building, but there's plenty of parking. Inside is small and cozy with a few tables and a relaxed, apartment-style feel. Service was great--I was greeted right away and even had my drink brought to me (shoutout to Sooah!). I ordered a Spanish latte (5/5), which was perfect--just wish they had larger sizes. I also tried the raspberry jam butter scone (4.2/5) and a salted caramel scone--both were good, but the raspberry stood out more. Ended up taking some home. The vibe was everything--jazz music, calm atmosphere. I stayed for about an hour and a half without even noticing the time. It did get busy as I sat there. Definitely coming back to try more scones and a cold drink next time.

I've been wanting to try this place because of their scones and cookies. So when I was near the area, of course, I went to Cafe Fever--only to have one option for scones and one option for cookies (not surprised!). There were lots of people but the line moved quickly because staff was very quick and efficient. The coffee shop is cute and quaint with limited chairs along the wall and a table outside. I was able to order the last of two Matcha Ruby cookies and a Matcha, Red Bean, Butter scone. They had interesting texture and were pretty good but not sure if I'd go out of my way for these. The star of the show for me was the Double Matcha, which was very rich in matcha flavor and creamy! I'd definitely come back for this drink!

3/10/2026 Matcha Basque Cheesecake It was very creamy and you can taste the bitterness of the matcha at the end. It's the type of flavor that you never get sick of. I really enjoyed this! I ate it at room temperature. Raspberry Jam Butter Scone This was a plain butter scone with butter and raspberry jam inside. This isn't a traditional scone, but more of a Korean-version of a dessert scone. It is a bit more dense, crispier and drier scone. Scone had a buttery taste, but with an added pat of butter and jam inside it was extra buttery. I didn't love it at first bite, but this scone grew on me. I ate it without any hot beverage, but it would go great with a hot cup of black tea. Walnut Chocolate Chip Cookie Not sweet, very light in sweetness. They mixed in bits of real walnuts with semi-sweet chocolate chips. It was half flavor of real walnuts and half flavor of chocolate chips. It wasn't crispy, but a softer cookie. Personally, it is better than the typically overly sweet cookies you would get from American bakeries, but I still would have liked it a tad more sweeter. The best part was that I didn't need to chug down a cup of water after eating this! Double Chocolate Cookie Lightly crispy on the outside, but more of a soft cookie. Very good dark chocolatey flavor. Very pleasant flavor overall. Just the perfect amount of sweetness for the chocolate lover in me. Matcha Pistachio Scone Not sweet, very little sweetness. Little bit of matcha flavor in the scone with whole pistachios inside. To my surprise, there were quite a bit of whole pistachios inside! Good buttery flavor of the scone. Moist overall than the Raspberry Jam Butter Scone I've had, which was much, much drier. I liked that it was more moist. Dry scones are so hard to eat! As much as I liked the texture more than the other scone, this one was a bit of a miss for me flavorwise. If you like matcha and pistachio together, this one's for you. Out of all the items I've tried, the matcha basque cheesecake and double chocolate cookie were my favorites. Customer Service Everyone is nice. Both people who were working at the front were friendly and nice. Ambiance / Seats It's very small and minimal. Small tables and seats, less than 6. There were a few tables and seats outside too. It was packed inside! There were two people sitting outside. Seats and tables were all low, so it probably would not be comfortable to sit on. Parking It is attached to Quest Learning Center. Medium-sized parking lot. Back parking lot on Artesia Blvd. and Elaine Ave. You will see the backdoor of Cafe Fever with the Cafe Fever parking signs. However, backdoor cannot be used as entrance. Neighborhood street parking available as well. The cafe will be right around the corner. Not sure if I would return. The scones and desserts weren't bad and some of them I enjoyed, but I feel there are other places I would try over Cafe Fever. Never say never, but as of right now, I won't return.

