It was interesting how the egg inside wasn't scrambled but rather in an omelet style wrapped in a tortilla. - Omlete - customizable and large! Nothing super special, but was decent. - $1 mimosas Sat & Sun with purchase of breakfast!! Pricing - The total was ~$20 which I thought was a fairly good deal for some brunch. Really wanted to like this place because it's nestled in a cute area. The inside is basic and a little dark. The vanilla latte was good, but the food was not. We ordered the avocado toast. It was served on two normal wheat bread slices- was not toasted. There was heaps of spinach and tomatoes and the avocado was cut into chunks. Really lacked flavor and just tasted unappetizing. Eggs were cooked to perfection, pancakes were traditional and thin, bacon and sausage were outstanding. Came here while visiting friends in Dallas. It's very awkward if you have any elderly or lower mobility people with you, as you can only refer to a menu taped to the counter at the entrance door, and must stay standing until you get to the ordering window. I wish they offered menus I could give to my older people and have them sit at the table while deciding, so I could carry their order to the front without them having to stand for so long. The coffee was forgettable. We had a drunken strawberry mimosa (strawberries macerated in vodka with champagne) and a regular mimosa... They don't come in a glass, but rather in a rather small baby bottle with a screw on cap. Don't be tempted to shake it to distribute the strawberry pulp... It will drench you and your companions. The food itself was nice enough- the brisket onion green pepper omelette was big enough to feed 3 people a big breakfast. This coffee shop has a very cozy/intimate vibe. Visited on Friday around mid day. Was very quiet and not crowded. I immediately liked the ambiance. Service was friendly and very quick. I ordered a honey-lavender latte with almond milk. I've had this flavor before at another coffee shop but didn't like how it tasted so I figured I'd give it another try in the hopes that perhaps it was made incorrectly. Turns out, I just don't like that flavor :-( Not sure who I spoke with (perhaps it was the owner), but she was kind enough to remake my drink in another flavor. I got a hazelnut latte instead and it was good! She explained to me that the honey-lavender flavor is a hit or miss (you either like it or you don't) and that she usually gives people a sample before they order it. TIP: If you want to order the honey-lavender flavor and you've never had it before, be sure to ask for a sample to see if you should commit to getting that. read more

Every time I come here, the owners have a big smile on their faces and are very warm and welcoming. Very cute and quaint spot with great food selections and even better coffee and mimosa choices ($1). I love the London Fog tea, if you haven't tried, please do, it's so warm and delicious, just what's needed to get your day started. I love that pre-COVID, we were able to come in and order food and coffee and just sit and work on your laptops if needed, and the staff would still check on you and make sure you if you need anything. This is such a cute little cafe. A bit smaller than what I imagined from the pictures posted, but there were still plenty of seats available on a Sunday around 10am. You order up at the counter and they will bring you your coffee and food as they are ready. Service was friendly and we didn't have to wait long for our food to come out. My husband ordered the French toast which although beautifully presented, tasted a little bland. The fresh whipped cream was a nice touch though. This is our favorite place to get breakfast and coffee! We live in Austin Ranch so we can walk there, so that's a huge plus for us specifically. Even if you don't live here, it's an amazing place to visit. The only "bad" thing about this place is the parking. You will more than likely have to park behind the building, because they're pretty much always busy when I'm there. That being said, I always get great personal service here regardless of how slammed they are. Their coffee is amazing! We always get the Latte Macchiato. I don't see that anywhere else, and it's REALLY good! I have tried a few things off their menu, and am clambering to try more things!! Their breakfast burrito is about the best bang for your buck you'll find anywhere! My daughter can't get enough of their scrambled eggs, and their fruit is always fresh and delicious! I think the beans are a a little too dark roasted because it was bitter, even with the milk. Loose leaf is also a available but from what I've seen, there's only six options. White tea isn't one of them. Good atmosphere and seems to be a community gathering spot for the Austin Ranch community. Great study spot and wifi available. Flavors are, but not limited to the following: cinnamon, French vanilla, honey lavender, hazelnut, caramel, chocolate and mocha. They have especially made Italian coffee beans that they use for their coffees, great breakfast items (portions are Texan-approved, everything's bigger in Texas!), and delectable teas. I had the build your own omelet with their Cream Brulé latte (not on the menu just yet, but request it just in case they add it soon). Writing this review purely for the service of this restaurant. Food is great, but when I made a long-ish order (3 separate items on the menu) for lunch I got back to my office to find my orders wrong and items were missing. When I called I was told it was never ranged up and they can get it started for no additional charge if I came to pick it up. I made 2 separate trips back and forth to the place for a mistake they made and when I got there I was told I still had to pay because they "are not those restaurants that work like that" work like what? Restaurants that admit fault and will compensate for the inconvenience? My food was cold already and I had to spend additional time getting food for my co workers after raving about this place. Then they proceeded to tell me that I never placed the order in the first place when I literally had my phone out and read the orders out loud. Not even we're they not willing to admit fault or compensate my meal like what was discussed on the phone, they did not even apologize. read more
