It was my moms bday and we were craving crab boil, we always tend to go to the same place so decided to try somewhere new for her special day. Immediately walking in, the place is clean, seated immediately. Our server was very nice and explained the menu to us and gave us recommendations. We ended up doing a combo and adding 1 lb of snow crab legs and ordered a couple appetizers. Everything was absolutely delicious. Great flavor and seasoning on everything we tried. I. AM. IN. LOVE. I was craving a po-boy and found this little seafood heaven on Yelp while searching for cajun food. The place is small but was pretty packed when we arrived. We don't do dine in anymore due to COVID so we ordered take out. The first thing that struck us as soon as we entered Cajun Boil was the incredible aroma of the food! Our mouths were watering even before we looked at the menu to order... Lol! The host was pleasant and professional. We ordered 2x po-boys, a side of calamari, regular fries and sausages. Took about 15 minutes to get the food ready and another 15 minutes for us to drive home. (The drive home was a torture coz the car was filled with this incredible aroma from the bag of food sitting in our backseat.. !!) When we opened the packages at home, everything was still super fresh and scrumptious! The portions were really generous and everything was incredibly delicious!! A special mention for the sausages. Oh the sausages! I don't know what magical ingredients you guys put in that sauce, but I have NEVER tasted something so delish!!! It was the surprise highlight of our dinner! CAN I GIVE THIS PLACE A TEN???? Because it definitely deserves a TEN! I was visiting Miami with my best friend and the first thing we wanted was seafood because we live in a landlocked state. The seafood in Nashville is not great. After searching Yelp for the best seafood, we found Cajun Boil. This place exceeded our expectations. The food was amazing. The service was amazing. The drinks are amazing. The MUSIC was amazing. The food - We shared a bag of crab, shrimp, crawfish, corn, sausage, and potatoes. The flavor was perfect, plus we knew everything was cooked to order because our food was hot (with heat). We had a medium heat because I am not a huge spicy food eater but my friend is, so we compromised. We ended up seeing someone with noodles and added some noodles to our order which were also amazing as well. On our second visit I got garlic bread which was also delish. The drinks - They mostly have beer and wine but we noticed a wine slushy kind of drink so I tried it. Even the drink was amazing for something I typically wouldn't drink. It wasn't overly sweet or overly strong but was very tasty. The Service - We came to this place twice and both times service was amazing. The servers were attentive and ahead of any request we had. My friend wanted to tie her hair up to eat and the server even gave her a hair tie. We did not have to ask for refills on water, extra utensils or napkins they were always right on time. The Music - The first visit the music was amazing. I sang and ate my heart away the entire time. The music was good the second time as well but that time I did not know many of the songs. Food is good but the service is not acceptable! I ordered 2 different plates: A combo #5 and a half a pound of crab legs for my 10 yr old daughter who is allergic to shrimp. When I picked up the order all the food was mixed together, then I asked the employee why the 2 orders were place in the same bag, I explained that need to be separated do to my daughters allergy. If you're craving crabs, this is the place! This is a cute/artsy restaurant that could easily be in Wynwood, but it's in a shopping center in Sweetwater with ample parking. When you step inside, you'll notice that there is no fishy smell. Everything is so clean and looks new. The attention to detail for our dining experience was impressive. I knew I'd be ordering crabs so I brought a pair of scissors LOL No need for that here! They've got you! They provided scissors, gloves, a hair tie (which I was so grateful for) and a bib with pockets (came in handy when my friend cracked a crab leg which flew and fell in her pocket instead of the floor). Everything we ate was delicious. You can stick to one specific item like I did (king crab) or opt for one of their boils with different combos. My friend got a 3lb boil (a pound each of crawfish, shrimp and snow crab) that could've fed at least a couple of us. I was scared I wouldn't get full with the crab so I also ordered cheese fries and garlic noodles. Honestly, there was no need for any extra sides. We were stuffed. My friend got his boil customized by