not a nice place to visit I went there the last week the guy behind the coffee counter was blowing his nose he did it 2 times did not wash his hands the older women that was there just look at him as she was doing a drink and talking to a person who also look at him and shook his head then he came to take my order put his hands on my cookies I let him finish ask him if there was any gloves in the store he look at me like what I walk out Iwent back to speak to the older lady and she told me it would be taken care of I walk pass last night and he is still working there this is very dirty they need to clean up there act and replace some of the workers its a nice place but there is a bathroom to blow and wash hands thats if they wash there hands at all read more

BE CAREFUL!!! Discrimination against customers of small cost orders. These human beings owning, running and working at this bussiness see every single person visiting their caffe as a wallet. Nothing more. I was denied to sit in a table alone despite the fact that there were MANY empty ones; instead, I was told to share the table with other unknown people. This is the way that Caffe Roma Pastry treats the unfortunate people being fool enough to enter the shop. Shame on the service and the pitiful management of this place. read more

Believe it or not the MANAGER of this cafe was the most obnoxious, rudest, people hater I have every had the displeasure of meeting. (She has feathers plastered to her dirty hair.) If I did not have my elderly parents with me I would have words with her. Go back under the spanish rock you crawled out from. I'll pitch it back across the ocean myself. A few of my friends and I went out for coffee and desert recently. We happened upon a very nice pastry shop/cafe in Little Italy. The cannolis and other Italian pastries were to die for. The cappuccino was extremely well made. The servers were friendly and the very handsome manager with the white beard added to the already nice atmosphere of the place. We will definitely go back.
