Came to celebrate a birthday brunch Not too crowded but reservation is required for large party Food and their spreads were not too excited not much selections as compared to other hotel buffets. Wished they could have better and more selections It's a hit and miss experience The California roll was mediocre but the prime ribs were seasoned well and soft Some crab legs were not fresh while the shrimp cocktail was good

It was my mom's birthday and my sister and I wanted to take her here so here we are. We came in for their Sunday brunch buffet @10am which is priced at $60 a person at the time of me making this review. The buffet served many delectable foods from prime rib, crab legs, bottomless mimosas, and more. The service here was really good. The staff here is very friendly and were always checking in with us to ensure that we were having a great experience. They were also quick to refill our mimosas lol. The buffet is located inside a nice hotel. The place was clean and well organized. I definitely recommend checking this brunch buffet out if you haven't already! Try it out if you like. :)

Booked a Mother's Day lunch for this past weekend a month in advance via OpenTable. It is extremely hard to get someone on the phone there so you may need to go through Operator and to have someone call you back if you have questions about your reservation like I did where I wanted to update the reservation from 6 people to 8 people because it didn't allow me to do it on my own. I ended up not getting a call back but they did update my reservation luckily. Everything was smooth from check-in process, finding a parking (they have a garage for free parking), and getting seated. We got complimentary champagne & orange juice (yay mimosa!) There was two stations, we got seated in the banquet room for bigger groups & main hall. The host informed us food on both sides are the same as except main hall had ice cream machine. Service was good, but I'm giving it a 3 star for food. I don't think it was anything special for Mother's Day tbh. They had shell fishes like crabs but very difficult to eat even with the shell cracker, oysters, and shrimp. They also had prime rib, lamb on the rack and other meats. When you come to a buffet, you want to try everything so I got a little bit of everything. Food was okay overall, some stuff was cold like the beef/chicken that was on the small hot plate unfortunately. It was unfortunately a bit disappointing since we paid $75/pp but other than that, service was great.

I brought my mom here to celebrate her birthday with a buffet brunch, and wow--it did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, the host and servers were warm, welcoming, and on top of everything. The spread was impressive: an omelette station cranking out eggs just the way you like them, juicy prime rib, and tables overflowing with breakfast selections, salads, fruit, seafood, pastries, and desserts. But let's be real--we basically made a beeline for the crab legs and never looked back. Paired with bottomless mimosas (yes, included in the price), it was pretty much brunch perfection.

What a great deal for $60! I came here with my family for the first time. We came for the Sunday brunch buffet. We made reservations when it opened at 10. Everything was fresh and the service was friendly and attentive. Unlimited mimosas, crab legs, oysters, clam chowder, prime rib, shrimp, dessert.... The list goes on. There is a nice little stream to look at indoors. Parking was easy to find.

Cafe Florian is located in the Crown Plaza Hotel so easy free parking. $55 + tax/tip is a little more than I'm used to spending for brunch, but thought we'd try it out. We made reservations so were seated right away. Included drinks included champagne, mimosas, juice, soda, and coffee. The buffet doesn't have a ton of choices (think Vegas buffets), but what they had was very good. The prime rib was my favorite. Perfectly cooked medium rare with the au jus was fantastic. Crab legs and shrimp were good as well. The omelet station had mushrooms, onions, spinach, bacon, cheese but no ham. Server was very nice and friendly. Pros: Quality food, AYCE. Cons: cost.

Ask the Community - Cafe Florian

Is there any way to know if an upcoming sunday buffet Jan 11,2026 will have dungeness crab because I don't like snow crab?

The website indicates that their Sunday Brunch is from 1000 to 1300 and says that a customer will have 2hours from the reserved time. So my question is if I reserve 1300 (OpenTable slot), does that mean I still have 2h of enjoying the experience?

What is the price and times for Sunday brunch?

$60 for adult when I went yesterday.

Does Café Florian sell ground coffee Florian from Venice?

The have espresso and cappuccino. But not sure of the beans they're using. I do know that there coffee is starbuck

My husband said he just wishes it was hot. Rice was good, salad was good. He said he wishes it came with 2 eggs, but other than that, solid dish Ocean Royal Benedict - AH-MAZE-ING!! I loved every bite if this must-have dish! The crab cakes themselves were fantastic. Fresh flavor with little fillers. The sirracha hollandaise sauce was delicious & I loved having the arugula on it too. Super yummy!! The potatoes are so simple, but stupid good! Like, I kept taking bites of them & asking, "why are these so freaking good??" The salad was very simple but also delicious. For "dessert" we got the Mascarpone Berries Panckes. Again... AH-MAZE-ING! Soft & fluffy pancakes, yummy spread of mascarpone & topped fresh whipped cream. The berry sauce was warm & fresh & the berries were perfect. I kinda wish there were more berries, but I very much enjoyed this dish. We will for sure visit again soon! Highly recommend!

The eggs on the Benedict were poached perfectly, which I very much appreciate. Not only were they poached perfectly, but the eggs themselves were beautiful. Very fresh with that vibrant bright marigold color. The hollandaise sauce was creamy and delectable. The breakfast burger was amazing! It comes served on Filone bread which I thought went perfect with the burger. This bread is similar to ciabatta. Crusty on the outside, with a good chew on the inside. Firm enough to handle all the contents of the burger, but soft and chewy on the inside. The meat itself, chuck and brisket, was sensational. I'm not the type of person to ever order a burger without cheese but this burger could've definitely stood alone. Melted Monterey Jack, thick slices of bacon, fresh slices of avocado, and a perfectly cooked runny egg were just added bonuses. There was something on this burger that had a slight sweetness. I don't know if it was the samurai sauce that they put on it or the bacon, but it was delicious. I love that. It came served with a light salad tossed in vinaigrette as well. Coffee was served beautifully with a nice frothy head. Service was excellent. Attentive without being overbearing. Our server, Da, was so sweet and made our experience even that much more wonderful. Can't wait to come back. My one gripe was the size of the potatoes that came served with the eggs Benedict and the burger. This is not a cheap place to eat. For two of us to have breakfast with one coffee and an iced tea is $60 before tip. Don't be so chinsy on the tater tots and French fries. 10 tater tots? Come on now. It's not caviar. It's potatoes. I don't need a mountain of them just a decent portion. I almost knocked off a star for that, but everything else, specifically the service, warrants the five stars. Thank you for a wonderful meal and for the great hospitality.

We ordered the latte flight, mango margarita, pancake trio, breakfast burger, and a side of biscuits and gravy. The latte flight was the highlight! All the lattes tasted great, looked cute and for $25 it felt worth it. The breakfast burger was also really good: juicy, flavorful, and huge. Out of the pancake trio, the s'mores pancake was definitely the tastiest compared to the banana apricot and blueberry cream French toast. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the biscuits and gravy. The first order came out with two burnt, hard biscuits, which we sent back. The staff was super apologetic and replaced them, but even the new order still wasn't very good. We were greeted by a super awesome hostess (she also checked on us during the meal), & were seated within half an hour. While we couldn't ask for anything more from their waitstaff, the food left much to be desired. I wasn't fond of the overwhelmingly-tangy red sauce on the chilaquiles ($21), & overall, my order didn't have a lot of textural variety; sadly, it was a big plate of mush. On the upside, this dish does come topped with beef short ribs & eggs so you're getting a good hit of protein for the price. Initially, my group took interest in the Midtown Trio of any pancake or French toast on the sweets menu, but after our savory dishes proved lackluster, I insisted on dessert elsewhere.