I would definitely recommend this place. Their matcha and coffee are just perfect with their employees being incredibly nice and friendly, helping you choose the drink you are looking for. The place is slightly crowded because there are a lot of customers, but that means business is booming. Despite this, the drinks are made efficiently keeping everything perfect without having to wait a while. Overall, this place is very cozy and would recommend.

Such a cute spot!! Few seating options but it is a lowkey spot to get some homework down or talk with friends on their outdoor patio chairs. Service was super friendly and fast. I recommend their double matcha w/ soy milk! The soy milk balances out the thickness of the matcha foam on top and its a perfect blend between the bitterness of matcha & sweet. We also tried their matcha cheesecake- super good if you're a big fan of cheese- I tasted that more than the matcha to be honest. It wasn't too sweet but definitely cheesy! Will definitely be coming back :)!

We visited Cafe Fever after seeing a lot of cool photos online. We felt like the drinks were some of the best in the area and really enjoyed the pastries. Some of their scones are very unique albeit smaller than the photos make them look. Be aware that some of the pastries do have nuts. At the time of our visit, allergy info wasn't listed but the staff said they'd see about that. read more

I use to love going to this place, but a lot has changed. More specifically, the customer service. The younger girl taking orders seems like customers are an inconvenience to her. She has a really bad attitude, making it a deal breaker for me. I won't be returning to this coffee shop anymore. Such a shame because I'd come every weekend. read more

Got a couple of drinks and a couple of scones. The butter and raspberry jam scone was delicious! Scones aren't particularly my favorite because they're usually way too dense and doughy tasting. But this one was flaky and crumbly on the outside while still having a soft inside. Granted, I actually ordered the matcha raspberry butter scone but they were pretty busy in the morning so I understand the mistake. It was delicious regardless. Also ordered the smoked sausage and cheese scone. It's definitely savory so if you want a sweet and salty experience, that'd be the one to get. read more

The matcha was so delicious. Perfect amount of sweet but also had a heavy amount of matcha taste. Seriously some of the best matcha lattes in Artestia. The half and half salted cream top and matcha cream top on the double matcha was to die for! The saltiness of the salted cream top and the umami of the matcha cream top went together so well! There were a few seats with tables inside as well as outdoor seating when it's a nice day! Service was quick and everyone was very nice! read more

I came in to cafe fever with a couple of coworkers. We ordered a few cookies. One of my coworkers ordered a double matcha with matcha foam which she didn't care for, she said it was nothing special compared to others. She said there's definitely better places in the area for matcha. I'm not a matcha person so I can't verify that statement but I will say the cookies were way overpriced and disappointing. The cookies had a slight stale taste to them. Maybe it was an off day for the cafe but if you give them a try I hope you have a better tasting experience. read more

Nice, small coffee spot with many pastry selections from sweet to savory. I tried the butter and jam scone. It was silky,buttery goodness. Nice balance of sweetness. Their walnut chocolate chip cookie was also delicious. I ordered the vanilla bean iced latte WITHOUT salted cream. It was a good coffee. Soft coffee taste. Wish the coffee was little stronger. But, other than that I enjoy the pastries and coffee. I have to say I felt a little rushed to order. We weren't familiar with the menu neither were they ppl waiting to order. I got the honey americano with salted cream & it was so good i usually do NOT like cold foams on my coffee because they're too sweet or don't taste like anything but sugar.. but the salted cream was so yummy 100000/10 recommend! it paired really well with the americano i downed my drink so fast. the man who took my order was very friendly. ALSO, they were doing a soft opening promo! they had little papers folded up in a bag, and u get to choose which promo u get! I got 10% off my order. the store itself is really small.. i think they had 5 small tables and a few outside. it was also really hot inside the store :,( it's more of a quick pick me up coffee shop because tables are too close to each other, and the line would be standing right in front of your table if you were studying. i hope they open up a bigger place once they get big! :-) read more

