The atmosphere is not much but the food is excellent and so is the service. My pasta was some of the best I have ever eaten.

Lunch Combo, the 3 items are pre-selected, but are very good!

Loved it! Nice little cafe, historical building, great service, and the food was light and refreshing which was perfect for the day walking and touring the area. Highly recommended!

We did get to dinner later in the evening and had a 20 minute wait, because they were busy and short staffed. My wine was delicious and went well with my pasta! With the crowd it was loud because it is a smaller restaurant. My husband's pizza he didn't care for, because it needed a little more sauce and meats and the crust was a little burnt too. The waitress was amazing and the space was clean. We understand the hustle and give grace and respect and we will be back for more! Also I felt like the prices were reasonable.

Neat little place with great pizza and pasta entrees. We also enjoyed old fashioneds with our meals. Our first visit! Service was friendly. We'll be back!

Service is not good. Took forever to get our food after we watched them give later tables the same food we ordered. Talked to the waitress 3 times, to order, to get our food, and pay the check. Food is yummy. Penne Calabrian was our favorite. Also got the Primo Primo which was a little soggy but the crust was good. If you'd like an appetizer that comes out with your meal get the Cheesesticks. I'd give it more starts if the service wasn't awful.

Really good pizza. Not just good - really good. Fresh ingredients. You would be hard pressed to find a better pizza.

Great food. My wife had Pasta Romano and I had Penne Calabrian. They were both delicious and the price was reasonable.

Absolutely adorable spot for Italian in Versailles!…read more I met up with some friend here for a girls dinner and luckily it was nice enough to be seated on the patio. We started with the arancini as well as the house bread that's served after you're seated- both super tasty. I'm not a huge pasta fan so I ordered a grilled romaine salad (that may be seasonal because I no longer see it on the menu). I added salmon and it was great! Our service was great and I definitely think Vallozzi's is worth the drive from Lexington!

My wife points out Vallozzi's as we were walking back to the car, and we decided to try. We walked in and immediate love the vibe. The restaurant is gorgeous! And they were busy too. We walked up to see if we could get a table. She asked if we had a reservation and we didn't. She said they were totally booked. We were bummed but said thank you and agreed we'd come back when we did. As we were leaving, the hostess chased us down and asked if we still wanted to grab dinner, of course we said yes ...... and so began our dining journey with Vallozzis! Ashley as was our server and we took her recommendations on just about everything! The menu is varied with plenty of options. We started with the prosciutto plate and recommended wine - Teresa got the Angel Rose and I chose the Hall Chardonnay. Perfect. Our daughter had a Sprite, just to put that out there. Our daughter got the manicotti which looked fab! My wife got the Parma, and I got the special beef filet ravioli. Everything was prepared perfectly and we could not have been better service. Thanks Ashley! The ambiance is quite charming and you'll feel very comfortable being here! We needed to get dessert of course so we chose the banana tiramisu and got two of them to go! No disappointment at all. Really enjoyed our time and dining experience here and we'll definitely be back. There's too much on that fabulous menu to try, not yo come back and back and back. Check out Vallozzis! Make sure to get a reservation just to be safe. We will too!

Walking in, we were greeted by the overwhelming smell of some kind of cleaning solution or pungent air freshener. It took awhile to acclimate to that. To the point I wondered if my food would taste like it. They have pizza, some basic Italian food and a whole separate menu of Indian food. My son loves Indian food, so I compromised and went there. He got an appetizer of Samosas which he really enjoyed. I don't like Indian food, so I personally cannot give an account, but he loved it. I got potato skins. They were fine, but nothing worthy of note. Husband got spaghetti and meatballs. It said spaghetti AND meatballs on the menu. But they charged extra for the meatballs. $13 for a mediocre portion of spaghetti and sauce, and then an additional charge for the meatballs that were supposed to be part of the meal as on the menu. And they were not good meatballs. Probably something from a vendor like GFS, and then boiled. They were very...gray. And bland. Olive Garden is not the bastion of Italian food, but they charge about the same price and it's good. And they include breadsticks and soup/salad. I'm not a chain restaurant kind of person, but this place makes me want I got a pizza with extra cheese. Good thing I did or it would have no cheese. If you get green peppers, they will be diced into very large pieces and put on top. Almost like having fresh peppers put on top of a cooked pizza. The crust is good and has a good chew to it, but it is "flimsy" like a NY style pizza and it cannot support the weight of the toppings. Son surprised me and also got pizza. While he loved the samosas, he likened his pizza to a glorified Tombstone pizza. For $20+, that's kinda sad. $80+ for food that was underwhelming at best, is a pricey little lesson learned. I'm not going back, but if you like Indian food, this will probably be a great place for you.

The salmon on my entree had an unusual texture (seemingly from frozen, but I'd like to think not) but the dish itself was so good overall I can overlook this. It would have been superior if it could have been slightly less done but somehow the ensemble redeemed it all. The bread was delicious and we had a great time. We took a friend for his birthday and he LOVED IT! The chocolate mousse cake was DIVINE! The ambiance in this place is very nice as well.

Tonight…read morethere were four (4) of us -- upon arrival, they had no record of our reservation which was done (AND CONFIRMED) last week via FB Messenger. Nonetheless, they were able to accommodate us with only a brief wait -- overall, not a big deal. Service was average at best. Server was polite but did not write down our orders which meant coming back to confirm -- both drinks and food several times. We always enjoyed the pizza here so when we inquired about the pizza menu, none was provided but the server "rattled off" three pizza options. Not a good impression since, once we got a menu from the manager, there were plenty of choices. Took, what seemed like, forever to get drinks -- still not sure if there was actually a bartender or if the servers were handling the drinks. MUSIC IS INSANELY LOUD!!! TERRIBLE! Food was mediocre -- it used to be off the charts fantastic. Shrimp and Grits (two orders) were floating in grease from the onions and peppers -- it was awful. Pasta Alfredo, with shrimp and chicken was very good! Salmon with risotto was just okay. Long story short -- this place used to be fantastic, an absolute no brainer to visit regularly. But after three recent visits, we'll take a year or two off until they get their act together.

The owner is a trip, in the best way! There are signs in the shop (many signs!) but he pointed to one about putting cranberries on the pizza, to not knock it until you tried it. I got a huge pie to take some home to my husband and I got a quarter of it with cranberries--I couldn't fully commit! I tried pieces with and without the cranberries, and they're definitely interesting! They add a very unique layer of taste and texture to the pie. I really enjoyed it, but not quite as much as the regular pie (sorry!). My girlfriends got some other pizzas and calzones. The calzone I tried wowed me. All of the food is so great. As I'm writing this, I keep thinking "the staff was standout," but also that "the food was standout," but also also that "the atmosphere was standout." The atmosphere is your sassy grandparents' basement in the best way. Overall, a standout experience. I can't wait to be back! Highly recommend.
