They give you a buzzer that will activate once your drink(s) are ready and mine were ready fairly quickly. My friend had the mango matcha and this is actually her first time trying a matcha drink. She really enjoyed it. I really liked the blueberry matcha. It had the perfect balance of tea, milk and blueberry. The sweetness was just right for me. My husband is a hot mocha guy. They have ice water at the front and in their spacious backyard seating area. It is a dog friendly destination. We enjoy seeing the wide variety of furry regulars. There are free treats for them. The service is consistently friendly and on top of their game. They really know how to move a line but you never feel rushed. They offer a points/ reward program for purchases which is always nice. When I asked my husband about cost he said it is so good he didn't even look! I checked our transaction history.
