Mama

Small indoor dining area and a bigger outdoor dining space. It's really loud when crowded, which it will be @ the 6-7 o'clock dinner time. The adult beverages are very good pours. Don't come here thinking you're in and out in less than an hour... not gonna happen! Mama is going to take care of you in her good sweet time. This is your evening with her family, so just sit back and relax and watch her work. Pasta dishes are fresh made and the bread is delicious.

I have never come across more aggressive service in my life (and I'm pretty sure they are the owners!) When I called in, they made it seem like I was being a huge pain for ordering a pizza. When I got there, my order wasn't ready and they told me to have a seat or wait in my car. I guess that was fine but I'm not used to being aggressively told what to do. This couldn't have been COVID related because no one was wearing masks. While I was waiting in my car, the owner kept opening the door to the restaurant, glaring at me and then spitting on the ground. I was scared to go in (lol) but when I did I tried to sign the receipt and tip and the woman goes "you don't need to sign, we don't need your $2" (what!) The pizza was mediocre. It could have been better if they cooked it in the middle. I will say they have really good sauce.

Great food and service! Prices are very reasonable and the restaurant is very cute. They also serve a lunch buffet.

Fantastic food, wonderful atmosphere, and friendly staff! We ate here a few months ago and somehow the review fell under my radar which is disappointing since I can't remember our entire order to rave about it, but it's definitely worth trying. I remember I had the Risotto Pescatore and it was just amazing! The risotto was perfectly cooked, and everything just went so well together. For an appetizer we had the Bruschetta and again it was so good. I remember having the Cappuccino and thinking it was really good. My wife tried mine and liked it so much she ordered another for herself. I'm completely blanking on what she ordered I think look at my pictures it was the Manicotti, but she really enjoyed it, and her Mother really like her plate as well. If we lived closer we would definitely go more often. The atmosphere of the place was fun and really elevated the experience for us. If you're in the area you should give it a try.

Large Marherita

We just moved to the area and was exhausted from moving, so we decided to order in. The Fiorello's menu looked really good so we ordered a large margarita pizza, fried calamari, and a house salad. The delivery time get kept getting pushed back so we figured they had a lot of orders. However, the pizza and the calamari both arrived cool to the touch and we're both soggy. It was obvious that our food had been out for a while before it had been delivered. We've never eaten in the restaurant, just delivery, But from the delivery experience it doesn't make me want to dine in. Looks like we're still on the hunt for a pizza place in West Chester.

This is a nice restaurant, but the food was not very good. The wait staff was friendly and my drink…read morewas ok. I had the Della Chef salad and I tried my best to eat it but it was not edible. They brought us bread with no butter or olive oil. We had to ask for the olive oil. The bread tasted stale and wasn't very good at all. We started with the Brussel sprouts and they were just mid. Nothing exciting about them. They drowned my salad in dressing. Way, way, way too much dressing. If they used half the dressing that was on there, it would have been too much. My tongue was hurting after 3 bites. I really wanted to like this place, but the food just did not hit. I'm giving 2 stars because the waitress was awesome and the ambiance of the place was great.

Our server was awesome, she was able to elegantly go over the vast number of appetiser and main food additions, without having to refer to any notes. I had the calamari salad. It was very good. Nice balance of flavours, arugula and shaved Parmesan, with just the perfect amount of dressing. For my main entree, I chose one of the special additions, Fettuccini dish that included, muscles, nice size shrimp and olives. This dish was amazing! I couldn't finish it all. Can't wait to enjoy the next day! They also have a nice cocktail and wine menu. I got a dirty martini with blue cheese olives, yum! Overall, a great experience. Nice casual atmosphere, a great server, manager and support staff. I can't wait to go back again.

The staff here is always welcoming and friendly. We normally get the pizza and save a bit of room for dessert because the lemonchello cake is delicious! If you have not had Pica's pizza, it is a very unique pie. Thin, pan pizza, cheese, and then sauce on top, sprinkled with Parmigiano Reggiano and whatever toppings you ordered. They had a crazy take-out special for Eagles games, 12 Pack Miller Lite, 2 Large chees pizzas and 20 wings for $70. That's a good deal! Don't be dumb and call asking for this deal in 3 years, I'm just saying it's a good deal now. I'm sure it will change so just check before calling.

As far as cocktails, I would stick to Wine and stay away from mixed drinks. They tasted very perfumed and not well done. All of the appetizers and meals were pretty good with the exception of a pretty liquidy pasta. Our waiter was young, but pretty friendly. Things were very slow to come out and had to be asked for a few times. For example, we did not get our table bread until 15 to 20 minutes after ordering appetizers and entrees. Overall it was an OK experience. There was also a woman painting faces near the front. Very interesting but kept the kids entertained for a while!