Obsessed with this place! I've tried the double matcha and the salted cream matcha, and I love that the matcha flavor is strong. The salted cream matcha was on the sweeter side, but not too sweet (wouldn't recommend for anyone who dislikes sweeter matcha). The matcha is a more bitter one, which I personally don't mind. I tried the raspberry butter scone and it's one of the best scones I've had!! Excited to try more baked goods. I love that they have unique cookie/scone flavors + gluten free cakes. My only complaint is that it can be kind of loud/chaotic inside when it's busy because the place is small (plenty of parking though!). I appreciate that the outdoor seating is in the shade. Go early in the morning if you want your pic of baked goods - they seem to sell out fast! read more

This spot is amazingggg! Their strawberry matcha is one of the best I've had by far, (I'm picky) you can really taste the quality ceremonial grade matcha in every sip. I also tried the garlic butter scone and loved it; if you're into that sweet and salty combo, it's definitely for you. And their cookies? This café is such a hidden gem! I ordered a scone and coffee, and both were incredible. The scone was baked to perfection--golden, light, and flavorful without being overly sweet. The coffee was bold, smooth, and clearly made with care. Their packaging is very unique, never seen any other cafe's put this much attention to detail. definitely come for the scones! instead of getting any coffee i wish we just got multiple scones , they have great flavors like the garlic butter and cream cheese and matcha pistachio! their spanish latte was decent but i don't think i would get their forest cream - matcha cream and iced latte don't mix well. the inside is small but cute , a few tables inside and out. read more

Was not as welcoming as other coffee shops. Stood at the counter for a while before being acknowledged to take my order. When the barista finally took my order, all she did was look at me waiting for me to start ordering instead of asking "Hi, what can I help you with?" After paying, I got the most sarcastic "Thanks" ever. I had high hopes coming here but after the service I'm not sure if I feel welcomed back. I just got walked in and looked at the menu too. Trying out new matcha places in the area and wanted to give Cafe Fever a try. I got the Strawberry Matcha Latte and two cookies. The matcha was amazing, just the right balance of sweetness to balance out the matcha flavor. The cookies were great as well, Soft and tasty. I will be back here to get more goodies. read more

We've been wanting to come here since I found out that's its close to where I work. We finally got the chance to come by this past weekend. The place was small but its really nice. They have a lot of pastries but haven't got the chance to try it yet. Ordered some lattes, I got one of the signature drinks which is Vanilla Bean latte with Salted cream, the hubby got a Spanish Latte. The people that works here a pretty nice. i love the coffee here !!! my go to is the vanilla bean latte with salted cream, i've tried 3 cookies from here and they're all soo good too !! the service is fast as well and the workers are super nice (,: it's a very small cafe & super cozy! the only thing i would suggest is please add a "no yelling" sign. it's been the second time i've gone and these group of girls are SCREAMING for no reason making it hard to hear the cashier and order :( i love the cafe but please if you go here be mindful of your noise levels as it can be annoying. 10/10 cafe fever read more

Stopped by Cafe Fever in Artesia and honestly loved it. The vibe is super cozy, dark, modern, and aesthetic. The staff were so welcoming and kind too, which made the whole experience even better. I got there around 12pm and most of the cookies were already sold out, so I definitely need to come earlier next time. The Oreo s'mores cookie was my fave, and the garlic butter scone tasted so good! Reminded me of those korean garlic bagels. The matcha was super smooth and creamy too. Overall, such a cute spot and I'm definitely coming back! read more

Small coffee shop with the korean style desserts. I ordered their organic matcha latte and it was prerty good (but little bit too sweet for me). But one thing that I wanted to point out was the server did not bring our drinks and cake to our table unlime they did to the other customers (even though we told her we were going to dine in at the coffee shop. For drinks, I ordered the sweet corn cream matcha ($7) and my friend ordered the ube matcha latte ($6). We both asked for oat milk sub and it was an additional $1. Both drinks had just the right amount of sweetness but the matcha flavor itself was missing for me. I did slightly prefer the corn over the matcha. The drinks were iced but we received them warm and even after waiting for the ice to melt, the drink never got cold and maybe that is what created some kind of lack of taste for me.
