Once my cousin and her sons arrived, our server grabbed us all drinks and gave us time to look over the menu. We were pleasantly surprised to see Burgers and Corn Dogs on the kid's menu so that's what she ordered for the boys. Since we both had taste for tacos, she ordered the Carne Asada Tacos and I decided on the Chicken, Chorizo and Carne Asada Tacos. Our food was served in less than 15 mins and the tacos were amazing! The meat was seasoned very well and the rice and beans were just as good. My cousin enjoyed her tacos and her boys devoured their food lol! Our server was very nice and continued to stop by to check on us, which we appreciated. Overall, this was probably the best Las Palmas I've ever had and I will definitely be returning soon!!!

She wanted something simple for lunch and was able to order something that wasn't on the menu: grilled chicken and rice with avocado slices. She was very happy with her plate! The service is always fast and the staff is very attentive. My go-to is Lunch 7 since it's always exactly what I'm craving. The chicken and bean burrito topped with the fresh lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, and tomatoes is perfect with the side of rice instead of beans. I truly enjoy the dining experience each time I come back. Can't say enough great things! I especially like the spaciousness of the padded booths, the lovely art on the walls, lights at the bar, and the music that makes the restaurant feel festive.

Seating is plentiful the space is very large and looks like it could easily accommodate large gatherings (20+) without difficulty. Plenty of parking as it's in a large strip mall so that's a non issue.

When checking in here, I didn't realize I had been here before, but that was over a decade ago. My most recent visit here was on March 7, 2026. With this place being part of a shopping center, it didn't stand out too much from the other businesses there. I didn't see anything with them to pop out from the rest of the businesses there. My mom and I came in here around 4 pm that day. It was pretty busy, but I wasn't surprised since it was a Saturday. It took a few minutes for someone to come to the front desk to get us seated. While waiting for that, I had the chance to look over the specials they have throughout the week too. Since the timing was around St. Patricks Day, they had cards for the 757 Sober Ride program. Once someone came over, we were able to be seated. Shortly after, someone came around with the chips, salsa, and white sauce. We had some of that, and they are pretty similar to other places like this in our area. Our server came over and asked what we wanted to drink, so we did get the drink orders in, along with a Large Cheese Dip as the appetizer while still looking over the menu to decide what we would get. After about five to ten minutes later, we were finally ready to order, which was just after the cheese dip came out. I decided to go with the Burritos Fajitas Chicken (no rice) with a side of pico de gallo, while my mom ordered the Fajita Taco Salad with steak meat. While waiting for the order to come out later, we continued on to what we already had at the table. The Cheese Dip appetizer was good. It really felt like it was just cheese though. Usually there would be a few other things in it too to add flavor to it, at least that has been my experience in other places. In the end, it was still a good dip though. After about 10 to 15 minutes, the entrees came out to the table. They were both hot and looked good. The burritos that I had were good. The chicken in it was nice and tender too. I added pico de gallo to it on top, and I am glad I did, as that helped add more flavor to burritos. The beans were good too, but I don't eat too much of them. I had thought all was good for my mom until we were done and ready for the check. She told me that she didn't really notice any flavor to the Fajita Taco Salad, and the steak that was on it was tough to eat, so she didn't eat much of that part. She didn't really have a chance to address with with staff as they didn't come back around until we were pretty much done. We did say something at that point, but they said she should have said something to make it right. However, how do you do that when nobody came back over until the end? Overall, I would say everything was just okay at best. Just breaking out the parts, I would give the service a two and the food a three. It was the overall experience that made me look at this visit as a two star rating as it could have been better. I probably won't be back here soon as there are several other Mexican restaurants in the area where I have had much better overall experiences.

Once we ordered, though, the food came out very quickly and was nice and hot. And they checked on us throughout. The flavor was decent overall. The California fries were really good--they came with sliced avocado instead of guacamole, which wasn't a bad decision. I've definitely had better carne asada tacos, though. The meat was real and had a good texture, but I felt like it could have used better seasoning. My biggest disappointment was the tortillas. They tasted like store-bought tortillas rather than fresh-made, which really made a difference with the tacos. Overall, not a bad spot. The food was hot, portions were good, and there were some definite standouts like the California fries. I just wish the tacos had better-seasoned meat and fresher tortillas.

I noted all the content of the BC that was listed on the menu and it contained items that I liked. When my food was served it looked delicious and when I took my first cut of the burrito and tasted it, it was delicious. I kept going for a few more bites, and I noted that all the content of the burrito was not there. When I saw the server I let him know that some of the content was missing. The server stated that all the content was inside and he stood there for a few seconds looking at me and I was looking at him and I said OK and I took a couple more bites and there were still missing content, so I cut the "Burrito California in half open it up and call him back to the table and showed him that all the contents were not there: the chorizo sausage and pico de gallo were missing. There was no offer to make a correction, the server just took the plate and left. Came back with a ticket of 3.50 for my drink. The ambience is very fitting for a Mexican restaurant. This was not my first visit matter fact it was one of my favorite places to go when I had a taste for Mexican food and we've had a birthday dinner there for my son-in-law before and we enjoyed our meal and the service at that time.