having the shrimp heads taken off. They have different sauces, so if spicy hot cajun sauce isn't your thing, there are other options. I had the garlic sauce which was delicious. Food was good. Crab was a bit on the slim side but with a seafood gumbo, a half pound of shrimp& corn in the "Ultimate" sauce and I was stuffed when I finished. Everything came up to $40 not bad for a solo mission but next time may pass on the gumbo wasn't a fan of the calamari or mussels that came with it Was hoping for more of a New Orleans flavor. But that's my personal preference. Ultimate sauce was a bit on the sweet side due garlic butter. Maybe a pinch more salt. This is one of the few restaurants in the Miami area that offer Cajun style seafood in a ceviche and oyster centic city. They have several different combos to choose from which contain 1 lbs each of crawfish, clams, shrimp, crab legs (snow and Alaskan were on the menu during my visit), and lobster at different price levels depending on which combo you chose. You can also purchase the seafood a la carte style. After choosing your choice of seafood, you pick a sauce and a spice level. I chose the Cajun Boil (the other choice is Garlic Butter) thought the sauce was watery. We also ordered the cajun fried rice, fries, and garlic bread. The cajun fried rice was pretty good, the fries weren't very seasoned, and the garlic bread was pretty decent as well. The service was slow and the manager wasn't very attentive after we requested for additional items to add onto our order, as they weren't added on the first time and we had to remind our actual server. I've had my fair share of crawfish from different areas across the US and thought that Cajun Boil definitely has potential, but doesn't meet the mark in terms of flavor. read more

We invited another friend along to join us. Mike was our server and he was very attentive. Another female server came by to check on us several times, so the service was good. We ordered the combo with crawfish, snow crab legs, and shrimps. It came with 4 corns and 5 sausages. Our seasoning of choice was Cajun Boil Special with Garlic Butter on the side. We also ordered Fried Whole Red Snapper and 2 sides of rice. We were given plastic gloves and aprons. When the food arrived, it smelled amazing! I waited until the food cooled down a bit, but I was so hungry that I couldn't wait anymore. I tackled the fish first because I knew the shrimps were still steaming hot. Huong worked on the crawfish while Jorge pried open the crab legs to eat. I loved that the shrimp shells came off easily. There were restaurants we had been to that had shrimps with shells stuck onto them! The shells literally would not come off. The food was amazing. Would definitely come back again for sure! I absolutely love this place. Located in a nondescript mall off west Flagler, the restaurant seats thirty people. The walls are sparsely decorated, save for the giant siren painting of dubious taste on one of the walls and its counterpart on the other side of the dining room. You don't come here for the decor, though. You are here to enjoy the scrumptious seafood boils and other Cajun and Asian/Cajun inspired concoctions. We ordered the crawfish and head-on shrimp in mild Cajun sauce. The crawfish was good, but the head-on shrimp was absolutely scrumptious. Slathered in umami-rich spicy sauce, this was the best shrimp I've had in a while. Mopped all the sauce with cheese bread, which was quite mediocre by itself, but was quickly elevated by the sauce. Believe me, their sauce is fire! Also ordered the gumbo, which is very tasty, corn, sausage, and the papaya salad. I would order two papaya salads, that's how good it is. Prices are very reasonable. I'm so happy i found this spot. The second i walked in i was greeted by SI, she had such a mothering energy and made us feel at home. She gave us plenty of suggestions to help us and we pretty much got anything she recommended, and we are so glad we did. The food was delicious, a rich flavor in every bite. Like most Cajun broils the experience is to get messy, but usually it feels slightly uncomfortable anywhere else but here i felt so comfortable. Our waiter even rolled up our sleeves in the midst of me devouring the crab legs. I cant begin to express how grateful my partner and i left for the delicious meal and the incredible hospitality. The space and bathroom were very clean. The server was super nice. We were there Friday around 4pm. They were out of lemonade and rum for mixed drinks so we just got 2 sprites. I had the Cajun fried rice it was delicious. It's made with bell peppers and corn and that was very unique. My husband said the crawfish was great.
